He came and pressure washed the patio, filled in the missing dust. He had to come back because he had to seal it. He did come back to drop off a gallon of high gloss, which should've been 4 gallons for the size of my patio. He told my husband he'd be back after lunch. I sent pictures of my patio when it was new and wanted the same sheen. He never responded. He told us the day before that he underestimated the job and asked if we could pay him minus a hundred until he finished. He never came back or responded to me. Do not hire this company. I did my "due diligence" and AM Pro Wash came in with a good reasonable quote. Even their quote was meticulously spelled out and reflected the high standards they hold themselves to. Avery and Zack, my technicians, showed up enthusiastic and well-mannered and after a few minutes of explaining their methods they were off to work. They worked to wash the house, the shed, the shed roof, the front cedar porch, the rear pressure treated deck and an 80-foot stonework wall using different methods of washing and techniques appropriate to the surface they were cleaning. I was not told this but I'm sure they worked past their allotted time for my job because they were determined to do a "very good" job for me. Avery & Zach rule!! I could give you any number of reasons why I was happy with their work and service but suffice it to say that I believe you will be happy with their work too. As for myself I am already planning for the next time I get the house washed. It will be by AM Pro Wash. With thanks to them all, Ted H.

I would absolutely not recommend this cleaning service. We were charged a large amount of money for…read morea new build, deep clean and there were tons of places where construction dust was piled up on the doors and baseboards--even after we were told that there was a major focus on baseboards. They didn't even vacuum in one of the bedrooms or wipe down the coffee maker despite throwing a business card on the dirty drip cup. My gut said not to work with them again but a neighbor recommended them so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. We tried one weekly cleaning with them after this and they once again were extraordinarily late and immediately sat down to each lunch for a while before starting the job. They charged a premium for the cleaning and went so far as to say if they had to make a bed, it would be an extra $5 per bed. They didn't wash the floor and rushed through the cleaning so much that they scratched a brand new mirror and then laughed when the issue was brought to their attention. I have to replace the mirror at my cost, but am happy that they didn't do more extreme damage as they don't work with integrity. If you do proceed to work with them, be sure to inspect your house immediately after they leave which likely won't be when they tell you as both times we used them, they were extraordinarily late to start so I couldn't be present when they finished. It was a very expensive and disappointing experience to work with this service.

I found them on Angies list. We had interviewed several companies but chose Paradise Touch because of Sandra. I immediately felt that she was trustworthy and very professional. Five years later, I can honestly say that they have become family to me. For anyone that has ever had a contractor in their home you understand the hesitation to leave them alone in your home. The fear of things missing, or just the intrusiveness can be a very unsettling feeling. You don't have to worry with Sandra and her "girls". I trust them more than some family members! I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone. The are the Best I have ever worked with.

I started calling for estimate To fix the problem. that's how I ended Up in contact with Nick from NRG. I explained to him what was going on with the gutter he said he would come and look at it. CLEARLY TOLD HIM I JUST WANTED AN ESTIMATE! That night he sent a text saying he would stop by in the morning and look at again I said for an estimate? He said yes! I Have everything on text by the way. I said well let me get back to you by Friday cause I have other companies coming out and didn't want everyone to show up at once! He tells me he can come out the next day I said I won't be available he said I didn't have to be home for him to look at it.I said ok what time. he said 8 I said ok I'll be home he shows up and says all it needs it's flashing with out even getting up in a ladder he says I can do it for $100 since I'm here. He's response is it must be a leak in the roof. I said how can you if you haven't looked at. He says if I go out I'm going to have to charge you. Charge me? I hired you to fix a problem and you did. He went on to be very rude and swearing telling me to leave him alone that he was not coming to look at the gutter and stop texting him. Please. Be very careful who you hire and make sure you have a contract and everything in writing. people like this are the ones who give other reputable contractors bad names and people won't trust again. Ps: I Do have all my text from him if he tries to say I'm laying.
