I find this location is a little busier than the other PGA location which is nice because I like fuller classes. All in all, OTF provides a fun, fast-paced workout that is different every time you go! Booked a class while visiting, and overall it was a nice experience. Parking wasn't a hassle, and…read morethe staff was all great! The only thing that stuck out to me, and why I didn't give 5 stars, was that it all felt dated. I was at station 12, and tripped a couple times on an area of the floor that is uneven from the rest. The layout is small, and the treads/rowers definitely seem a bit outdated. Granted, everything worked so other than the tripping it's mostly just aesthetics which don't mean much when you're in the zone. Danielle was my coach, and she was definitely 5 stars!

Absolutely incredible hot Pilates studio. The classes are so challenging and make my body feel…read moreamazing. Some of the moves remind me of a far better version of physical therapy, and the heat helps you repair, build muscle, and tone. The instructors are all fabulous. The room is small and mostly filled with a younger crowd, but my fellow Gen X'ers, don't let that shy you away. If you can hang with Gen Z in here, you'll walk out feeling stronger and more empowered than ever. Classes often fill up, so booking ahead is smart. They also have a great infrared sauna and two cold plunges. My only constructive criticism is that the sauna and cold plunges are in separate rooms, so you can't do contrast therapy by going back and forth easily. And the shower in the cold plunge room is cold, so there's no way to warm up between plunges. I urge them to bring hot water into the plunge room shower. Just note that the sauna and cold plunge must be booked separately, and they come with an additional charge. They have a clean restroom stocked with anything you might need, including deodorant, hair ties, lotion, and more. There are cubbies for your belongings, though you can't see them during the workout. I bring my own lock, so that's something to keep in mind if you prefer keeping items secure. They also sell some clothing. The reception desk is always warm and welcoming. Parking can be a bit of a challenge since it's mostly street parking and some spaces require a permit, but you can find open parking if you pay attention to the signs.

Went to Anytime to check out the gym…read more As soon as I walked in I noticed how ridiculously small the gym was. This was almost the size of an apartment gym... Anyways, I came in on the premise of having a tour. As soon as I walked in the gentleman working advised me he would be right with me to tour but he was helping a client. I worked out by myself and toured the whole gym myself (not by choice). The stairmaster was extremely rusty and noisy. Furthermore, most of the equipment was extremely old and damaged, yet still functional. I was able to have a decent workout here. Would I recommend it? Not necessarily but if you had no other choice I suppose it would suffice.

The owner clearly didn't bother to rearrange after the COVID pandemic hit. Who cares if my clients get sick right? The equipment is old and most don't work. It smells like mold. Definitely not a real Anytime Fitness compare to others. Very disappointed. I literally walked in and walked right back out. I had no problem driving the extra 20 mi s to Boynton Beach instead. Real gym goers like quality equipment and a gym that provides it. If I was the health inspector I would close this gym down. If I could give a negative star I would. Do NOT recommend to others and if you want to catch COVID this is the place to go.

I have never stuck with a fitness program the way I have with My Pilates. The studio is clean, carpeted, and attractively appointed. Elena Miller owns the studio and teaches many classes. She has several other qualified teachers and offers Pilates, Yoga, a Boot Camp class and Barre classes. Individual, one-on-one classes are also available. Pricing seems fair and there is some flexibility with scheduling. Members are young, and like myself, not so young. You can work at your own pace and feel no pressure to punish yourself. I truly look forward to attending my classes and feel much healthier than I did a year ago.
