My sister was stuck in what felt like the middle of nowhere. I called EVERY SINGLE tow company in…read morethe area and was either denied service whether it was from distance or unavailability I got an estimates when i could only to be denied due to what i can only describe as 'location inconvenience' because of the pick up/drop off location was so far away. I called the companies in around the drop off area and got denied due to the pick up location "not in range" which is a weird way to deny business if they're dropping off in the same area. (My logic) Heres where Joel comes in. Joel was pretty much the only guy right in the middle. I called and had a short chat over the phone and jotted his estimate down in the midst of calling everyone else. It was thought the car just needed a few simple things. When it was clear nothing was working we caved and called Joel. Joel was happy to have been called where others were not, his customer service was through the roof! He was WILLING to go the distance and put my mind at ease where stress had been ALL day. He came in a timely manner and scooped up the car and was even able to go with the flow when we changed the drop off location (which was fairly closer than originally) and even shaved off a bit of the initial estimate. (Mind you this was the ONE time both me and my sister were short on money) we didnt have much scraped up together so and it was already a rough day. Thanks to Joel we were able to go home and move the car off the side of the road, he worked efficiently and timely and we were out before we knew it! I could not recommend him enough! Thank you Joel!

I spent 17 years in the towing & recovery industry (alongside being an automotive technician) and I sure hope that I never presented myself to the people I was serving like this guy did. safety chains weren't properly attached to my car. (hanging the safety chain from the outer tie rod in the steering system is WRONG) he took my credit card with a phone and didn't give me an itemized bill. also, I felt he overbilled by a half hour. I guess the only part he got right was my car at the body shop.... but as I stated, that was an argument. oh yeah, the emailed receipt wasn't well itemized. no start time, no stop time, no pickup or drop off location. I'd suggest doing business elsewhere.
