Paulo and the team communicated clearly throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and kept me informed on timing. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it. That level of follow-up and care really stands out--the job was already done, but they still came back without hesitation to make it right and stand by their work. Would definitely recommend.

From the outset, Bair's communication was impeccable, proactive, clear, and highly professional. He handled all co-op requirements seamlessly, including COIs and supporting paperwork, which immediately inspired confidence and made the process feel calm and well managed. The proposal was thorough, transparent, and very fairly priced for the level of craftsmanship delivered. Bair also has a strong eye for design and was a thoughtful partner throughout the project, offering guidance while remaining flexible and responsive as our schedule shifted more than once. We chose deep, richly saturated colors throughout our apartment, a bold decision that can be unforgiving in a plaster unit where every surface detail shows. Paint Lab executed this beautifully. The color saturation is even, refined, and striking, with no shortcuts taken. Their plastering and sanding work was equally impressive, with walls that are smooth, clean, and impeccably prepared, elevating the final result significantly. In addition, they installed high-end wallpaper with exceptional precision, and the result looks absolutely fabulous. The alignment, finish, and overall execution reflect a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Just as important, the team treated our home with real care and respect at every stage. The site was well maintained, and the work was carried out with a level of professionalism you don't always find. Paint Lab is an outstanding firm that delivers both technical excellence and aesthetic sensitivity. We would absolutely work with Bair and his team again and recommend them wholeheartedly to other co-op owners looking for a high-quality, design-driven result.

Romeo is a pleasure to work with--professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He came recommended by my parents, after completing their bathroom remodel, and we're so glad we chose him. During the consultation, Romeo suggested smart updates to our 40-year-old bathroom. One of the best ideas was relocating the radiator into the wall, which freed up a significant amount of space. His entire crew are experts in their craft, ready to provide advice when asked. They worked diligently each day--even through the summer heat wave. They often stayed late to keep the project on schedule. Romeo was very knowledgeable about our town's construction standards and was present throughout the inspection process to made sure everything went smoothly. Once the project was complete, he personally spent an entire day polishing and perfecting the bathroom so it was ready for us. It's clear Romeo and his team take great pride in his work, and it shows in every detail.
