The same areas have gotten worse and worse and Donnie is totally unresponsive to our repeated calls and pictures of the problems. He refuses to return our calls. These areas have gotten bigger and he has gotten totally silent. This was supposed to be a 'lifetime warranty'. If we were to have this repaired by someone else it would not match AND I am sure it would void our warranty. I cannot believe the 'great' reviews and how dissing someone who also shows pictures of what he won't answer for or repair tells me he has taken down the bad reviews. They ARE cheats. My issue is that their estimate (for a small ~100 -140 sf area), which was submitted and was *DOUBLE* the other 3 estimates. And for clarity, the other 3 estimates had "minimums" as well. I simply perceive that their minimum is quite high, relatively speaking. They may very well have done a good job. Again the gentleman who came to review the project certainly was a very kind, gracious, and professional. My review is only to remind you, the customer, to get *multiple* estimates.

Purchased home that's 3 years old. The original owners had Home Run Coatings apply their product to…read morethe back patio in 2023. The area exposed by the sun has not held up at all. The polyurea coating is completely gone and the paint chips are dried up and crackled. Called Home Run to ask about warranty or possibly re-coating the area. A rep names Ryan came out to look at the area. I will say that he was very pleasant and quick to respond. He stated that since I'm not the original owner the advertised 15-year warranty would not apply and the only option was for me to pay $2000 to have the patio completely redone. He stated that it looked like a chemical had been applied to the defective area; original owner is my friend and neighbor and she assured me that this was not the case. Only the half of the patio exposed to the sun has deteriorated. The other half is not as bad, but has dulled in some areas. Buyer beware when having this applied to any area exposed to direct sunlight. From what I understand from another neighbor, Home Run is now promoting a "newer, better" product that is less glossy and better for outdoor use. Curious if this change is due to the issue I had with my area.
