However, when arriving to pay and pick up the car, $200 more was added to the bill for the service that was initially part of the original quote price. Needless to say, we voiced our disapproval and left. Upon arriving home, we received a call in which they apologized for not communicating the changes with us in line with their standard business practices. They explained this is not how they built their reputation and promptly refunded our credit card. Kudos for putting the customer first, it's that kind of excellent customer services in the face of a trying situation that will keep us coming back.

They are very honest and their prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell which is honestly (for me), THE thing most people get so stressed about when visiting a repair/service center. The service team leaves our vehicle exactly as they found it with no worries about grease or dirt (other than ours, haha). We truly appreciate them and any time someone says they need tires or work done, we tell them to try this Tyler's location. Word of mouth recommendations beats out paid for advertising every time! Anyone who complains about them having the vehicle for more than a day, sometimes 2 - apparently watches too much Harry Potter! These guys are truly awesome, but they're not magicians. The price seems right inline with other places in the area. I arrived a little before 4:00 and was helped by Jerrad who was very kind, patient and helpful. My appointment wasn't showing in the system. I know things happen so I asked if it would be better for them if I came back in the morning. Jerrad nicely stated that they were going to honor their word and take care of me as scheduled. I thought that was very kind, professional and great business. I left my car while my mom and I ran some errands. About an hour later I received a text status/results and then a call letting me know my car was ready. They did find a few things wrong with my car but, they did not push me to immediately do the repairs. They explained them to me and advised which should be the next thing on the list I should repair. They are literally always so kind and sweet...and most importantly...honest. I know there may be a fear of women feeling like they will be taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance, and although I got my daddy and husband on speed dial always, I never feel like I was cheated or taken advantage of here at Midas. I recommend family and friends all of the time. Their integrity and value keep me coming back. I even witnessed a customer show their ass in here before (totally the customer's fault) and the guys still kept it cute and classy lol.
