I was able to park in the parking garage behind the studio and walk over and loved how clean the studio was upon entering. The instructor came up and asked my name and explained to me the class format and what equipment would be needed. It was a small class with only 3 other people so I thought I'd get more one on one attention but the instructor was not hands on and didn't provide any adjustments. Also the pace of the class was extremely slow and not challenging. I believe instructors should look to challenge their students to push them to do better and actual make a difference in their fitness ability. I will say the view of downtown Palm beach in the windows was gorgeous and the overall ambiance was very chill and zen. However if I'm looking for a challenging workout I would go somewhere different.

I was scheduled for a 30 minutes Pilates class and omg it killed me. It was so intense! I need to get use to the heat but for a first time, it wasn't bad at all! I was sweating my life away. When I signed up, no one told me this requirement. In fact, the girl at the front desk didn't explain the membership terms at all--she was more focused on selling me the yoga mat and other products. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I would never recommend this place based on the way they do business. A business should make it just as easy to cancel a membership as it is to sign up. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I've seen bachelorette parties reserve the room as well. You can a rent mat or bring your own. Some of the moves remind me of a far better version of physical therapy, and the heat helps you repair, build muscle, and tone. The instructors are all fabulous. The room is small and mostly filled with a younger crowd, but my fellow Gen X'ers, don't let that shy you away. If you can hang with Gen Z in here, you'll walk out feeling stronger and more empowered than ever. Classes often fill up, so booking ahead is smart. They also have a great infrared sauna and two cold plunges. My only constructive criticism is that the sauna and cold plunges are in separate rooms, so you can't do contrast therapy by going back and forth easily. And the shower in the cold plunge room is cold, so there's no way to warm up between plunges. I urge them to bring hot water into the plunge room shower. Just note that the sauna and cold plunge must be booked separately, and they come with an additional charge. They have a clean restroom stocked with anything you might need, including deodorant, hair ties, lotion, and more. There are cubbies for your belongings, though you can't see them during the workout. I bring my own lock, so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer keeping items secure. They also sell some clothing. The reception desk is always warm and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since it's mostly street parking and some spaces require a permit, but you can find open parking if you pay attention to the signs.

I was skeptical of the results at the beginning but, honestly I kept on going because they are so nice and supportive that I felt super comfortable. They really do their best so you do not miss your classes! They are very accommodating and you can see how they truly care about you!
