Upstate Solution couldn't do the bathtub faucet, because they don't do tile work. My house is an older house with a cast iron tub. I only used the tub for showers, and was looking at having to have the wall opened, then calling a plumber to fix the leak, some one back in to replace the tile work. After that I was then going to find someone to come in, and resurface or attempt to make the bathtub look better. My decision was to just find one company that could do everything at once. Some of the services provided by some of the companies are misleading, until you talk to them. Things they say they can do, they don't. I looked on Google for places with at least 5 star ratings and good reviews. I called several places, that gave me the impression that they weren't interested. One man still had his company listed, but told me that he no longer did that kind of work, another man was going to have knee surgery, and suggested that I wait until after his recovery. Another man suggested that I give his friend a call(he wasn't listed or licensed) that was not even happening. I decided to call Palmetto Bath to discuss getting my bathtub removed and a walk in shower installed. I called and scheduled a free consultation and the rest is history. Will and Jason did an awesome job installing my shower, answering questions and explaining what they were doing. These two work well together, and it was a pleasure meeting them. Tim provided superior service and met his commitments. Overall I cannot recommend East Coast Granite but that is no reflection on Tim and his team.

I told the salesman in the store, again when he came to the house to measure, I told the template guy, I told the fabricator at the shop before the stone was even cut. It's indicated on my contract that I wanted eased corners. My new counter tops have sharp squared corners....not what I chose. I've been completely blown off & feel that's a terrible way to do business. They're not a discount center so it's not a you get what you paid for situation. They've taken no responsibility & have not even tried to reach out to discuss it. I would not recommend them for this reason.

My wife returned after the holidays to look at the selection again and was very pleased with the help of Kaylee our sales agent. She was so pleased that she spent $2,600. Maybe I should have gone too? And, we learned that our style is "new traditional." How about that!? What is nice is that we got a print out of all the bathroom fixtures, faucets, towel racks, etc. that we purchased so we could show our re-modeler contractor. So I guess this turned into a good experience for everyone but the guy paying the bill and writing this review! But it will be a nice master bathroom.

We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.

Once dry, this left a visible jagged border along the ceiling lines, corners, under the railing, and into the family room at the bottom of the stairs. Apparently, the original gallon and the new gallon weren't mixed together for this project, so the tints were slightly off. So, the original work wasn't satisfactory, and their recommended fix created an even bigger problem - all the while assuring me that everything would dry evenly and that I would be satisfied. And all that, by the way, after I pre-paid for the work to be done. Their solution to the whole debacle was to make excuses and charge more money. After dealing with the frustration, and a lack of communication and timeliness, I did not agree to the extra expense. In all fairness, he did offer a bit of a discount to make everything right. Shawn is a nice guy and a member of our community, which makes this experience - and this review - all the more disappointing. On the bright side, the hallway and the ceiling look great. We're grateful for that.

King, the owner himself felt bad and started making "excuses" for the shitty product and applied additional discounts to appease me. He knew the product was shabby but promised after a full cure, the "wet appearance" will subside, and I will gain a better appreciation adding my "driveway will be the envy of the Cul de sac." After the 72 hour cure, much of the imperfections glaringly appeared. Contacting him, he replied, "it's not like I didn't put your floor down. Just because you don't like certain areas wouldn't work in a court room." That's where I'm going with this contractor now.
