The September appointment was a no call no show and I then called in again and found out there was no appointment scheduled even after a field supervisor assured me I was scheduled. It turned out to be a costly add on I had to find and hire an electrician for. You would think a company doing this type of work would expect no outlets in the crawl space and warn their customers, or have their team have the ability to connect the machinery they "installed".
