Does amazing work! Always goes above and beyond. He goes all over the IE, so super convenient to have my car washed at home or work. 10/10 recommend! read more

Tony, the most amazing man and person in general. He is a man who has true integrity and respect. My husband found him on Yelp and from the moment he was very professional and genuine. He did something that I know in the automotive business wouldn't think twice about, he saw the condition of our "gently" used vehicle and noticed that there was many things wrong with the body of it. When we went over it with him he showed us that we were screwed over by the dealership. The paint job was horribly done, the vehicle was in a severe accident(s) and that the alignment might be off as well. Tony didn't have to do that for us and he didn't need to tell us to fight back and get the true car we paid for. He didn't even charge us for the wash, but once we get the car properly done, we will definitely be back in to get it done right. read more

Long overdue review from two years ago but here it is. I am not the type to keep my car pristine. I commute a lot and pretty much live in my car AND I'm super clumsy so it sees a lot of spills. Took my car in to have the interior shampooed and they got every single stain out! Im hoping they can do it again for me soon. Recommended! read more

You won't find a more honest or reliable detail shop around. We take all of our personal vehicles to be detailed regularly by Tony since his shop first opened. He also takes care of our company work trucks as well, all the way up to the delivery trucks. You will leave with a car that looks pretty new! He is very thorough and can get pretty much any stain out of your seats, trust me. (daughter dumped bright orange Thai tea boba on the backseat ) Plus booking is easy and convenient, he also updates you regularly on the status of your vehicle while it is there. He will go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is 100% better than when it came in, you won't be disappointed! read more

I am Uber driver , last weekend customer vomit on my back seat. I provide bag but still leak on seat. Uber requires 3day car detailing service receipt for cleaning fee. I found tony on yelp, request on yelp message, reply instantly, schedule next day detailing my back seat. Tony is professional and knowledgeable for all kind of condition interior or exterior, he clean up my interior like new car condition, I don't need to open window driving(because vomit smells) If u have any interior exterior need, like selling ur car, or like me driving uber, return leases, they will give ur car complete like new with reasonable price! Schedule ur visit, u will see the results! read more

Not happy with their customer service. I bought a Groupon for this place and had to get a refund because the business fails to mention that it only takes Groupons on Mondays and Tuesday's. You know the days we are at work. I thought Groupon was to bring new customers. I'm confused. When I calmed the business again they never called me back. Unprofessional! read more

Great service on my scion tC. Very detailed took care of my concerns and went beyond expected. Tony took his time and ensured the detailing process went as expected. Used products of quality! read more

Tony is both a craftsman and a magician! Brought life back to a 25 year old Mercedes Benz!! I'm very pleased with his response and professional results. Very much worth it! read more

I took my SUV here and it looked better then when I purchased it! Tony takes his time and really gets your car looking great. Pricing was great which is a plus. Tony really cares about the work he puts in and even updates you as he is working on it. Bring your car here! You won't regret it. read more

The interior of my car was relatively dirty and the back was covered in dog hair. I asked for an interior detailing and the result was nearly perfect. He also did an excellent job of cleaning the exterior as well. My car looked basically brand new. He drove to my place of work and completed the job while I was working. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this place to anyone else who wants the same service done. I would also add that he's a man of integrity because there was some cash sitting in my cup holder that he must've found somewhere in my car while cleaning. I had no idea it was in there as I had cleaned out all of my stuff prior. If you need an interior detailing, get it done here read more

Just had the New Customer Full Detail offer done this weekend by Tony... AMAZING JOB!!! It was like driving out with that NEW car feeling!!! It was nothing but great customer service & time frame given was on point. We did a walk-thru of what he did on my car so I can look at the detailed work & if there was anything I see that needed his attention. My car has a light tan interior so the work done was very noticeable. He is very detailed in his work & appreciates the seal of approval. He made sure to let me know if there was anything I see after I'm home to let him know and he take care of it. Super happy with NEW looking car!!! read more

Did a amazing job on my 4runner spilled drinks all over my car and had grease stains Now everything is gone and looks as good as new Thank you again read more

