    Floral arrangements are outstanding! I checked out the Moline Jewel floral dept for a special arrangement for my mom's birthday. They had many beautiful arrangements available, in addition to the various stem bunches you can buy to make your own arrangement. The vase arrangement I chose has been one of the most beautiful, fragrant, long-lasting floral purchases I have made in years! That includes from floral shops as well as other grocery floral departments. The florist was on hand and very helpful. I highly recommend!

    CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! IMO MULTIPLE LAWS BROKEN ALONG WITH DISCRIMINATION, DEFAMATION AND MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! FULL STORY IN PHOTOGRAPH AND SENT TO BBB AND ALBERTSONS Corp. Here is an unfortunate situation that we had to deal with at this Jewel-Osco Pharmacy just recently. By all accounts I believe based on the legal assistance we are now receiving in potentially looking at Jewel-Osco(Albertson's) being added to the current and active Class action lawsuit against Walgreens, Walmart and CVS. If we cannot get this done we will be pursuing personal legal counsel. This is in regard to a schedule 3 substance (Not a schedule 1 or 2) This started on (Includes Me, my wife(legal partner), New pharmacist, pharmacist on duty, and unfortunately the one man pharmacist who I believe is the actual Lead pharmacist on site) FULL STORY IN PHOTOGRAPH 1. When the pharmacists involved here realized they did something wrong, instead of doing the right thing and apologizing, they closed rank, kicked us out and defamed us to our Dr. office (Not realizing we have been seen by our Dr. for about a decade). I haven't confirmed this pending on legal but I have a feeling they also flagged us or negatively impacted us in the ILPMP/PDMP (Illinois Prescription Monitoring Program). The lead manager did not EVER call for our side of the story before retaliating and calling our Dr. to claim we threatened them. They claim us asking them "Should I get legal assistance here because it feels discriminatory" as a threat. Never once did we raise our voices, make threats or talk aggressive to them. We have evidence of this entire situation and what's really sad here is all I asked for was an apology and to move forward. They refused and continued pursuing attacks, one after another. This is terrifying to think medications that are required to keep people alive and keep their lives stable are being managed by a mob like this. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! UPDATE! We also just found out I was talking to them in front of 2 of my external security camera's, recorded entire thing!

    It's Walmart so my expectations are already tempered. This one has been the better of the two…read morenearby but when we went recently, they were out of tons of items! Reminded me of Covid or some severe snowstorm. Walmart should talk to the employees picking the delivery or pickup preparation. They park dead center in an aisle and give attitude when you ask to get by. Like "excuse me" triggered them. Then there is a random spot check of your receipt on your way out. We queued up to have the gal look at our receipt but the guy behind us was too impatient and just rode on by her. I asked her "doesn't everyone get checked? Or is it optional?" She said it really shouldn't be optional but that's how some folks are.

    tl;dr: This Walmart location is terrible. Clearly, it is mismanaged. Indifference, contempt, and…read morelethargy are their core values and it shows! The Silvis location is much better. I once had to wait an hour for a scheduled grocery pick-up. I finally called their 800 customer service number and canceled the order from the parking lot. I left without any groceries after waiting an hour! On another occasion, a millennial chick casually followed my girlfriend and I around the store. Every aisle we went to, suddenly there she was. I wasn't sure if she wanted to get freaky with a Gen X couple or steal my girlfriend's Coach purse. It finally occurred to me that she was loss prevention. So in a not so subtle, overt manner, I pointed out that she was following us. Needless to say, she immediately disappeared. Good riddance! If you happen to visit the "Customer Service" department at this location, you're in for quite the experience. Most likely you will encounter an older, heavy set lady with graying hair and glasses named, "Carol". Carol is the living embodiment of the core values that I mentioned earlier. Despite the signage clearly stating that they "will happily Exchange or Refund merchandise", they will refuse to do an exchange! Carol threatened to call security because I took a photo of the signage! I purchased three pairs of Jeans on Black Friday, but they didn't fit. When I visited the store, they refused to exchange them for another size. They were only willing to refund my money. This is by design. By refusing exchanges and performing refunds instead, if the original purchase price was lower than the current price, you will lose your savings and Walmart will pocket the difference! A subtle, sneaky, and nefarious business practice. Buyer beware!
