Found deal through groupon. John did a great job, car looks brand new after a long road trip with many bug splats and grime. He even took off some residue that was stuck for a long time on one of the door handles. Very professional and great communication and photo updates through the whole process.
I purchased a used vehicle and wanted to give the interior a good cleaning. It was in good shape but I wanted a shampoo/steam clean. I ended up doing a full detail with engine steam clean and headlight clean. I came to John with a previous car too, and both times he did an amazing job. You can tell John works hard and takes pride in his work. I would recommend John for detailing services!
Jet Pro Detail did a fantastic job with my truck! I had terrible water spots and damage from parking in front of a sprinkler system and the outcome of my truck detail was absolutely phenomenal!! Definitely exceeded my expectations!! I am in no hurry to get it painted now and I am very happy with the outcome!! I highly recommend the service of Jet Pro detail! 100% satisfaction guaranteed. John did an awesome job on my GX460. Called him on Monday afternoon just to inquire about his services and his rates. After talking for about 10 minutes we settled on a wash, wax, and claybar treatment. He was able to get me an appointment on Wednesday, 2 days later. On Wednesday, I dropped off my truck at 830am. I told him the earliest I can pick it up is 6pm so he left my truck for the last one of the day. At around 5ish, I got a text saying my car was almost done so I started to make my way down there. When I got there, he was finishing up some final touches and walked me around my truck to show me everything he did. He exceeded my expectations and my truck came out beautiful. Better than expected. I use my truck for off-roading adventures so you can just imagine all the dirt in every crevice. He got it all out. My truck felt cleaner than the day I bought it!! Highly recommend him. I will definitely use his services again. Thanks John for the excellent work!!
As soon as I got my Tesla, I began to research a local detailer to ceramic coat my new purchase. After several recommendations, I reached out to Johnny at Jet Pro. He got back to me immediately and gave me a detailed description of his services. I made an appointment and was VERY pleasured with the results. Johnny walked me thru the entire process of the detail. Not only did he educated me on the process, but he put me at ease with his knowledge. The final product was simply amazing. I kid you not, the car looked better than the day I picked her up from Tesla. Every inch of the exterior...including paint, glass and wheels was ceramic coated! You can actually feel the coating! Water easily beads off.

COME ONE COME ALL - This is hands down one of my favorite shops/spots in Chino moving forward. My car had some ,noticeable, scratches in swirl motion that I attribute to the car wash I went to. I called around a few auto detail shops over the Thanksgiving weekend and no one answered including Jet Pro Detail. HOWEVER, John was the only one who called me back within 5-10 minutes. He had me at "sorry I missed your call". I gave him a brief scenario and he said yes, I can take care of that. Bring it in tomorrow, Saturday, and I will give you a fair quote. I was extremely impressed with the quick demonstration that I agreed to have my entire car polished. He did not disappoint. It looked gorgeous & to add a on top he also cleaned/dressed my tires & rims. I can almost sweat he vacuumed it too- My Baby looked like new !! He was very cordial and punctual. ! Will definitely be coming back !!
I won a free detail from my daughter's school fundraiser and took my car to Jet Pro Detail today. I am so impressed!! My car was DIRTY (I apologized lol) and when I picked it up it was sparkling like new. The interior was so clean and smelled great. A great attention to detail. I almost didn't want to drive it home. I went home and told my aunt and my dad to call Jet Pro for their cars. My aunt is already booked! I am happy that Jet Pro does a great job AND supported our school. :)

My mini van was a disaster. We had 3 kids in 5 years and they gave my van a run for its money. I was embarrassed to even drop it off because of the condition it was in. John and his team were amazing. John eased my embarrassment and said he's seen way worse (I'm sure just being nice haha) It looks WAY better then the day we bought it. This was a Mother's Day gift and is probably my favorite gift to ever receive. Highly recommend!! Communication and pricing were also great.