I received the mentioned Groupon for the interior/exterior auto detailing as a gift, and made an appointment, to which the business owner failed to show up to, as he got the time of the appointment wrong. We then rescheduled, and he didn't show up to that appointment either; and this time, he didn't even have the decency to respond to any of my phone calls or text messages asking where he was. I'm assuming he got busy with the amount of business Groupon was bringing in, but that doesn't excuse the failure to communicate properly with customers, and of course doesn't excuse not showing up to appointments. Update: I'm glad that the business owner has time to respond to a bad yelp review, yet this review would never have been posted, had he taken the time to show up to his scheduled appointments. Here is a screenshot, I did delete his number though after it became obvious that I was never going to meet him. But further proof can also be found at the vape shop next door to Timeless Detail. I went into that vape shop the two times Tony didn't show up to ask if he'd be coming in, and the guy working there told me that Tony wasn't going to be in/or didn't know where he was, both times I went in, so he can attest to this; he also called Tony on both occasions. read more

Great job on our Outback! Once again, Tony arrived when he said he would and made the family car stand out. Thank you Tony, read more

Very, very honest and informative. He told me exactly how it was (no BS just straight honesty with what was best for my car). In some cases he recommended things he could not himself support to help with issues I was having which is a direct loss of business for him. I respect that! Thanks Tony! read more

I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with this business. I had taken my Jeep there for service and tony said that he would have my car for the whole day, ok no problem. I dropped my car off at 9am, I didn't get it back till almost 6pm. Upon immediate inspection, the car looked great, I was happy. So I drove off to run errands, then that's when I noticed simple things were not cleaned in the 8 hrs it was there. I had gotten In touch with tony and told him about the issues, and he DID try to rectify the issue by wanting to detail the car again free of charge. I told him that I couldn't cause I was going to start taking care of covid patients and the job was going to last for the duration of the pandemic(so who knows how long that would be) I didn't want to risk possible infection for him and his family, so I simply declined and asked for a refund instead. He never returned my text after that, blocked me on Venmo. I would've taken a percentage instead of the whole thing but he chose to ignore my messages. read more

Impressive service. I recently purchased a used car with deep water spots all over the glass, chrome and paint I couldn't remove myself. It looked like the dealership had already sent the car out for a detail, but it wasn't done well at all. After inspecting the car, we decided on what work needed to be done and settled on a very reasonable price. Tony had a difficult job to do, and despite that did an impressive job. He also took the time to make sure that I was happy with the result, and had no issue working more on an area I wasn't completely satisfied with. I definitely will be back in the future! read more

Outstanding customer service and work from Tony and his business! I have a Toyota 4Runner that needed some TLC. We had also just spilled a red sauce from a Birria meal we made that left a very bad smell. After Tony worked his Magic he left my 4Runner better than the first day I bought it from the dealership!!! I highly recommend his service and business! THANK YOU! read more

These guys have seriously surprised me! Came in for a detail and my car shined like no other. Staff is super kind and accommodating when it came to relaxing in their awesome lobby! Let me start by saying that Tony is the best car detailing guy ever!! I had my dad's car for two weeks while my car was in a repair shop and as a token, i told him i would have his car detailed. Tony took care of my dad's 2014 Honda civic and did more!!!!!! He got every ounce of stain from the seats gone and exterior stains well!!!! TONY YOU ARE THE BEST! Take your car to Tony! Sooo worth it! Also, will be back for my yearly detailing for my car :) thanks! read more

Worse detail ever. They said it was going to be 6hrs. at 3 hrs they were done. The only thing they did a good job on was the carpet. The interior back windows still had the fingerprints it went in with. All vents and doors had dust and dirt. They only washed the exterior, did no waxing. The windows must of been air dried because they were full of streaks and water marks. It was a waste of money!! I don't recommend !!! I rather pay more than ever go back to this place again. GROUPON remove them from your site!!!!!! read more

Took my new Tesla Model 3 to Tony for an exterior detail to fix some imperfection on the paint and a fresh start start from the dull work done by Tesla for delivery. Was easy to schedule an appointment through yelp messaging and dropped off the car and came back to nice slick paint. Very happy with the job. My car being black, everyday driving to work at downtown LA is like getting the car sandblasted so come winter I will be coming back to have Tony ceramic coat the car. read more

