Kristen had excellent communication skills and made sure I understood everything that would take place upon my family member passing. Kristen always answered all calls and emails promptly. Sad to say my loved one passed this past Sept. I was then assigned to work with Andrew and McKenna(sp). Andrew was AMAZING ! Even during this stressful time he made sure all of my request were completed. He went above and beyond in all aspects of planning the service, and setting up the day of the service. There were several times I would focus on what he was doing and he was meticulous again in paying attention to small details making sure things were perfect ! The family is allowed to add a unique touch to the services to honor their loved one. They have a garden cementary , on grounds and it is beautiful. I have attended both indoor and outdoor services and was impressed by both.
