I know, super picky right? When I walked into Four Seasons I was greeted immediately. I must admit my Mandarin isn't great, so I was afraid that the employees would look down on me or not give me good service (let's be honest, that's how some shops are). But I was wrong! They say they treat their customers like their friends, I felt like I was treated like their family. When I told them what I was looking for, they listened and understood, were patient, and transparent with their pricing. I've never seen a place whip out a notebook pad and tell you exactly the grams of metal or diamond carat, list out each price, labor, and show you the total. They told me they could custom make the ring I wanted and this would be the estimated cost. It took me about a month to receive my ring and I love it! It was exactly what I asked for and was ready by the time they promised. When I called asking if it ready, they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered before I really said much. They remember their customers! They were also kind enough to polish my engagement ring for free even though it wasn't purchased from them.
