We had an agreed upon time (which I took time off work) and four minutes before they were suppose to arrive, I received a text message they would be two hours late. After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I never heard back from them. This company is not serious about their commitments. I am very disappointed I allowed myself to be taken advantage of more than once.

I would recommend clear and concise discussions about what you need done and writing it down. Dave and his wife are trying real hard to bring good service at a reasonable fee. This group get's a 4 and I'll tell you, as I work with him more, his rating will reflect his service capabilities. BE SPECIFIC when quoting jobs with Dave and take good notes.

Less than a week Wyatt asked if they could start early due to the outside temperatures. It was scheduled for a 2 day installation. It took a day and a half. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the wire they used, the other bids were planning to use a smaller wire. This bigger wire will allow me to upgrade later if needed. They also reinforced the wall in my garage to install the charger at no additional charge. Wyatt and his team were great throughout the job. Very respectful of my house, family (including our dog).
