I love this boutique - my favorite in Denver. It's one of those local spots where you want to see it thrive & conquer this town (a bit selfish on my end - but I love the clothes here!). The clothing and accessories offer a healthy variety to suit a broad taste, the prices are reasonable - definitely (a few high end pieces thrown in the mix - again, variety!!), and it's unique. AND, the owner RACHEL is a DOLL. She is smart, savvy, stylish...and, completely down to earth/sweet. Jewelius is the BEST local boutique. I love a place you can get an entire outfit in one quick stop. The jewelry is unique and current and what's great is that there is something for everyone. If you are a little more on the shy/plain-Jane side of things like I am, there are perfect choices that will just add a little something special to your everyday outfit. And if you are bold and like to make a statement with your accessories, there are definitely options for that. The clothing is perfect. Very high quality clothing that you can dress up or down. I think overall what I love about Jewelius is the versatility of all of the items. I also enjoy the shopping experience. The owner Rachel lets you know she is available if you need her but let's you browse and shop without feeling pressured. Many times I have asked for help choosing items since I am more on that plain-Jane spectrum and she has happily and willingly spent time searching the store for the perfect fit for what I was looking for. This is THE neighborhood boutique. And...I have friends who live in broomfield that come all the way to this boutique to check out the latest in fashion. Rachel, the owner, is fabulous. Her taste in clothing and jewelry is amazing and I joke with her that I work for three weeks then come to her and her alone to spend all my money ;) totally worth it. For me, this is the store I find everything for all occasions. So convenient to be able to come to one place to fulfill most, if not all, of my fashion needs. Not to mention the fact that Rachel is such a sweetheart and she really cares if you are happy. She is also HONEST. If I put on a dress that she recommends and it doesn't look right on ME, she says "it's not as flattering as I've seen some dresses on you." I need someone to be honest and not steer me in the wrong direction. Clearly, Rachel doesn't need help making sales, and as a result, her business is in making customers happy over and over again...which is why I continue to frequent this amazing store. I have never experienced such a multi faceted failure in small business as I have with this business. It all starts with a consumer thinking pets are allowed in this store by the presence of a dog waiting inside the front door. However it appears this is the owners dog and no other pets are allowed in the shop. I know this first hand as I was told to wait outside or tie my dog up if I wanted to enter the store with my wife. I waited outside. It gets even better. Not only did I have to stifle my feelings of alienation and be okay with my wife's agenda of going into this anti consumer environment I had the pleasure of listening to my wife's account of how one is treated once inside this shop of disrespect. It just so happens the bathroom is off limits to customers as well. My wife had witnessed an employee exiting the bathroom while thinking it would be nice if she could relieve herself while shopping here. On entering the restroom after the employee exited she noticed a sign that stated the restroom is currently out of service. She said she inquired about the status of the restroom and the owner said it is out of service. It's hard to believe when one witnesses first hand an employee using the facility. I guess they are more than willing to take your money but truly have an enormous disregard for customer service. My wife and I will rather travel outside our neighborhood and spend our time and money at a more welcoming establishment than this one any given day no matter the expense. I know there are a lot of reviews on companies because it is the safest way for a consumer to say something about a business without confrontation, but please believe me when I say do yourself a favor and completely avoid this shop. read more

I am a New Yorker who came out to Denver for a long weekend getaway. Being from NY, my goal was not to necessarily shop, as I feel like I have the best options at home. But strolling around Denver I happened upon Jewelius. I entered and felt immediately at home - - the store has a vintage, boho like appeal.... the atmosphere felt trendy and yet unique. I felt like I was in some of my favorite NYC boutiques...but not when I saw the prices. From clothing to accessories the prices could not be beat! The owner, Rachel, was cool and personal, but not pushy and pretentious like many of my fellow NY owners (sorry). It's the kind of store you leave with having made purchases for yourself, for a friend, for a sister, simply because something was too fabulous to leave behind! Definitely one of the best places to shop in Denver! A majority of my outfits come from here. I happened to walk by one day and decided to stop in. The owner is fantastic. Not only is she super sweet, but she went out of her way to find outfit after outfit for me to try on. She pulled things that looked fantastic yet I would never pick for myself. I love the store, the clothes, the vibe, as well as Rachel, the owner, and her mom who is frequently her helper. They really do make you feel so special and are such great helpers with finding just the right thing for you. With respect to any negative publicity you see about being dog friendly, I can tell you that their dog was recently attacked (including Rachel's mother) by another dog. And so there is some reasonable sensitivity to other dogs coming in. Yes, this is a dog friendly neighborhood but you can't just assume that you can go into any store or restaurant with your dog. And if you you go anywhere that is dog friendly you should be cognizant of other dogs-whether they be the business owners or someone else's. These people are just that-people-just like you-and love their dog-just like you. They are kind and genuine people who try very hard to be accommodating. Keep up the good work! read more
