I've already tried Jet's Pizza twice and very pleased with their pan pizza. The green peppers and mushrooms were fresh and tasty. It wasn't as greasy as I expected. The mozzarella cheese didn't look like melted plastic on pizza sauce. The pan pizza had a good crispy bottom. I would get this again. I would like to try their thin crust next to see if it holds up to my standards. Definitely get the deep dish ! I was not able to order online. You get more choices in ordering your pizza pie. I liked how you can adjust the amount of sauce you desire. Choosing a variety of crusts will add to the flavor. Although, I think it's more appropriate for the thin crusts. The second time I ordered, the gal seemed rushed. I asked her to repeat the order just to make sure it was correct. I don't know if she was paying attention. When I got the pizza home, it wasn't the way I ordered. No biggie, I just picked off stuff the Kids didn't want. I would prefer Jet's Pizza over Lou Malnati's across the street. The only reason is that particular Lou Malnati's deep dish is ALWAYS soggy. That's when the pizza is uncut. I had multiple visits with the same result. Jet's Pizza will get my bussiness and it's a better alternative to some of pizza joints around here. So save a slice or square for me. read more

Jet's Turbo Crust! They must sprinkle some crack on that addictive crust. The Turbo Crust is basically a crispy caramelized butter garlic pan crust, dusted with romano cheese. Oh and they know their crusts are da bomb, since they offer the 8 Corner Pizza. You get 2 mini deep dish pan pizza and each piece gets the best part, the crispy caramelized corner. Just don't make the mistake of not asking for the Turbo Crust. The Jets Triple Cheese Turbo Stix are also addictive. What's not to like about pizza bread strips, with that crack crust, with 3 kinds of cheese, butter, and garlic. The Jet's Bread isn't that crusty, so not a big fan. Not only is the crust good, they use generous amounts of chewy gooey cheese on all their pizzas. My favorite is just a simple Pepperoni, but Sausage ain't bad either. Good food, horrible service. Someone on my block ordered delivery from this location, in which the delivery driver, who drives a maroon minivan, sped down my block, which is full of small children, without a care in the world. Today being the THIRD time I have yelled to him to slow down as he passes my house. Although today he proceeded to put his car in reverse and yell and swear at me and then speed off. After ordering from them many times, they called after I had paid, including a 30% tip, to say that this time I was "out of there delivery range" and that "it would be nice if I could work with them since they worked with me before to deliver there." All the times I've ordered I've never been told I'm "out of range". They referred to it being a Friday night and that they can choose to not deliver to certain people. Then my in-laws came over and wanted to order some pizza and said why don't we get it from here because they were coupons. So we ordered with the coupons which were very good deals and surprisingly enough I was very pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food was from jets pizza. Ordered a pizza as we were in the area and Jet's is my favorite pizza. Waited over an hour and a half for it to be ready for pick up. Was told at the door their ovens were broken so the pizzas weren't cooking evenly but they decided to serve me said undercooked pizza anyway. After looking at the food it was determined it was under cooked, sloppily made and unsafe to eat. I requested a refund at the counter and left empty handed & hungry. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I have not gotten the refund. I call the store and they told me I would need to come in in order for them to process the refund since it's so old they can't find the ticket in the system. So we drive the 35 minutes to that location to get the refund. When we get to the counter they seemed to have no problem finding the voided ticket and told us we would have to dispute it with the credit card company. Fortunately we found out now how much of a garbage palace this location is and will not be returning. read more

The pizzas from this location have always been excellent. But it is the lack of customer service, forgotten care for the customer and an extreme lack of training that will keep us from ordering from this location again. I will only state fact and let you decide to risk being treated the same way. We ordered a pizza this past Friday prior to 5pm. We live about 5 minutes away but decided to have it delivered. When the girl took the order, seeming very preoccupied with something else other than taking our order, she hung up without verifying our address (assuming it comes up on caller ID but they still have always verified). So we had to call back to ensure address was in system which it was. We were told around an hour. At 6:15 we called to check on the order, the same preoccupied girl answered the phone. She stated that the pizza is just going into the oven now, but in the background, a man's voice said "don't tell them that, tell them it's on it's way". So she did. At first I thought she was wrong and he was correct giving the benefit of the doubt. Well at 6:45, still no pizza and as I guess it turns out, she was probably telling the truth. This time a man got on the phone and I asked for an update (now almost 2hours), he stated "oh that order was voided". I asked why was it voided and he then asked a group of people in the background for info. Another guy got on the phone and said "yeah we voided the order but delivered it anyway". I said well you didn't deliver it to us cause we are still waiting. He then said "well we delivered it, what do you want me to do, I already voided the charge to your card". I then asked why would you void it if you delivered it to the correct address and he said "well they took the pizza". I then asked why would you void an order, deliver it to the wrong address and not call us first with an update or an apology so we wouldn't be sitting waiting for a pizza that would never come. He then responded "we tried to call you, we tried two separate numbers". I said well we were all sitting at a table anxiously awaiting our food for almost 2 hours, not one of our phones rang. Last response was "well I voided it". No apology, no care for their multiple errors from start to finish. Now, we are talking about a $20 pizza, but if they don't want to or don't like doing what they are doing, then maybe don't take it out on the people that are paying the bills, the customer. This is my first Yelp review because I felt a responsibility to let the public and the owners of that site know that the staff either needs to be trained better or replaced. read more

