So as to create convenience for the work, we removed all furnishings prior to our appointment date to begin. Upon completion, matte porcelain tiles were all tacky feeling with some kind of residue soon afterwards but told things would dry. Following day requested the residue be removed and it was cleaned again and told it would dry. Nothing was accomplished and stickiness yet remained plus upon further examination recognized more failure in cleaning porcelain floor adequately. Victimized by this fiasco results in a negative recommendation due to overwhelming inconvenience and loss of trust in the workmanship in addition to overpaying $1185.

He didn't balk when we ran into problems and the work scope got bigger. He worked from the time he arrived, till the time he left. We barely knew he was here!