Timeless Detail is AWESOME!!! I took my 2011 Raptor in to have it detailed and when I picked it up, it looked like it did the day I drove it off the showroom floor. I was sooo happy!!! My truck has definitely been through the wringer between offroading, a German Shepherd, and a 5 year old who spills everything under the sun. That being said, for those of you that know NOTHING about the auto detailing business: 1. Perfection takes time!!! Plan on your vehicle being there a while. 2. This is NOT an express wash - you can't just show up and expect it to be done in 30 minutes. 3. If your vehicle is trashed, either be prepared to pay a little extra for the extra services your vehicle needs and requires or realize you will get (more than) what you paid for in the first place - Timeless Detail shows pride in workmanship and puts in the extra effort!!! 4. You need to make an appointment - their services are in demand and you're not the only person who is taking a vehicle in. 5. You are getting an INCREDIBLE detail job for an AMAZING price. Don't forget to tip your detailer!!! I made an appointment and dropped my truck off at 9 AM and picked it up at 5:30 PM. PERFECTION takes time!!! I'm super stoked with Timeless Detail and I will be taking all of my vehicles here in the future!!! read more

I have taken all of mine and my family's vehicles there and they never seem to disappoint. Tony is very hard working, and very talented at his craft. Leaves my cars looking new every time. Hard to trust a detail place with your cars in today's day and age but here I am fully confident in their work. Very reasonable pricing as well! Will be taking my Subaru STI back for sure! read more

My personal experience with Timeless Detail accurately conveys exactly what the business name states. Ricardo's service & effort is truly outstanding. The attentiveness to detail, skill, and commitment is legitimately showcased through his work. There was nothing subpar by Ricardo's customer's service and work ethic is noticeable. My car looked outstanding and I sincerely appreciate his business. Very rarely will you be able to find service like this. Hands down one of the best and most informative auto detail shops that I have been to. They really take there time and keep u updated on the progress of your vehicle. The end result will leave u speechless. Brought in my 2017 Hyundai Veloster and when they were done, it looked like it just came out of the factory. Was so happy with there work and will continue to bring my car here for years to come. read more

I recently purchased my 2012 Camry from a friend. It needed detailing and I went to Timeless detail. He is busy bit he worked with me to set up a convenient time to drop off the car. Tony made sure of what I wanted done. Then he explained to me in detail what he will try to accomplish. I could not believe the difference I saw in the car once the job was completed. The exterior was clean, shining and immaculate. A lot of the rubs and scratches had been cleared. The wheels and tires were shiny. The interior had been transformed and most of the stains and dirt had been totally cleaned. The dashboard, seats and carpets were almost like new. I almost did not want to use the car and make it dirty again. It was much better than I had expected. Tony put in a lot of hard work and was very cooperative. I would recommend his work to everyone. read more

Greatly appreciate Timeless Detailing. Was able to message on Yelp and get an interior detailing appointment for the next day. Honestly if your looking for a superb quality detail come to timeless detail. These guys don't cut corners, and always make sure you leave 100% satisfied. They're honest, and very professional. Also you get to chill, and watch tv while your car is getting spoiled from the inside out. My car has never looked better! read more

Tony is one of the worst people I've met. He had my car for 8 hours and didn't even wash it or wipe down the interior and I paid for a full interior/exterior detail. He claims water spots wouldn't come off of my car, I washed my car because I was doubtful of his words and they came came off. I legitimately wet my car and wiped it with my Sleeve prior to going to the car wash and they came off!! My car has a bunch of swirl marks but water spots were never an issue. My interior was barely wiped down. He wiped the inside when I said it wasn't cleaned with the same towel he was using to apply "wax" on my car. He at most, quickly wiped the exterior and interior and half ass vacuumed my car. $74 worth? Not at all. I paid him in advance to make matters worse. I did reach out to him to tell him about the awful job he did and he said he didn't believe I removed the water spots and to take it to him to see and he would refund me. I never want to see Tony's face again so I refused. It is difficult to show in pictures that my car has no water spots but I have attached photos of the interior to show what Tony considers an interior detail to be. As well as my conversation with Tony. Please save your money and invest in someone who is honest and hard working and earning of your hard earned money! read more

Had a great experience here. I needed to have my car professionally washed & detailed for a charity event. I procrastinated until the day before & gave Tony a call. I bought a voucher for a Groupon and called to make an appointment before my voucher expired and said they were booked until after my voucher expired, which wasn't there fault. So I told them I'd call them back after I contacted Groupon. I called them back only 30 minutes later and left a voicemail and they never called me back. I kept calling for the next couple of days and they never called me back. Thankfully Groupon was able to refund me the money. I had a feeling they didn't call me back because they didn't want to work on my car because I would have paid with a Groupon voucher and didn't want to get paid less than what they usually charge. Im sure they would've done a decent job, so it's unfortunate that this happened. I wouldn't suggest using your money if you got a Groupon for them because I also read other reviews saying they didn't do as good of a job as they thought because of the discount from Groupon. read more
