I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it. My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. I had to be at work. i couldn't just replace the battery or jump start the car because the battery was swollen and looked like it would explode (!). The lady who helped me over the phone when I called Wayne's was great. She told me how much it would be and had someone at my house in an hour and a half. The person who arrived checked the alternator, etc. replaced the battery. It was easy-peasy and a huge relief. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Normally, the price is less than taking it to the dealer. If you wait in the waiting area, they offer you coffee or water. They even like a good joke. We have always received good quality service, and if the cost is above the estimate, the call before performing the work. If you want your car repaired with quality, bring it here. This is our go-to repair shop. I heard they can fix Harleys, too.

Apparently they don't like money anymore. Lets not forget they tried to say my S10 needed a new transmission for 7 grand. When all it needed was an 18 dollar sensor. These guys are incompetent and careless. For context, the transmission had less than 7k miles on it.
