if I could leave zero I obviously would. I called in at 7:36 to order 2 slices and a soda was told it would be 15 minutes. I show up around 8 because they are always 5ish minutes past what they say. I get told your order will be ready in 5 minutes, mind you there's absolutely nobody inside or no line and 5 workers lol. It does take a lot longer to cook than other items on the menu so be prepared to wait a while. Best crust!!! We get the 8 corner pizza which means every piece is a crunchy corner. Looks like they use two square pans and it comes in a rectangle box. I will take a photo next time. We have ordered online twice now and it has gone smoothly with fast delivery. There is a $5 delivery charge that doesn't include tip so I feel this place is more expensive than New Hope Sarapinos which has free delivery. The sauce is more flavorful and there are way more toppings choices at Sarapinos, BUT this is a nice chewy crunchy change once in a while. read more

When it's time to order pizza at home, Jet's is our go to. We like the Detroit style pizza and there is always fight over the corners. There are only four corners and five of us :) We normally get their Eugene supreme with beef that has good flavors with the onions and peppers. There delivery can be sometimes take a long time depending on how busy they are but courteous drivers and staff when I have stopped in for pickup. A better choice IMO when it comes to delivery pizza options. read more

Hands down my favorite pizza joint to order from in the Twin Cities. Their website and app are easy to use and you do not need an account just to order a pizza. The people working are always kind and understanding; their delivery drivers are courteous, and on time. The restaurant is clean the couple times I have picked up. read more

