Good service... clean polite staff.I have used them in the past and had a positive experience then too...

I will give these guys three stars for the fact that they are all somewhat personable though I have tried to get a NYS inspection done here and even if I called 10 minutes before arriving and they said they can take me, there is a reason why they couldn't do it. The machine is down, the tech had to leave, or the last one is that there needs to be three witnesses to the inspection. At least this location has always had customers and the techs were nice and apologetic that they couldn't take me. read more

Excellent service i got a great deal and price, a quite waiting area, and the workers did a great job explaining what i need for my car.

If you bring your vehicle here you will definitely need a lot of Lube, because it's going to hurt! In fact, your car or truck will probably die from "Oil Cancer". This once iconic concept was at one point the go to platform for your quick efficient and reliable oil changes. However, over the course of time the quality of the product, service and customer satisfaction has dissipated. They use oil in 55 gallon drums which are recycled and not virgin oil. What's worse than the above is that they don't really care about your vehicle. After a 5 year hiatus, I was forced to return to Jiffy Lube because my mechanic was on vacation and I was leaving for a 12 hour drive to SC the next morning, so an oil change was mandated. What happened next was a threat to my vehicle's very existence, warranty and my safety. After completing my oil change and driving to and from SC, I noticed oil stains on my driveway. Now, my truck is relatively new and this was totally unexpected. I immediately went to my local mechanic who advised that Jiffy Lube put in the wrong oil filter! He said that it was literally falling off, rattling and leaking oil in alarming amounts. I guess Jiffy Lube thought a sale with the wrong oil filter was better than no sale at all. I really dodged a bullet here! My engine could have seized and my warranty would have been voided. Good luck getting anything back from Jiffy Lube in this instance. So, if you are driving a vehicle under warranty, don't want recycled oil or the wrong oil filter, avoid this place like the plague! Plus, I had to purchase 4 more quarts of oil, the proper oil filter and spend $300 on repairing my blacktop!!! I shall never return. Just saying. #Letthebuyerbeware read more

I brought my 2008 Scion tC in to get inspected and the headlights were yellowed and fogged up with condensation which I didn't even know. Instead of turning me away Apollos Johnson (the general manager) took the time to clean them and went above and beyond and my car passed inspection. You can see the before & after in the pics. I didn't even recognize my car after lol!!! He is amazing and actually cares about the customer. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!!! read more

If I could put zero stars, I would! It has been an awful experience. I will never let them service my car again. I always take my car elsewhere to get an oil change, but my boyfriend tried to do something nice and brought it to Jiffy Lube... Ever since I had my oil change, I was having problems with my brakes. After a few weeks, I took my car to get my brakes looked at. It turns out that whoever did my oil change, put power steering fluid into my brake fluid line. The mechanic showed me the difference between the fluids and explained how the wrong fluid was put in to the wrong spot. My car was so damaged that it did not have any rear brakes and I had to get it towed since it was too dangerous to drive. I had to get it serviced through Lexus for a new master cylinder because of this. After my car got towed and went to Lexus, they confirmed that my car was contaminated with the power steering fluid in the brake lines. It cost me almost $10,000. I am devastated. All Jiffy Lube could tell me was that the brake fluid was checked, but it was full so they didn't touch it. It was a complete lie because they cost me a ton of money and didn't want to pay for it. It's so awful how a big company like this can make a mistake and pretend it wasn't them. Two companies confirmed that this happened and Jiffy Lube denied it and made this huge disaster happen. read more

Accidentally left my wallet in my car for an oil change, and one of the workers took a picture of my debit card and sent it out. I traced back one of the purchases to a phone number who was the employers cousin and he ratted him out, saying he worked in Jiffy Lube and does this all the time. Make sure you don't leave your wallet in your car, one of the guys there has a whole scheme. read more

Came in for an oil change- "Or" the name of the guy who works there was high as a kite when he did my oil change and aggressively opened my door and turned my lights off while I was in the car. As a young female- this made me very uncomfortable and I will not be coming back. read more

Took my car in for an oil change the other day. They kindly applied the coupon for me. Very nice. But then taking my car home and parking it in my driveway I noticed oil spots. Knowing it could be some over spray (that should of been cleaned before I drove away!!!) I gave it a day and a half. It didn't stop leaking. Took the car back, was told they tightened everything up but don't see any oil leaking. That its probably just the water I see from the AC. #1 why would u be able to or have to tighten it up if it was done correctly the first time? And #2 I'm not an idiot and can tell the difference between water and oil.. I understand that people make mistakes things happen. But just fess up to it I would have way more respect for you!! read more

