Let's talk about this pizza! I got the small deep dish pizza and it was cooked all the way through and the ingredients were soo fresh. Online ordering was easy. Delivery driver left pizza at door as I instructed. A little pricey- but it didn't suck! Now, admire this pizza! read more

We ordered slices to go because there's a brewery next-door and they don't serve food at the brewery. The slices were overpriced but then again I don't live in Michigan so maybe it's normal for Michigan. The pizza was pretty decent. I'm not a big fan of deep crust, but my husband was totally into it. The flavors were good, the sauce was good, the cheese could've been a little better. The people waiting on us were really nice. read more

New owner has taken over and a new staff is in place. I've stopped in a couple times for slices at lunch and the new staff was friendly and efficient. I'll update again when I have a chance to try more of their menu and evaluate the quality. read more

I used to like Jet's pizza however last time I ordered a large pepperoni with bacon and when i got home i found out it was burnt. The bacon that I paid extra for was just little lumps of ash. I am sure they knew they burnt the pizza and just watched me walk out knowing I would find out when I got home. Will not go back to this shop anymore. They screwed me bad and I wont go back. read more

for the past five or six times i've ordered from here last year they absolutely cannot get my order right. i only ever order pepperoni deep dish. what is wrong with the people working here? dont order from this location ever if you dont want them to fuck it up. also they had me speak to like three different people on the phone when taking my order. NO other pizza place EVER does that. shows how disorganized they are. get your shit together. read more

Jet's Pizza - cheese even though i ordered pepperoni - Pizza Near Me - Wixom, Michigan

My boyfriend orders Jet boats at least once a week for the past 10 years so I consider him a connoisseur. Lol. He just ordered 2 Jet boats from this Wixom location because he was in the area. Both Jet boats were at least a third smaller than the ones he gets weekly at the New Hudson Jets location, not to mention really dry, barely any sauce or cheese. They were all puffed up dry dough. Next time we will stick with the Jets in New Hudson. They make consistently great food whatever we order and have great customer service. You wouldn't think the same company would have such differences of quality in locations so close together. read more

What a bunch of clowns. Phoned in my order which apparently was never entered. Manager(s) insisted I called the wrong store until I showed them the call log on my phone. This was met with blank stares and no apology of any kind. read more

I love this place! The pizza is always great and the employees never mess anything up. I am satisfied everytime I come here. Definitely will order again. read more

We need an option for no stars.. I ordered a pizza at 5:42. After over a hour I called and was told that the pizza had just come out of the oven and was on the way. Over a hour later a cold pizza was delivered. I was under 2 miles away. Never again will we order from the Wixom Jet's.. NEVER! read more

This past Monday I walked in to refer a pizza with a coupon I received in the mail. It was for a free pizza because the owner wanted to bring back customers for poor service and poor quality of their food. There is no expiration on this coupon. Anyway When I ordered the young man and the manager mentioned that they will not accept the coupon. I showed my coupon but they wouldn't accept. The young man laughed and smiled at me as I left. I felt embarrassed. Anyway. I usually don't complained but after I felt angry so I went on the website to complain. The cooperate office just forwarded information to the owner. I just got off the phone with the owner and he was abusive inferring that I was trying to scam him. He gave me a story of a person getting over 10 pizza. BUT how can a person get over 10 pizzas if only 1 coupon is printed and sent out. Using 10 different phone numbers doesn't make sense if they don't bring in a coupon when they pick up the pizza!! This owner. I think he said Dave just wanted to say to cooperate office that he responded to my complaint!!! Also he was mad at me for having a coupon when he was at fault for not putting a expiration date on the coupon. 2. He should train his employees better to take the coupon from each customer. This at only 1 coupon is used per household. 3. The owner should be more responsible for reviewing the coupon before sending there mass mailer out. Anyway. He did say never come back to his place. In fact. I will never visit a Jet's pizza again. This owner should take responsibility for his own mistakes. Because if his employee made a mistake. I am sure this owner would fired that individual. This owner doesn't have to worry. I will not come back to his restaurant and not any Jet's pizza again. !! read more

DONT EAT HERE! Ordered a pizza, over an hour later had it delivered cold and partially eaten! Called and complained, kid was rude and unprofessional. read more

Jet's Pizza - How my COLD pizza arrived - Pizza Near Me - Wixom, Michigan

This joint needs to change owners, or fold. I am sure they are having trouble finding help right now, however, your problems started long before covid. You have some employees that are so incredibly rude its unreal. I once received a New York style pizza that was folded in half, when I called, I was basically blamed for it. I have lived in this area for 25 years, I have had many pizzas from this Jets, (Lately its impossible). I ordered online Friday night, and my order was cancelled, when i called, the guy on the phone said "I am the only one here" I wouldn't have even known if I didn't call. I feel bad for any employee who is actually trying there, they have no chance with that management team. read more

Terrible service. Placed me on Hold for a few min then came back to say call us later and hung up. Awesome. I'll make sure never to call this location again. read more

Wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered around 7PM and the ETA was for 8:10 i waited 30 minutes after the estimated time before calling. I called numerous times before deciding to head up there. When i arrived at 8:55 there was nobody inside the store even though there closing time is clearly posted for 10PM. On top of all of that they never contacted me to tell me they are canceling the order. Took the money from my card as well. Please find another place to go, big waste of time and money. read more

Called to order a pizza, was greeted on the phone by being told "Jets pizza we're not taking orders for pickup or delivery"

