I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

They called me two times that day, one to give an estimated time of arrival and another time to Let me know they would be there within approximately 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. The two installers who came were VERY polite, quiet, worked quickly and were extremely meticulous. They arrived approximately 1:30 and the job was finished by 4pm. A full basement and staircase carpeted. They even cleaned up SPOTLESS! The owner of the company even called before the installers left to make sure I was happy with the job and cleanup and overall experience, THAT was extremely appreciated and so professional on his part! My husband and I are beyond happy with the beautiful job they did. After some not-so- great experiences with big companies in the past, this was a refreshing surprise. MISSING ITEMS and VIDEO CAUGHT WORKER GOING THROUGH POSSESSIONS! We agreed to his asking price and…read morehired John Blessing Flooring to install new flooring and refinish our floors. NEVER EVER AGAIN! The first attempt by his workers resulted in over 100 blotches in the floor (see photos). We demanded his return and his crews came back and redid the floors, but this time areas were missed and in other areas the polyurethane was not spread out and it dried to clumps. We asked John over the course of 3 months to come back and make corrections. Every excuse was given and then he stopped responding. While the floors were being worked on (before we moved in), we had moved some expensive tools and equipment into a room on a different floor and on the opposite side of our house. Afterwards we noticed that 2 tools were missing. Coincidently, our security cameras captured John Blessing workers going through our refrigerator and freezer taking items out. We also found a length of wood veneer used by his workers to make a transition from the existing floor to where the new flooring meets in the same far away room where the tools were stored and there was no reason at all to be in that part of the house. Could there be a link between workers being caught on camera going through possessions and the missing items? I brought this to Johns attention and he said his workers would never do this, even though the camera does not lie and leaving flooring materials behind were tools went missing begs to differ. Lastly, there is a lump under the vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen floor. The video also showed the worker noticing this and rather than making corrections, they proceeded to keep applying the floor and left the lump in place. We were robbed in many ways and we caution anyone from using this company. There are dozens of other companies that you can use. Please learn from our experience.

Danny is honest, professional, fair, and genuinely a good person. He and his team finished the wall in no time and it looked amazing. For the past 7 years, if I need something done.. I call Danny. He has completed drywall, refinished my wood floors, repaired my ceiling, fixed sinks, doors, installed a fence, and just completed my back patio.
