I also had poor drainage in my backyard lawn which was generally in bad shape. My other 10-ft side yard was a glorious waste of space. The plants in the front yard were also a bit long in the tooth. Ryan came up with a great design beyond keeping with my basic functional requirements. The process was well structured with clarity all along the way. I couldn't pick all recommendations in keeping with a budget but everything that was picked was done very well. The crew doing the work (Andres, Jose & others) was meticulous and did a great job overall over 3 weeks. The outcome is fantastic and a source of great joy.

We've been really impressed by this process. The construction crews are highly professional. They are thoughtful and careful with neighbors when dealing with moving equipment in and out, noise, and those kinds of things. They are great communicators and set really good expectations about project length and other details. When we asked for tweaks or changes midstream there was never any grousing or grumbling - they were very focused on making sure we were 100% happy. The guys are our crew were Colin, Max and Michael, and Patrick was the Construction Manager. In both cases, the finished projects were even more stunning than we expected. Top notch.

We got estimates from over half a dozen contractors and L & S was not only very competitive, but could start sooner than everyone else. We ended up doing a half paver patio, half artificial turf for the back yard which included some retaining wall work. They also installed a gravel path to the back yard with paver stepping stones. The work was done in 5 days and his team was very courteous and friendly (especially to my 4 year old daughter who would wave from the window). As with most projects, issues arose, but Santiago was very transparent with them and provided solutions to get the job done right. L & S did such a good job that the neighborhood is considering them for future work and regular yard maintenance.

We have never reached out to this business or provided them with our contact information, yet they have been contacting my partner daily to push services. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

Anthony and Joe made short work of removing the remnants of our unsuccessful gardening attempt, and created a huge, beautiful garden and border, featuring a huge variety of butterfly and hummingbird friendly plants. Throughout the project, Anthony continued to provide exemplary service - he kept me apprised of his plans, was happy to discuss any concerns, and was a pleasure to work with.
