I'm sitting here waiting for my pickup. You can see the crew working through the windows. One employee is literally eating over the food she was preparing. Jet's pizza can be a bit on the pricey side but the cheese and toppings are plentiful, deep dish is the way to go, and that Mexican pizza is amazing. I'm more partial to the typical pepperoni pizza when it comes to deep dish for some reason but the Mexican deep dish my wife gets is really good. We always "turbo crust" everything. Jet's and Luigi's are our go-to pizza restaurants. I've never experienced the extreme issues that others have stated but I will say the only consistent problem I've had with Jet's Pizza on Ft. Campbell Blvd. is always forgetting to put in the marinara sauce. I don't know who drops the ball but it's been over 4 times now. Cheesy bread sticks, a part of the "Deep Dish Duo," and they don't automatically put in a cup of sauce? I mean, during the order they ask if I want marinara. I say, "Yes." It's on the ticket. I don't know what the issue is. The fourth time it happened the driver offered to have someone deliver it who would be coming nearby on another delivery. Normally, I wouldn't bother because mistakes happen but after the fourth time consecutively, yeah, I want that cup of marinara. I don't keep any on standby at home. That's my only gripe. Our typical driver normally makes sure everything is in order on the ticket but we don't always get her. Yeah, that concludes it. That's my only issue. Whoever is supposed to grab/throw/toss that marinara sauce in, please be more vigilant. It's why this review is a 4 star review. Update: Ordered again and the driver didn't bring the Marinara sauce for a 5th time. He said he'd be back, he never did. I called and asked if anyone was going to bring by that Marinara sauce. The guy on the phone said there should be someone in the area to bring it to me. No one ever came. I called the next day and told them of what happened and the situation we've been having with the sauce cups. So, she asked if I wanted to place an order again and I said, "Sure." Ordered another deep dish duo and 4 cups of marinara for the future. Surely, the 4 cups of marinara wouldn't be forgotten. Thankfully, the delivery person who used to be our usual driver had made the delivery, and thank God. She always checks the receipt before leaving to make a delivery and everything was in order. I was compensated for the marinara cups and a discount on my next future order. Our driver told us it's the driver's responsibility to make sure the marinara cups are delivered with the deep dish due. From now on, I'm holding off on the tip until I see that cup of marinara. 5 times has been enough! Whoever gives me that marinara gets the tip. I'm updating the stars to 5 and thanking management and our driver for the compensation and info which I'll use in the future. read more

First time ordering from Jet's Pizza. We had the Jet's 10 pizza which has EVERYTHING. Ordered it hand tossed with a butter crust. It was delicious and my husband even said it was pretty good! We usually order from Luigi's, but decided here instead to try it out. We also ordered mild flavored chicken wings... it was ok. Overall though, we will be using Jet's Pizza from now on. read more

The pizza arrived at 540, the delivery guy spilled marinara on our front porch and didn't clean it up and to top it all off the pizza had no flavor. Definite lack of quality control. Having just moved to Oak Grove from Springfield, TN, we had decided to order pizza. We had great experience with the Bold Fold NY style pizza from Jets in Springfield so decided to order the same thing here. Unfortunately, there is no consistency from one store to another. We had ordered a pizza with toppings on one half and just cheese on the other half. Needless to say, the half that should have been just cheese had toppings on about a quarter of every slice. In addition to this, not all the toppings were correct. We had ordered green peppers and instead got green olives.