Great service! They were all very nice, and professional. a As a female it's not unusual for places like this to attempt taking advantage of me not knowing much about car maintenance and try selling me stuff I don't actually need. These guys were nothing like that and did a great job explaining what I need in the future without making me feel uneducated (which I obviously am). They also gave my puppy some attention which alone warrants 5 stars to me. Definitely recommend going here! read more

I went in for a oil change because another gas station turned me down, I told Apollo ( a worker there) about that and after he told me he's sorry I had to go through that, he also said he'll make sure my experience with him makes up for my bad day. Not only did he answer all my questions he recommended me to another location that can help me further with my car making sure I get a good price, moving forward I I'll only be coming here for my services, having someone being helpful and informative is number one plus for me with customer service. Thank you guys again for the help. read more

Had a pleasant experience at this jiffy lube. Or was very helpful and the service was quick and efficient. I would come here again.

The staff at your bethpage location are incredible. Malik and his coworkers went above and beyond for me and my poorly taken care of car. Malik helped me understand the issues I've been having with my car, he answered all my questions and they all made sure my car was safe before I left. In a economical climate that were in, it's imperative to have great staff in the front lines; they are whom make or break a company. Malik and his coworkers are staples of your company and to not take the five minutes out of my day to express my gratitude would be a travesty. Thank you again Malik and coworkers for making my experience a stand out one. I've had bad experiences at other locations but I will continuously be returning to this location. I will be forwarding this to corporate to ensure these guys get proper recognition. read more

A bit expensive; Nonetheless - They really did a damn good job with my car. I would probably return again. I disagree with the "Dishonest Employee" comment - My "Service Guy" was pretty good to me; Helpful & Friendly. I have been to this location three times now for oil changes. I also had my car inspected, tires rotated and have to say they always do a great job. The staff is very courteous and professional. They are quick and efficient! Keep up the great work! ***They also take coupons, I always look one up on the jiffy lube site and they scan it right from my phone, can't beat that!!! read more

This is my go to spot for a quick oil change. All the men that work here are super polite and efficient. I actually get free oil changes at my car dealership but I'd rather come to this Jiffy Lube, they get me in and out fast and vacuum my car and clean my windows! Versus every time I get my free oil change at the dealer, I sit for hours and they don't do anything extra as far as tidying up my car. read more

Did like this place until they tried to charge me $90 for a oil change. Guess they saw a young girl and thought they could pull one. Tried to tell me my 07 Jeep takes 10qts of oil?? Said it was the only option to pay $90 for a standard oil change. read more

I don't like places that attempt to coerce you into giving them a 5 star review. They are ok for a quick oil change but overpriced and constantly try to upsell you unnecessarily. read more

Stacey and Andrew are my go to people at this location. Quick, reliable and focused with their tasks to complete. I plan to bring all my cars to this location because of their services. I do appreciate the coupons on the Jiffy Lube website and even downloaded their app. read more

I really cannot say anything positive about my visit here. I guess it's because I came with a Groupon which caused me to be treated like a second class citizens with leprosy. I pulled up and exchanged casual pleasantries with one of the workers who took my car into the bay. As I was speaking to another employee about the service I wanted, he rudely explained that they didn't except my Groupon from the app on my phone and I needed to physically print it out for them to accept it. I asked if I could print it to the store printer in their office to which he refused. I tried explaining that is not how it usually works but to avoid an argument I said I'd return in a few minutes. Coincidentally, a friend of mine works literally 1 block away, so I printed out a hard copy and returned. Upon arrival the same gentleman rolled his eyes when I returned because he didn't know how to redeem the hard copy either. He actually had the balls to tell me that they couldn't perform the service because of such. I asked to speak to a manager, who came over and allowed me to explain what happened. I don't remember his name, but he is the sole reason why I'm giving this review 1 star instead of minus stars. The manager straightened out the problem and in went me oil. I watched the service be performed as i often do because of all the horror stories I've heard about them not adding the correct amount of oil, etc. Unfortunately, they didn't check my tire pressure, add any windshield washer fluid, clean the windows or vacuum the interior (all which are supposed to be included with the service). When questioned, the same rude worker said that they were out of windshield washer fluid. He reluctantly checked my tires and vacuumed the interior. When checking out, there were other folks who asked about the windshield washer fluid and I overheard them say they they did in fact fill theirs up. I still left there without windshield washer fluid and very dissatisfied. I don't like writing negative reviews for any business, I understand people are just looking to make a living, as am I, but my experience here certainly warrants a shitty review! I cannot honestly say I'll never go to Jiffy Lube again, but I certainly am not going to be going to THIS Jiffy Lube. read more

