I've always had a taste for Jets pizza. I would say 50% of my pizza orders have been Jets pizza. Now this franchise I hadn't been to but figured I'd give 'em the Yelp taste test. My family has a tradition that Saturday's and Sunday's are football and pizza from Jets pizza. We've been loyal and they've never disappointed, plus they always have great family meal deals. This location has lots of parking and has good employees but seemed a little understaffed but they got my order to me in time. The service was. excellent from start to finish. I loved the pizza so much, fresh and top notch ingredients makes this Jets a go to in the future for our family. I went in nervous and tasted pizza perfection. Monday I ordered an eight piece 4 corners pizza with pepperoni, onion and green peppers. I got 1 pepperoni per piece except one. Green peppers that were there were minuscule, very little onion. Also ordered a small wings... so fatty. This is a shameful waste of $40+, and that was pick up, not delivered. Sooo frustrating!!! read more

Historically, this location has run a tight ship, with orders filled correctly and promptly. But for some months now, things are consistently very late. Partly this is corporate's fault for not providing accurate timeframes on their website (which looks like it was built in 2005.) But we've been getting the same "we only have one driver" excuse for six months, over and over. Why would you only have one driver, especially on weekends, much less a Sunday during football season? Which is a local level issue that their management needs to address. read more

I would give a no star if I could. We ordered two pizzas,salad and breadsticks. We got the order and was brought to the door not in a carrying case everything was cold. Tried calling on hold for 10 minutes and then did a text message said 24 hr return. Has been 48 hrs and no response. Horrible customer service! read more

My husband and I have only been to the Ortonville location a couple of times, each time has been a hassle. We ordered a med sized antipasto salad with a side of breadsticks. Since I am 8 months pregnant, I requested that the meat be packaged separate. Also, to exclude the black olives and add extra cheese. We also paid for extra ranch. With a side of breadsticks. My husband had a long day at work and didn't check the bag before heading home. We received a salad with the meat in the salad, black olives on the side, no extra cheese and only one ranch! I called and spoke to the manager on duty and he said he would comp our whole meal. I gave my husband's name and phone number to reserve our replacement meal. Now, I've worked in the food industry, mistakes happen. And with the apology and replacement meal I was willing to dismiss this mix up. However, I just called to collect our replacement meal and just had to argue with the general manger. Apparently, they just got a new system and have no records of their comp orders. The general manager was willing to replace our salad but NOT our bread sticks, even though the last manager I spoke with said he would replace our WHOLE meal. Since I was unable to eat the salad with the meat mixed in it and my husband had to run to Kroger at 10pm to get ranch for the breadsticks. But the general manager didn't seem to care, and was very rude to me. I literally had to point out that he was about to lose a lifelong customer over $7 breadsticks before he was willing to replace our breadsticks. I'm very upset with the customer service and overall experience with this Jets Pizza location. We will be going to the Waterford location from now on. read more

It never fails every time I order from the Ortonville location they somehow find a way to screw up my order. my pizzas are never cooked well done as requested they have way too much sauce when I specified light sauce, and the orders take 45 minutes to an hour when their computer says 25 minutes when you place an order online. I stopped trying to order on the phone because they can never hear you and your orders come up even more out of whack then when you place an order online read more

Loved this place when we first moved out that way, now every time we order for delivery they either burn our pizza to a crisp, forgot our pop, forgot our dipping sauce than to top it off the other night they forget our ranch and gave us a small jets bread when we ordered a large. Also I ordered for my family and they charged me for an extra pizza I had to call back and talk to a manager. I don't know what has happened in the past couple months at this location but it was my favorite till recently, it's convenient and in the area. But the workers need to be more trained on how to grab ALL delivery items as well as the people answering the phones need to know how to take an order correctly. read more

This Jets always has issues. I can't explain this enough. Over the last few years it has just continued to go down hill (must be new owners) Orders are always wrong or the food quality is terrible. They have re-delivered to me several times as they have missed items or completely messed up the order. I have been in the food and service industry for 17 years and I normally would understand the occasional problem but the leadership here have no excuses anymore. I usually would not go here but as with most pizza lovers, change is sometimes good. I honestly like Jets pizza so I continue to hope it gets better but disappointment over and over again has led me to cut them off completely. Papa Bella's is far better anyhow if ordering from Ortonville area. Tonight when the delivery guy got here he said "if the order is wrong just call and they will comp you" I asked why would it be wrong? He said all orders have been wrong tonight and my wife called the store already about them being late. I said you are 45 minutes late (1.5 hrs) but my wife is not home and no one called. He said oh it must have been another order on your road, all orders are messed up tonight. My order was missing items and was super dried out. Manager at the store said yeah everything has been wrong we will just comp your account for the price of the food for a future order. Sorry so long but I never write reviews, I just have no words to describe the frustration dealing with this business. read more

What on earth are these people doing? I purchased a round pizza from this place just yesterday and I've NEVER seen a worse made pie. The mushrooms were wet soggy and from a can, the cheese was watery, the sauce tasted like chemicals and I found a BONE in the sausage!!! I was AMAZED and shocked that pizza could be THIS BAD. I am sending an official letter of complaint to jets about this place and I truly hope it gets shutdown. read more
