Depends on the day of the week with this place! Got home and my 2 pizzas were someone else's pizza - not what I ordered. Lucky I didn't mind too much, just picked off the olives. Pizza was good but I'm sure somebody else was pissed too. Next time I'll check the box before I leave! read more

It was mediocre. It was good but nothing to rave about. We all had terrible heart burn even after taking a heartburn pill for the night. We would have been much better off just buying DiGiornos frozen pizza and baking them at home. I wont order from them again for the heart burn issues we all had. read more

If you want to eat some disgusting bad quality pizza then this is your place. Why do they even exist? I am not sure

Our family has ordered take out from here before with great service and even a free salad when the other orders have been slightly delayed. Today though 8/13/20 the pizza was way not ready. What had started as an online order that needed changed for a later time to 1230, I even called to confirm the change was made, it was not ready. 30 minutes later and the salad and pizza had missing toppings upon inspection at home. Was there any suggestion of apology, no, just would you like crushed red pepper and parm... ‍ This was the first time in years having to wait on pizza. In all seriousness I know there is a lot going on in the world and I shouldn't complain about this but it had to be said. read more

We split a gluten free pizza and a Greek salad, and it was fantastic! Usually salads from pizza restaurants are disappointing...mostly lettuce with pizza toppings. Not this salad... ample toppings, katamala olives, feta cheese, and beets! The GF pizza was excellent too...highly recommend! read more

The best pizza within 50 miles. Deep dish, perfect crust, great variety of toppings. Now that I've discovered this pizza place I keep going back. The last time I went my wife had a Cheese steak and she loved it, I got a small Cauliflower crust pizza just to give it a shot on my Keto diet and it was amazing too. Best pizza in town. This was the worst pizza ever. It was supposed to be their thin crust chees pizza. The crust was not crunchy and not thin. It was worse than a frozen Totino's pizza. Should have gone next door to Publix for the Totino's if I really wanted bad pizza. Just a take out joint with one bench for waiting. Saw people walk in and walk out empty handed. We've order here 3 times. 1st time was great. After that no good. Asked for a 8 corner and didn't get that. All the sauce was in the middle and not cooked all the way. Asked for extra bacon, didn't happen. Was told 20 mins to pick up. Took 45. Need to get their act together. Will not be going back. Need a manager that cares about the quality going out. read more

I'm gluten free and have to give Jets/Buffalo Rd. a 5 star rating on their crust. Most pizza restaurants offer a gluten free pizza as an obligatory afterthought. It usually tastes like cardboard but Jet's was tasty (maybe under tones of honey?) light and crisp. Thanks Jets for taking the time to care. It's now my new fav place. Curbside was great. read more

Terrible experience on a Friday evening. Called to order told 30 minute pick up time. Go to pick up and pizza is not ready. We are instructed to wait 10 minutes and call again. Waited and called again and were told, "I'm sorry your order has not even been made yet!" Wait 10 more minutes and it will be ready! Went in and no one inside even cared that we had been waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot. What a shame our money is not that important. We won't go back. read more

Please save your family some time and pick a different restaurant or location. We call at 7:39 on a Saturday night and was not told a delivery time after the order was placed. About an hour later we realized our pizza had not arrived yet so I decided to give them a call. After speaking with a different employee he told me delivery time is about 75minutes, which I explained was not told to me the first time. So after a little but of back and forth the employee assured me my pizza would not be cold and was coming out of oven in 2 minutes and would be on the way very shortly to meet my delivery time. After another hour I called back livid that we still had not received our pizza and was told he will try and find the driver to see what is going on, only to get back on the phone to tell me the driver should be here shortly. It is now 9:40pm and driver just arrived and my DAMN PIZZA is cold! UNBELIEVABLE!! Mind you I literally stay 4min from this location. We are new to the area and needed a go to place for pizza so we thought we would give jetts a shot.Horrible mistake!! I was a walk in and ordered at the counter.The girl said it would be ready in 20 minutes $20.00 for a thin crust 3 item pizza.I went outside and came back in 20 minutes.15 people in line stacked in the small space like sardines.Talk about a super spreader place to get covid.The people were shoulder to shoulder in a very slow moving line.Another 30 minutes went by. When I got to the counter the girl said it would be a few more minutes.I stepped to the side and let 2 more people order.I got my pizza and got the heck out of there.When I got back home I opened the box I found the extra sauce I ordered was not there.I called back and the girl said I could drive back and get the sauce or she would credit my account.I told her to forget it.I new at that point I would never go there again.The pizza was dry and pretty much tasteless.I have had better cardboard pizzas.While waiting in line I watched the young man making a pizza.He weighed the mozzarella cheese and opps too much.He removed 4 tiny pieces of cheese from weighing bowl.I guess it weighed too much. read more