Time for an update! I got to try out Jet's Pizza again, since it's currently the favorite delivery pizza at work! Since I had a bad experience on my first try, I was skeptical... but I'm glad I gave it another chance... I was amazed at how good it is, and it's not a surprise that it's our favorite delivery pizza at work! It's deep dish thick crust pizza that's just soo delicious! The sauce is mild and not overpowering, and the cheese is mild, just right, melts in your mouth good! I also love that it's square cut, making it easy to nibble on. Started by two Michigan brothers in 1978, this Upper Midwestern chain specializes in what I'd call "Detroit Style" pizza. A bit thicker crust, square in shape, square cut. They offer several different sizes, including one that's "all corners." There are now about 350 Jet's Pizzas in 19 states, mostly franchise owned and operated. I could be mistaken, but usually I'm not, I think the entire chain is carry out/delivery only. The outlet I visited, in a suburb of the Twin Cities, was ultra busy, and ultra high production oriented. My large sausage and "bold pepperoni" plus olives pie took 12 minutes on the conveyor oven. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. A lot of them! In addition to pizza, the menu offers salads, subs, a couple of chicken products, and their variations on "crazy bread," or whatever the real name is for baked slices of pizza dough with a variety of toppings. You know what? I was impressed. This is a far more flavorful pie, with more toppings, than any other high production chain. It runs circles around Dominos, Papa Johns, Caesars, and Pizza Hut, for sure. The sausage was flavorful, the pepperoni indeed "bold" (they also have regular), nice pull on the cheese, and the sauce had it's own distinct flavor. Good job, Jett boys. A chain pizza joint that does a mean Brooklyn style pizza. Also known as a deep dish crust pizza. Not to be confused with a Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Skip the wings, stick with the pizza. We ordered 2 large pizzas and an order of wings...spent $41 on the order which is extremely expensive, but whatever...when we got our order, our wings were short and the chicken alfredo pizza was HORRIBLE!! It didn't taste like anything at all and was extremely dry. We called the store to address our issues and they didn't want to really do much about it...they eventually offered a $25 credit on a future order, but if I'm never gonna order again, what's the use? Yo, this pizza was transcendent! I normally hate thick crust because the dough is too thick and flavorless, but holy bat man their pan pizza is INCREDIBLE! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft but not doughy on the inside with exactly the right amount of toppings. I get extra marinara sauce on the side to dip with each bite because it's flipping delicious. My bf and I both love Chicago deep dish and I love an evenly cooked thin crust, but is this like the marriage of two glorious kinds of pizza, dipped in butter and baked to a heavenly crisp. I don't have a Giordano's in my backyard, so Jets is 2nd best - beats out Frankie's, Broadway and don't even attempt to put Dominos and Pizza Hut in the same category! Jet's Pizza is possibly the best chain-delivery pizza ever. Jet's deep dish reminds me of Rocky Rococo's, which i used to love as a kid. It's deep dish, it's square and its delicious! I loved everything about this pizza. The zesty sauce, the amount and quality of cheese and the crispy deep dish crust. The customer service was A+ and our pizzas, hot and ready to devour, arrived in 30 minutes. Try the 8 square, turbo crust, toppings of your choice and you won't be disappointed! Throw in some wings and some Jet's bread for good measure. The only bad thing I have to say about Jet's is that it is located in New Hope and they don't deliver all the way to South Minneapolis. I prefer NY style pizza with its thin crust that doesn't get in the way of tasting the glorious toppings. However, I'll take a 20 minute drive to New Hope for this deep dish pizza. With deep dish, it's all about the crust. And the crust is golden up in here! Not only is the crust golden, but you can flavor it. You read it...you can FLAVOR the crust. I personally like their turbo crust: butter, garlic and Romano cheese. I would also recommend the 8" corner pizza for those who can't get enough of a good crust. In terms of toppings, Wifey likes to stick to the Veggie, which means I have to stick with the veggie. The cheese is gooey, the veggies surprisingly palatable for chain pizza joint. Jet's 8 corner pizza is officially my favorite pizza in Minnesota. Being from Chicago, I can be a bit snobbish about my pizza but ever since I discovered Jet's I've finally found a place that will satisfy my pizza craving here in MN. Jet's is a chain and I've introduced it to my friends/family living in IL and all of them agree that it is one heck of a good pizza. I most frequently order from the New Hope location but have recently tried the Anoka/Andover location and it's good too. The only bad part is that I am outside of their delivery zone but its totally worth the drive. Overall: Try it. You'll like it. Get the Turbo Crust. Well Jet's SERIOUSLY hit the nail on the head and I wish they would deliver in my area! I am little biased about Jet's pizza since this was our weekly Friday night movie/pizza event food. It reminds me of home in the motor city. This is definitive comfort food for me. If you have not tried it, I highly recommended it. The thick, Sicilian style crust hits the spot every time. Their pie is such a wonderful balance of all things pizza; crispy yet chewy dough, savory sauce, abundant toppings. I will eat one too many pieces without fail every time we order a pizza from Jet's. On Saturday 3/27/2021 7:30pm I ordered a pizza from Jet's pizza. I was told to call on arrival & someone was going to bring the pizza out to me. Only issue was the phone line was busy & I was not able to get through to notify anyone of my order. I understand it's a busy Saturday evening for a pizza shop, so I don't mind the wait. After unsuccessfully reaching anyone on the phone, I notice a worker taking food out to the other customer's car. So I waved him down to get his attention hopefully to let him know that I was waiting on my order, but couldn't get through to the phone line. By the time I told him I was having issues with the phone line, he said yes I'm aware of the issue turned his back on me & walked away. He didn't even ask me if I was there to pick up an order? I had no choice, but to step inside to ask for my order. I stood there for 10 mins before someone even looked up to see if I needed help. I was approached by another worker with his arms crossed & telling me I shouldn't be in the lobby. I was trying to let him know about the phone & I'm sorry for stepping into the lobby. I just wanted to pick up my food. He said I highly doubt the phone wasn't working & all you had to do was sit on hold. Worst part is when they handed me my food one of the workers in the back said,"Spit in that shit." I also noticed 3 of the workers prepping food was not wearing a mask & following covid safety guidelines. We're still in a middle of a pandemic & one of the worker threatened to spit in my food. If that is the attitude and their way of treating customers makes me question how they handle other customers food. Please DO NOT order food from this establishment. read more

If you are a dipper. This place has THE ABSOLUTE BEST RANCH DRESSING. I'm not sure if it's made in house, but I would be surprised if it wasn't. I recommend Jet's Pepperoni Cheese Bread with ranch and jalepeno cheese dip. The 8 corner pizza is also amazing! Took my order at 5:33pm for 4 deep dish pizzas and a soda. Promise delivery time was no later than 6:38pm, is almost 7pm and they still aren't here. I called the place, they said that I gave them the wrong address. ITS A STORAGE MART IN HUGE LETTERS HOW DO YOU GET THAT WRONG. It's a huge building. Talking to the delivery man on the phone all he had was a bad attitude and horrible excuses. Saying I didn't pick up the phone when I've been sitting outside the building with phone in hand for the last half hour. Save yourself the time and DO NOT order from here.