My review is belated as my experience was at the end of last year (11/21/2019) but better late than never. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. THEY TURN AWAY BUSINESS FOR NO REASON! I came here to get a yearly NYS inspection performed. I was denied. Why? Bc my back windows/windshield are tinted. Clearly this business is not updated on the laws bc the laws changed at the beginning of 2017 that you can't have front window tints. There is still currently NO law about the back windows or back windshield being tinted. When I messaged them on Facebook, they replied calling me Shawna. So they don't know the laws & didn't know my name. What a great business! (sarcasm). BTW - I went back to Levittown good year up the block & they did my inspection, no issue. Not sure why I tried going somewhere else when good year has never given me an issue while jiffy lube clearly decided didn't want or need my business. read more

I came in for an oil change, they did not check tire pressures and the pressures they indicated are to low for my tires. I had to ask about window washer fluid and they said the system was not working, yet they showed as being done. I had to ask them to check my coolant level and had to reopen the hood so they could do this. They still charged the normal price without doing the work. I have used them for years and will never go back. read more

I love my local mechanic, but who wants to drop a car off just to change the oil? That's how I started going to Jiffy Lube, it was out of convenience. After years as a customer, I've since come to realize that jiffy lube is more than me not needing a ride. I'm always treated with so much respect I find myself looking for white gloves. Today, I learned how oil breaks down and why synthetic lasts longer, my car was vacuumed, and my windows were washed. A complaint I hear is that people feel the attendants always try up selling. First, let's remember we all need to make money. Second, I was shown two air filters from my car, only told I should change one, and it wasn't a hard sale. When I was given my receipt it had a stamp for a free car wash down the block. This location is going to have me as a customer for years to come. read more

5 Stars is for they did my tire rotation and oil change without me going to dealer . Only issue! I strictly asked' make sure fill tires i stressed this right from get - go . So i asked tech when about to pay . i had my hand on a $20 tip in wallet . He states no they didn't do tires . So they filled tires up after i had to ask and i kept my tip. Nice guys though . But be more attentive might pay off down road. Their are people that still who appreciate top notch service. And reward it . You go hear for piece of mind that they check everything . Especially for people who are not good with cars. Getting air could be issue for them. read more

Amazing service. Quick, fast and good at what they do. I will definitely return every 3000 miles. Worth the trip and my car is running great. read more

I'll start by saying the staff was friendly an attentive ! They got me in right away and I was out quickly. I was a disappointed to see that a synthetic oil change from my dealer was significantly cheaper than at Jiffy Lube. Also they asked if I wanted to top off my antifreeze because there was none for $5, however I was able to see it in the tank, and my car was cold. read more

They messed up my oil filter. Almost had a car fire. Not good at all. No apology or anything

Used to come here for all of my oil changes, until I stopped by and asked them to check my tire pressure which they have done many times before and apparently the manager said they aren't able to do that. Funny and interesting since you've done it many times before and you also had 0 cars in the garage. Congrats on losing a customer! read more

The service was great, the staff was friendly and while I was coming in for an oil change they checked other components of my car which was nice to see. The stay inside of car due to covid was cool cause you can see what is going on rather than being in a waiting room, Thank you! read more

Jiffy Lube- Bethpage, NY This location has just lost a customer. I went there last night straight from work. I pull up and was greated by an employee. The employee told me (and a car behind me) that BOTH mechanics were on their break and come back in an hour. WHY ARE BOTH TAKING THEIR BREAKS AT THE SAME TIME, especially when people are just getting out of work? Well, anyway, I went back in an hour, I was the 3rd car. The first 2 cars were pulled in and their oil was changed. Ok, great. I am next. NO...... they pull a different car in that came in AFTER me. When I questioned why my car wasn't in. One of the guys- drinking a soda (that just came back from break)- says.... they are in for tires and I have to wait because there are only 2 people working. I don't care is she came in for "tires" or not! I was next- especially that I had to come back. Because of HIS attitude he had with me~~~ and the attitude he gave with the first car (told first car to call corporate because of the over charge), they lost me as a customer. This was not the first time, that everyone "was on break" and to come back. Poor business practices.....better to close for an hour and lose money? read more

Very quick service very polite but there sales practice really bothered me .... I have a ram pickup I asked for price of oil change they gave me a price then after job was done price went up by almost $30..... when I asked how that happened they said well standard oil change is so many quarts and your truck takes more than that..... I would have paid final amount either way but that dishonesty really bothered me .... read more

They ruined my volks jetta turbo. My car overheated badly and my mechanic found a cracked oil pan with silicone on the crack that came off while driving and all my oil leaked out. Very unprofessional. This place has horrible management. The store manager Braulio is rude. Pressures you to get a service done, and he wont have no for an answer and can always be found sitting down smoking in the back of the store. Service is rushed.
