I had met with a few flooring companies before finally deciding on SW Contractors through Lumber…read moreLiquidators' third-party referral program. I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.

We've gotten so many compliments and positive feedback on our remodel project, but none of it would have happened without this great group of guys. Marcello was very helpful in guiding us through the flooring selections available and what would make the most sense for us. They made their part of our kitchen remodel as simple and straight forward as possible with little inconvenience and incredible efficiency. I've shared a few photos of our project in case you're in need of flooring or tile work. We highly recommend Angel Floors if you need any work done in any of these areas, they are your go to team. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out and he showed up on time and was very professional. After a thorough inspection of my roof, Doug suggested I wait because I was not having any issues. He also provided an estimate for the cost of replacement and I was surprised at how low it was. I am so appreciative for his honesty! It has been about a year since his recommendation and I just called him to schedule my roof replacement now that there are signs of slow leaks after Hurricane Helene. I highly suggest calling Doug Keel with Lanier Roofing if you are looking for an honest and reliable roofer!

I went out to Nextdoor and read recommendations and ATD (and specifically, Grant) got high praise, so I called. Grant came out and spent a *lot* of time looking for the problem. He found a few, but wasn't satisfied that he'd found the 'smoking gun' on the main problem so the next day he brought another person along and they looked further, and found it. He provided lots of photos of various things that were going on up there and he worked up estimates to do just the repairs vs to do the main roof. We opted for the roof. They tarped so we were covered until they could come do the job. When he came back again to do some checks he noticed some things on the 'new' part of the house - not surprising given the contractor that did it. We opted to go ahead and redo that part, too, which allowed us to change the color of the whole roof to one that matched the the siding better. So, more money, but better result! The crew showed up at 7 am, worked like maniacs and were done by 3:30. And they cleaned up. Seriously cleaned up. It looks great, couldn't be happier.

I can highly recommend ATD for metal roofing based on the experience I had. Thanks guys! Will add photos once project is complete.

Did a great job on our light-colored carpet where there were some stains following construction. They do a good job of setting expectations if you're dealing with stubborn stains, etc. as I had where someone spilled coffee on a light colored chair. But, they got enough of the stain out to make the chair and ottoman useable again. And, they will tell you if it's risky to try and clean a particular fabric and won't do it if a good outcome is not likely. I like that. Reasonable prices, too. Did some oriental rugs for us as well (picked up and returned to us for a small fee). I tried the franchised cleaners and won't do that again. Go local.

Dennis explained his process to clean, the timeline, and even what we should do after they leave our home to ensure we don't compromise the cleaning (they gave us booties for our shoes as well!). 2. The price for the exemplary service was right - even though it was roughly $20 more than the local chain-brand carpet cleaners, it was well-worth it. ACS provided exactly what I asked for them to do, on time, with professional and experienced staff. 3. They guarantee their work - and Dennis didn't just say "we guarantee our work" - he explained that occasionally there are some stains that reappear after a cleaning - if that should happen, he will come back out at no charge and clean the spot again. Wonderful thing is - I didn't need him to come back out because they did such a great job the first time. I highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Solutions and will be using them again in the future!