I had a great experience with them! They took the time to explain in detail what my black car needed to get it back to showroom quality and maximize its resale value. The attention to detail was excellent, and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I also really appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment. They even went above and beyond by cleaning my engine cover, which I didn't originally ask for but was very happy they offered. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. Pricing was also very competitive compared to other local detailing shops and even mobile detailing services. Definitely would recommend them if you're looking for quality work, good customer service, and attention to detail! read more

I reached out to Jet Pro and they responded promptly with a quote and times that they could accommodate me for a full service detail. I am so glad my sister referred them to me. Having a son and transporting kids in a SUV all day made my car a mess but it came out looking like new once Jet Pro was through. They were kind, professional and best of all the work went above and beyond expectations. I will be using the Jet Pro team and recommending them to everyone I know. read more

The first time my car was clean and waxed. I was not happy that the inside of my rims were still dirty. I Went home and cleaned it myself. I Took my car there and let them look at my car and they told me they needed 60.00 up front to pay for cleaning products. I gave then 100.00. I had a problem with my car and kept going, into the repair shop 4 times over a total of 6 weeks. I let JetPro Detailing know what was going on. This was out of my hands. When it was ready to get a color correction, and ceramic coating, Jet Pro blocked my phone number and blocked me on Facebook. So I went on another account on Facebook and ask, if they were they going clean my car? They never answered me, and kept my deposit. I thought they were nice people. Never dreamed they would do me like that. I Took it to another place that did a color correction, polished and put a ceramic coating on for half price, of what Jet Pro wanted to do the same job. read more

Absolutely amazing job from John & team. Friendly and quick wash/wax/polish/interior detail. All of the above in about 4 hours? They even notified me of some mildew I didn't know about and offered to toss the mats out. The guys are incredibly thorough and are a great value. Thanks again read more

John at Jet Pro Detail did an amazing job on my 2013 Dodge Charger! He applied a ceramic coating to erase all the residue that was dulling her color. He also touched up some of the scuff marks that have happened over the years and he wet sanded the headlights to make them look like new! Last but not least, he removed a broken emblem and replaced it with a new one. I had been considering getting a paint job but those cost thousands of dollars. This job was done at a reasonable price and John worked hard to get the job done right. I recommend Jet Pro Detail for all your car detailing needs. read more

Bought a new car and saw recommendations to have a ceramic coating put on it. Didn't know anything about that so I searched a couple of city Facebook groups for recommendations. Saw jet pro detail recommended several times in both groups so I contacted them. Very responsive and easy to work with. Explained the entire process to me and had great prices! John absolutely killed it on this job. We are restoring our GMC Yukon. Had it painted to match factory. Needed a ceramic coating on the body and wheel treatment as well. John did a great job. He kept us posted with a play by play on what he was doing to the SUV. We are very happy with the results of this pet of the project! We will be recommending John to friends and family. John was very friendly and honest. Our van was in need of a good cleaning after 6 years and 3 kids and it looks brand new now! We weren't pressured into purchasing any add-ons like many others often do. We dropped off our van in the morning and appreciated all the updates with what was being done and estimated time of completion. I especially like that the car didn't smell like any harsh chemicals when we got it back. Above all, he cares for our local community. Our school had a fundraiser and he donated a certain percentage back to my children's school. Thank you John! read more

Jet Pro Detail did a beautiful job on my car. I plan on keeping this car for a while so I had to make sure I keep it as good as new. The ceramic coating is "amazing" it is smooth and looks like glass. My leather seats had my blue jean markings and now they are back to their original color. I love love love the outcome! Jet Pro Detail has done an amazing job with our 2007 Chevy Suburban. When we bought our car it DID NOT look as good as it looks now! When you drop off your car, Johnny will go over all the details of what is going to be done to the car. He keeps it real and won't b.s. you to try to get more work done then what you need. Then when you pick up your car he will go over everything that has been done and wants you to take a look at the car to see if there is anything that you feel needs a little extra attention before driving off. He wants you to be happy and satisfied. Johnny and his crew did an amazing job and we will definitely be back for his services! read more

John did a phenomenal job on my 2016 RV. It sits in the sun baking year round so it had become pretty faded and oxidized looking. I thought we were going to need a new paint job. Great experience with Jet Pro Detail! I had taken my. Car through a car wash in April 2021 and it had been scratched on the hood. Sheepishly John and his team were able to get that out and place the ceramic coating on! My car is great and looks like its brand new! Took both my cars to Johnny & Mychal , and they did an amazing job . I have three kids , and with that being said , both cars were pretty bad . My husband and I both really appreciated Mychals up front attitude , being honest and truthful about certain spots and possibilities of cleaning them . They went above and beyond and I couldn't be more happier with both vehicles. Definitely will be making it more of a priority to do this often .I highly recommend these guys .