HORRIBLE Jet's location. Was REFUSED delivery at 6:45pm on a SATURDAY night. I gave them my address and they told me they hoped I lived in the Golden Gate complex and not The Village complex because they won't deliver to The Village after dark... Are you kidding me? They are directly across the street from each other, and owned by the same company. This Jet's location is only .8 miles away from me. I honestly feel discriminated against because of where I live. Lost my business as well as my respect. Hungry Howies happily delivered me a pizza. read more

Unnecessarily rude every single time. I've tried over and over thinking maybe it was a bad day but nope. I'll will go out of my way and drive to Walled Lake or Novi if we really want Jets. read more

I ordered online and have a confirmation # I had company over my house. I never got my order. I was so embarrassed and humiliated ! I called Craig the manager (he was very rude) He didn't care. He said we're closed. It's too late to deliver. He sounded like he was high or on drugs. What a total nightmare !!! I will never recommend Jets pizza. The owner called me the next day and apologized and took care of the incident. Thank you read more

Probably my favorite chain pizza. Gotta go deep dish with extra sauce, extra cheese pepperoni! Only con is the Greek salad sucked. It was way too much iceberg lettuce and not enough of anything else and the dressing was average too. My 5 stars, though, is for the pizza alone. read more

My wife loves this place. I think it's ok. But there are plenty of "franchise" pizza places in the area. I prefer the private owned pizza places. Never had a bad meal here. read more

Worst place. 3rd time in a row they said "Pizza will be ready in 20 minutes" I get there 20 minutes after and I still have to sit outside for another 20 minutes for them to bring the pizza out. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. read more

Here I am craving Jets pizza again. Unfortunately the location closest to me for delivery has served me burnt, cold, and lacking of cheese and toppings pizza the last few times i have ordered from them at my new house. read more

Excellent pizza. Probably the best in the area for my family. The food is made all in house and the customer service is excellent. Garrin and Courtney are very helpful employees and have great work ethics that make ordering from this location easy and relaxed. Keep it up Jet's of Wixom! You guys are doing great! 5 Stars for this Jet's location and I'll be back! read more

We have been back a few times since my last review and it seems that was a one off experience. Phewww!! They have been cooking up great pizza the last few times we visited. Perfect, crunchy crust, ample amount of cheese, fresh toppings. I wanted this location to be great since it's so close to home. Well, they delivered read more

I just picked up a poorly cut and overcooked round pizza. Could be a fluke as this is my first visit.

Awful food the last few times I have gotten pizza it was cold and burnt. I used to love jets but I've been very disappointed with the last three times I have ordered. read more

This Jets is GREAT! Delivery is quick, and if they know when I order that delivery may take longer than usual, they let me know ahead of time...I think that very considerate! My pizza is always right, what I ordered, and very hot! Jets really is good pizza...the deep dish is good and chewy, and the round is so fresh tasting. Good wings, too! You won't be disappointed with the Wixom Jets...it's the best! read more

Best Jet's Pizza around my area! I have tried two other Jet's yet this lactation has the tastiest pizza and every menu item! Friendly staff and delivered to my door hot-ALWAYS. Great drivers usually at my door way before 45 mins. Great job Jet's Pizza in Wixom. You are the winner of the best in my area!!! read more

Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because I think their food is fairly good for a Jets. However, the kids who take the orders (particularly one kid name AJ) are so rude. And I mean RUDE! It has happened numerous times and last night we had enough. My husband went in to get our pizza and this kid wouldn't even come out front from the back! My husband told the manager how he had acted and the manager said "oh". That's it! Another worker has to apologize. The time before when we were there we were told he was rude to a lot of people and they were getting a lot of phone calls about him. They are going go get another today!! One would think you would get rid of him at this point! read more

The service here is great. Jets is always good, but this place has the nicest staff and they really act like they care. Easily the best chain pizza place I have ever been to. read more

Young lady got an attitude with me for wanting to add a tip for the driver over the phone. I guess she was impatient. I just canceled the whole order. I didn't understand the attitude. read more

I always get my pizza here, it is consistently delicious and the staff is always courteous. I like to get slices at lunch sometimes.

This is the best pizza that you can get from a chain, everything is always made fresh and you can tell. Customer service is alright, sometimes they seem to be understaffed but the workers are generally nice and apologetic when it takes too long. Overall, they have good pizza especially when compared to other pizza places in Wixom. read more

Worst service ever. Tried to over charge me and was rude when I questioned him and he said "the computer doesn't lie" about the price.

Wow, extremely disappointed with the new jet boat. It was terrible, and a waste of money, it was all dough, very little cheese and like 3 pepperoni. I won't be oredering these again. read more

we got delivery. no issues that i could tell. it's good ol' solid pizza. nothing too fancy. good ingredients, really nice crust that was doughy on the inside and just right crispy on the outside. i think for me personally i like some cheese on top of the toppings. it doesn't have to be a lot of cheese, just enough to keep it all together. they do all the cheese underneath the toppings. and there could be some extra zing put into the tomato sauce. but i had 4 slices of the one that has pepperoni, ham, and a bunch of veggies. good stuff. read more

My girlfriend ordered online and never got her food until I called the store and asked why. The response I got from the manager Craig, was that they don't deliver to my apartment complex, which is 5 minutes away. If they are unwilling to deliver to a place right down they road they should put that on the website. Terrible customer service. read more
