I've gone to this jets for years and it's probably my personal favorite location. The food is always extremely hot and I've never once had a problem with a pizza. The staff are always kind and help right away, honestly if I need a pizza quick and don't want to sit down at a mom and pop joint, this if where I'll go if I can. read more

Never heard of this place before...we were in town for a volleyball tournament, and this was the only convenient place to get food that late at night. As a Chicago native, relocating to West Michigan has meant some dissatisfaction in various pizza choices. Until trying Jets pizza. The crust was soft yet crispy in the right places. I ordered extra cheese pepperoni + mushrooms + Jalapeños Detroit style. The cheese was the good kind- not the too salty, non stretchy kind. They changed the tip amount on my debit purchase! I gave them a tip and the staff/management edited the record in the computer system and gave themselves a BIGGER tip. When I called to talk to management, they attempted to blame it on the computer system. Give me a break. That system is tested before going into live practice and its most likely used at every Jet's location. There is no mistake on this, just people with a serious lack of integrity. I've left 2 messages for ownership to call me back..still waiting. This practice is so shady. I placed a large order online around 10:30am for 11:45 pickup. They did not get the order, and while we showed them proof that the order was place on an email confirmation- they still took no responsibility. I understand these things happen, but instead of apologizing, the "managers" were rude and unapologetic. We had twenty hungry warehouse guys waiting for the pizza- and they ruined our lunch. The least they could have done was apologized. We had to tell them to give us a discount, instead of it being offered. When the pizza was picked up (finally) one of the workers yelled "you're welcome!". We used to buy a lot of pizza from these guys- never again. Teach your managers customer service. read more

The pizza is inconsistent. The last three times we have ordered the pizza lacked sauce. We have asked for a side of sauce of course at a charge but it's not the same. Coming from the East side of the state I have to say the crust, amount of sauce and service were great. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. They gave me a deep dish cheese pizza. Great food here but not happy with my delivery.

I have never been treated so horribly by a business. I paid online, got an email receipt, went in to pick it up and told them I paid online. I received a phone call ten minutes later from an incredibly rude, accusatory, unprofessional woman threatening to put me on the "Do not serve" list because she cannot find my payment, and demanded I pay again. I told her that I not only have an email receipt, I also have checked my bank account and the pizza had already been deducted. She said she could not find it and threatened me again. I told her she should call her corporate office and ask them if something is wrong with their computer system, because I simply was not going to pay again. She said if I didn't she would put me on the "Do not serve list" and was incredibly rude and accusatory - essentially calling me a liar because "Well that's not what I show on MY end." Honestly, I will never come back, so put me on your stupid list - your pizza is greasy and doughy anyway. I will not give your company business to be treated in this way. So much for "the customer is always right." I wish zero stars was an option. read more

Definitely a top choice for pizza in the area. Their thick crust is awesome and they are generous with toppings. The BBQ Chicken Pizza rocks! My reason for giving them 4 stars has nothing to do with their product, but the staff made a bad impression on me - when I was driving thorough the Bigby drive-through that is next to Jet's back service door, a couple of the employees were having a cigarette break. They made juveile comments, mimicking me placing my order and their cigarette smoke was blowing into my car. Hopefully the owner see this review and has a staff meeting about representation and professionalism, because these two young men were lacking in both. read more
