He received 2 calls from an unknown number at about 11:45am. No message was left. When they didn't show I reached out to them via messaging at almost 4. I got a call back and they said they called, but couldn't reach my husband and that they were no longer coming. After I hung up, I texted him that I would be leaving a yelp review and he texted me back "How about we do the job for free next weekend and no yelp review?" Obviously, that didn't work out for him.

When I presented my credit card, as I had told him I would do when I asked for the service, I was informed that there'd be a surcharge for using a credit card. I disputed his doing that because there was no prior notice. No mention of it in the emails we exchanged, no mention on his website, but he was adamant that he was going to charge the fee ($5), even to offering to take the stuff off his truck and call it square. It was worth the $5 to me to not have to deal with getting someone else to remove the junk, but I'll never do business with him again.
