They are quite incompetent. They don't know much about different models of vehicles. I had NEVER been to a business where the employees park in all the spaces right next to the entrance of the business. Even the parking spaces, that should be set aside for elderly and handicapped people are taken by the employees. One of the clerks (elderly-looking woman) said that they had always done that. NEVER will I go back to Jiffy Lube on Richland Ave , as long as Willie ( Told me last time his name was Big Willie , but I was to call him Mr Big Willie ) is in charge . Workers Seirra , Randy and J.C. are welcome in my house anytime , but this ' other guy " is something else . I told the workers I felt for them . It stems back from 2 oil changes ago , when " Mr Big Willie " put the wrong oil in my car , and said he had to ' jump thru hoops " to get my price adjusted for his mistake . I didnt understand him today when he mumbled to open my door so he could get mileage reading , and he got upset, called me an a**hole , and walked away . Sieraa very politely asked me could I read the mileage off to her , as I did . Mr Big Willie DID put wiper fluid in , no problem . BUT , M B W went to check my transmission fluid , never asked me to crank truck ( to get accurate reading ) and left my transmission stick hanging out the holder . Randy was nice enough to ask me to crank the truck , so he could check the fluid, and put the stick back in . I thanked these 3 very hard dedicated workers , and was pulling off shaking my head, thinking M B W was gonna leave my stick out , for me to lose fluid . I mumbled to myself , when ' he ' hollered " what did you say ? " At that moment , I called Mr Big Willie an a**hole , said I felt sorry for those workers . took my 2004 chevy tahoe in for an oil change and noticed a strong smell of oil that only got worse and 5 days later while putting air in my tire i noticed a steady drip of oil so i called they tell me come on if there's enough oil on the stick i checked and there was plenty of oil on the stick in fact they overfilled it so much that it has cause my rear main seal to need replacement, not only have they not taken responsibility ive had to pawn my title in order to have the money for repair and i will be filing a lawsuit asap. p.s. they charged 109 bucks to immobilize my only vehicle that was in wonderful condition prior to their negligence. read more

I am updating my review for Jiffy Lube. I have used their service for several years, both this location and others. Back when I started, Jiffy Lube would would provide tire pressure check, fluid level check and top off, vacuum, and tire rotation for free. Over time they started charging for the tire rotation and fluids. I kept coming since I still felt they did a good job. Now this location no longer offers tire rotation at all. I guess it's time to find a new shop for maintenance of my vehicles. read more

I got my oil changed for the first time today at this Jiffy Lube. I arrived at 10:00 am and got a bay right away. I just got a regular oil change and my air filter changed. They didn't try to up sell me or anything. They were very efficient. The oil change cost $39.99. I will be back for my next oil change. First time at this location... and I was pleased with the experience. I didn't have to get out of my vehicle, good because it was cold. Of course they wanted for me to add services, which I do not do. Staff was fast and courteous. I felt like it was a racing pit stop... in and out in less than 30 minutes. read more