I have never been more disappointed in a food place as I am in this Jetts location. When we got there our food was not ready, (we were given the time it would be ready when I placed my order online) and neither was the food of the many other people standing in there. So we had to wait another 20 minutes. While waiting i noticed that a couple of the employees did NOT have masks on, a few of them only had their mouths covered and none were wearing gloves preparing the food. When I finally got my food I was pretty annoyed. Then half way home we discovered that we didn't get one of the items we ordered so we had to turn around and go back. When I got back, there were still a ton of people waiting for their food. I told them I didn't get the sub I ordered so the "manager", who was also the gentleman that I saw NOT wearing a mask came over to the counter ( he did have a mask on this time) and he refunded my money for the sub and then asked if I still wanted it, I said yes I still want it, well it will took another 7 minutes to remake because it was cold by this time. Mind you, the rest of my order was getting cold while I waited. As I waited again I noticed 3 guys just standing around doing absolutely nothing. There was a young man, who was there before we arrived the first time and was still there when I returned and still there even after I got the sub I was waiting for. He literally had to be there for almost an hour. When we finally got home with our lukewarm food, my husband's pizza had barely any sauce when I ordered it with normal sauce, my pizza was very well done ( I ordered it regular), my mothers sub was just thrown together in the box (after I had to wait the additional 7 minutes for it). Needless to say I am really upset about this whole experience. The fact that they had no masks, partial masks and no gloves, in this time when Covid numbers are off the charts, I will never ever ever ever go back. I spent $77.00, yes $77.00 for terrible food and even worse service ever! I do not recommend this place. read more

Customer Service here is terrible. I placed an order at 4:30 to be picked up at 6:30, I drive to the store and call to pick up my order. No answer, I look in the door to see employees in the store with lights on, so I knock. They turned off the lights and I kept knocking. They closed the store and canceled my order without a text, call, or email letting me know. They didn't apologize and instead blamed the online ordering system for not calling me to let me know. Whenever I want pizza I usually order jets. It's close to my house and the food is great. My favorite pizza is the BBQ Chicken. The cinnamon sticks are delicious and satisfy your sweet tooth. Never really had a bad experience here except they forgot my ranch dressing a couple times, but oh well no harm done. Delivery is usually fast too. read more

Jet's pizza is truly a step up from pizza hut and those other guys. Great crust! Just the right amount of crunch with a chewy texture. Great boneless wings with just the right amount of heat. The only thing I would say that I did not like about this pizza was the sauce, and the cheese. It kind of reminded me of Chuck E Cheese. But, it's a great pizza to get delivered for the super bowl for sure! read more

We ordered the carryout, they told us 40 minutes and hit the mark on the dot. Very good, but far from the best. I agree with Tom's assessment on the pizza, moreover the comparison to Pizza Hut. It's not a knock on Jet's, as Jet's is far superior to Pizza Hut, but the crust is strikingly similar. BUT, if you really want to make the experience worth your while, go for an order of the Triple Cheese Turbo Sticks. They very well could be the best commercial cheese sticks I've encountered thus far. Turbo Sticks alone warrant 4-stars. read more

I found this place 8 years ago and it was the closest to my house. I always ordered the thin crust pizza and when I had it delivered it was always slid to one side because their drivers drive crazy. Lately it has been horrible one day open then closed and then open with no signs on. They call 25 to 30 minutes for the boneless wings which is crazy seeing how they are not that busy. Today was the cherry on the top and has me not being quite about my experience. I had issues and tried reaching corporate but no response from anyone. Called at 4:27 to place my order and arrived waited to call them at 4:57 pm to tell them I was there but people after me came and went. I watched the employees walk in and out and back in and no Order for me. Finally 3 rd call and 5:11 they came out said my order was made wrong just I'm sorry. They to find out sauces I paid for we're missing so the 4 th phone call and once again 5:15 all I got was I'm sorry. This place rocks. I ordered delivery for some wings and a small thin crust pizza on a friday night. The girl on the phone was professional and got my order right, the driver was early and the food was hot. As far as the wings I will say that these are easily better than buffalo wild wings. I had honey bbq with some ranch sauce. The ranch was so good that i used it for my pizza as well. The pizza was easily one of the best thin crusts ive ever had. Ordered pizza this past weekend. I was told that delivery would take about an hour. Ended up arriving about 2 hours and 15 minutes later. I called after 90 min and was told that they only had one delivery person. I could tell the food had been sitting in a car for a while as it was not hot, but luke-warm. They also delivered the wrong dipping sauce (I called them back and was told that they were out). I never actually had meatballs in a calzone. Desk guy was very nice and patient (while I decided with my 3 yr old daughter). I usually get turbo crust (mix of garlic butter and parm) with pepperoni and it's excellent. You can get any flavor on your crust for free and they have quite a few choices to pick from. I was torn on how many stars to give this place... The pizza is good. They give you tons of options and it's always ready quick. We have ordered for pick up numerous times but never got delivery. I enjoy their thin crust pizza most. However, the last time we called we unfortunately spoke with an inexperienced employee who could not understand our order. We said we found a coupon online and he claimed he never heard of it. Their coupons don't have number codes so we offered to show it on our smartphone when we came in to pick up. He then claimed he would honor it but when we came to pick up- the bill didn't reflect that. Also do not order the salad. We got one salad and I got really sick. Then to confirm that it was the salad- my boyfriend ate it the next day and got sick as well. I don't know if the salad was old or they don't wash their veggies but something was wrong.
