LOVE Jets! We were always trying to find the best pizza, as we are very picky! Stumbled upon Jets and its our "go to" for pizza! Our favorite is the 8 corner. The staff is very friendly too! One time our order got lost and the manager was so apologetic. He put a rush on the new one and gave it to us for free. We didn't even mind because we like the pizza that much. I thought that Jets was good..but not the best. Seems like the pizza is kinda soft plus there more bread than the actual pizza itself. Too much bread in there pizza can lead to a lot of carbs especially for those who want to watch those carbs. Don't take my word for it..try it yourself. I love their pizza don't get me wrong. I'm giving the 1 star review because of how poorly I was treated over the phone while placing my order. Josh, who was taking my order has got to be one of the worst people I've ever talked to on the phone while placing an order for anything. Josh came off as very snappy and arrogant while trying to take my order for a large bbq chicken pizza. I wanted to have the bacon subbed out for pineapple and it sounded like he was complaining at the idea of it. He then continued to bark "WHAT ELSE?" after I said that's all. I have this Josh guy on speaker phone the whole time and the two other people riding with me were looking at each other like what the H*** is going on with this guy? I decided I had enough of his terrible attitude and told him that he can't talk to me like that. In fact he shouldn't talk to any of his paying customers like that. I then called him out for being such a D-bag over the phone. His reply was "I don't know what you are talking about" I asked him if he was the owner, he said he was the manager. I suggest whoever owns this Jet's pizza to evaluate Josh's customer service skills. He just lost my business as well as my two friends. EXPENSIVE for cheap tasting pizza!! I ordered 2 medium 1 cheese 1 pepperoni. A small order of chicken wings. Over $50.00 plus tip!!! really!!! The driver got lost food was cold. We order every week. Great ingredients and substance to the crust. We also warm up the next day in our oven and the pizza is equally as good. Price is very reasonable considering the competition. read more

Don't go here. Pizza is of the lowest quality, worst than Dominos or Little Caesars. They also wouldn't accept my groupon, which was the only reason I tried out the place. I'm guessing they'll be out of business shortly with the combination of blah food and even worse management. read more

I'd love to be able to give a positive review, but cannot. I tried using online ordering, but it wouldn't allow my zip code to be entered manually, nor was it one of the auto populated zips. I called in to place an order and was told they won't deliver to my address. Under normal circumstances, I probably wouldn't complain. HOWEVER, I'm in far NE Bolingbrook by Promenade and an insert was in this week's RedPlum flyer. Odd that I get a flyer for a place I cannot use. Even better? I was expecting more after reading the reviews, Just OK nothing special about the pizza. Had the hand tossed pizza which came out rather greasy and soggy. It's better than Little Caesars ,Pizza Hut, Papa Johns,etc but not as good as several mom & pop places in the area.Not sure if I'll try it again or not. read more

Honestly, the pizza is pretty good, I tend to order a barbecue chicken pizza and am rather pleased. What is worth noting, however, is the customer service. Numerous times, I have asked for a dragon, cowboy, etc. to be drawn on the box; and every time I have had my wishes granted. Although the employees are not artist per say, they are all about the customer. I must say, Jets Pizza meets my standards not only in quality, but in their general kindness. I make Jets a regular stop because I can count on being pleased no matter what I order. I would rate the pizza but we never got. After 5 calls and hearing a laundry lists of excuses we canceled the order. I live .5 mile from the store, how hard is it? How hard is it to call? Jets Pizza good - Darien location BADDD, avoid!. Ordered a large cheese pizza (doesn't get any simpler then that) for delivery. Hour later, no pizza so I give them a call back --- just completely forgot to send it?! "Will take another hour to make and then deliver." Thanks but no thanks - 2 hours for a cheese pizza? I just had the most unpleasant dealing with Jets pizza in Darien. A week or two ago a client came into our studio and gave us 4 free pizza cards for jets. These cards were for only this location and had no stated restrictions on them. Tonight we decided to give the place a try and had our apprentice go to use these coupons. What unfolded next was one of the most unprofessional experiences we have ever had. Our crew member that went to pick up the pizzas was met with the worst attitude, was accused of stealing the free pizza cards and was forced to leave with the store manager threading to call the police on him. This was then followed by the store owner calling us swearing at me on the phone, he again accused us of stealing and was also one of the rudest people we have had to deal with on a phone call. We find it very sad that a business would treat its customers in this fashion. My suggestion is to not eat at jets and sprend your money at a pizza place that appreciates the consumer and doesn't treat them in such a poor manner. He also threatened us that he would leave false and negative reviews online if we spoke up about this ordeal along with him saying he " don't give a F*#k about the Darien chamber of commerce" when we told him we will let them know about this dealing. Feel free to call the owner of jets Darien at 815-224-2150 and let him know you don't want eat food from an establishment who is rude and let them know it is unexceptable to treat people in this manor. read more

This Jet Pizza is so good. I buy a LARGE pizza so I have leftovers for lunch for the next couple of days. it taste good hot or cold. I like to try other things on the menu but I can't stop eating here pizza. keep up the good work with the pizzas. read more
