This is Ohio. We have a mask mandate. I felt uncomfortable. It's a small store. Guess my attempt to support a local business was not a wise decision. Next time it's a national chain for me.

I didn't catch…read moreanyone's name, but we were first helped by a kind woman with short hair who, after spending ages with me, realized I had a very unique style and called over a coworker(dark haired, with a lovely accent) to help her. The coworker, instead of being angry that I had such a unique style, was EXCITED! She knew right away something that I'd like, and made it so perfect. Then she spent time with my fiancé finding rings for him, because he had a unique style too. His fingers were an unusual size, and again instead of being frustrated with it she got so excited and pulled out more and more rings to choose from. Every time we went back to pick up our rings she was so bouncy and excited for us it was positively infectious. I smile every time I thinking of that experience and I'm so happy she was able to help us. They even cleaned my ring multiple times and she showed off our ring choices to our coworkers once they came in. 10/10 whole staff is awesome. Wish I caught names, hope this is helpful! Can't wait to get married now

I enjoyed seeing just a preview of what is available at Kelly's Boutique while visiting their booth…read morerecently at the Equine Affaire in Columbus, Ohio. They have some reasonable basics like the sleeveless mock neck shirts that layer nicely under anything or look great alone. They were very helpful when I fell in love with an adorable jacket that was unfortunately not in my size, they offered to check there inventory back at their shop on Monday. True to their word I lucked out and have it on the way to me. I hope to visit Kelly's Boutique at their location in Lima, Ohio when I get over that way. I can only imagine all the treasures I will find to fit my fancy.
