He is extremely careful, highly skilled, and dedicated to excellence. And his skill extends to an amazing variety of home services. He just refinished my deck and front steps, and the result is a complete transformation. They've gone from hopeless frogs to handsome princes. Last fall, he painted a bathroom (and resolved multiple gnarly wall-surface problems), replaced the composite frame around my garage door, and replaced rotten wood around the door to the bulkhead. His new punch list includes refinishing a rusty radiator, installing stair treads, trimming the front bushes, edging the front garden, replacing exterior vent covers, and cleaning the laundry vent. When I put the house on the market, he'll power wash the exterior and refinish the rusting bulkhead. Each time I find something that needs fixing around the house, I add it to Jerry's punch list. From our initial meeting to view and size the job till the end of the project he was available and responded to my calls and questions. He took the time explain all the work that will be performed and how long it would take. He provided me with a detailed job proposal for all the work. The cost of the project was very fair as compared to other project quotes. He is a fair and honest person. In terms of working on the project, they were great. They arrived on the job at 8:00am each day. They were totally organized, had all the tools, staging, and ladders ready for use. You knew that they have done siding for many years. Each night, when the left for the day, everything was stored and covered, the area around the house cleaned and picked-up. The quality of their work is great, siding was straight and aligned perfectly, they installed window and door flushing and caulked them, and siding and house edging cuts were perfectly square. Their detail work was superior. Keith had noticed a couple of area that needed extra handling for water and drainage issue which he discussed with me and repaired. We are extremely happy with the result of their work. Our house looks great! I would highly recommend this company.
