Tony, the most amazing man and person in general. He is a man who has true integrity and respect. My husband found him on Yelp and from the moment he was very professional and genuine. He did something that I know in the automotive business wouldn't think twice about, he saw the condition of our "gently" used vehicle and noticed that there was many things wrong with the body of it. When we went over it with him he showed us that we were screwed over by the dealership. The paint job was horribly done, the vehicle was in a severe accident(s) and that the alignment might be off as well. Tony didn't have to do that for us and he didn't need to tell us to fight back and get the true car we paid for. He didn't even charge us for the wash, but once we get the car properly done, we will definitely be back in to get it done right. read more

The interior of my car was relatively dirty and the back was covered in dog hair. I asked for an interior detailing and the result was nearly perfect. He also did an excellent job of cleaning the exterior as well. My car looked basically brand new. He drove to my place of work and completed the job while I was working. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this place to anyone else who wants the same service done. I would also add that he's a man of integrity because there was some cash sitting in my cup holder that he must've found somewhere in my car while cleaning. I received the mentioned Groupon for the interior/exterior auto detailing as a gift, and made an appointment, to which the business owner failed to show up to, as he got the time of the appointment wrong. We then rescheduled, and he didn't show up to that appointment either; and this time, he didn't even have the decency to respond to any of my phone calls or text messages asking where he was. I'm assuming he got busy with the amount of business Groupon was bringing in, but that doesn't excuse the failure to communicate properly with customers, and of course doesn't excuse not showing up to appointments. Update: I'm glad that the business owner has time to respond to a bad yelp review, yet this review would never have been posted, had he taken the time to show up to his scheduled appointments. Here is a screenshot, I did delete his number though after it became obvious that I was never going to meet him. But further proof can also be found at the vape shop next door to Timeless Detail. I went into that vape shop the two times Tony didn't show up to ask if he'd be coming in, and the guy working there told me that Tony wasn't going to be in/or didn't know where he was, both times I went in, so he can attest to this; he also called Tony on both occasions. read more

I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with this business. I had taken my Jeep there for service and tony said that he would have my car for the whole day, ok no problem. I dropped my car off at 9am, I didn't get it back till almost 6pm. Upon immediate inspection, the car looked great, I was happy. So I drove off to run errands, then that's when I noticed simple things were not cleaned in the 8 hrs it was there. I had gotten In touch with tony and told him about the issues, and he DID try to rectify the issue by wanting to detail the car again free of charge. I told him that I couldn't cause I was going to start taking care of covid patients and the job was going to last for the duration of the pandemic(so who knows how long that would be) I didn't want to risk possible infection for him and his family, so I simply declined and asked for a refund instead. He never returned my text after that, blocked me on Venmo. I would've taken a percentage instead of the whole thing but he chose to ignore my messages. read more

Impressive service. I recently purchased a used car with deep water spots all over the glass, chrome and paint I couldn't remove myself. It looked like the dealership had already sent the car out for a detail, but it wasn't done well at all. After inspecting the car, we decided on what work needed to be done and settled on a very reasonable price. Tony had a difficult job to do, and despite that did an impressive job. He also took the time to make sure that I was happy with the result, and had no issue working more on an area I wasn't completely satisfied with. I definitely will be back in the future! read more

Worse detail ever. They said it was going to be 6hrs. at 3 hrs they were done. The only thing they did a good job on was the carpet. The interior back windows still had the fingerprints it went in with. All vents and doors had dust and dirt. They only washed the exterior, did no waxing. The windows must of been air dried because they were full of streaks and water marks. It was a waste of money!! I don't recommend !!! I rather pay more than ever go back to this place again. I recently purchased my 2012 Camry from a friend. It needed detailing and I went to Timeless detail. He is busy bit he worked with me to set up a convenient time to drop off the car. Tony made sure of what I wanted done. Then he explained to me in detail what he will try to accomplish. I could not believe the difference I saw in the car once the job was completed. The exterior was clean, shining and immaculate. A lot of the rubs and scratches had been cleared. The wheels and tires were shiny. The interior had been transformed and most of the stains and dirt had been totally cleaned. The dashboard, seats and carpets were almost like new. Tony is one of the worst people I've met. He had my car for 8 hours and didn't even wash it or wipe down the interior and I paid for a full interior/exterior detail. He claims water spots wouldn't come off of my car, I washed my car because I was doubtful of his words and they came came off. I legitimately wet my car and wiped it with my Sleeve prior to going to the car wash and they came off!! My car has a bunch of swirl marks but water spots were never an issue. My interior was barely wiped down. He wiped the inside when I said it wasn't cleaned with the same towel he was using to apply "wax" on my car. He at most, quickly wiped the exterior and interior and half ass vacuumed my car. $74 worth? Not at all. I paid him in advance to make matters worse. I did reach out to him to tell him about the awful job he did and he said he didn't believe I removed the water spots and to take it to him to see and he would refund me. I never want to see Tony's face again so I refused. It is difficult to show in pictures that my car has no water spots but I have attached photos of the interior to show what Tony considers an interior detail to be. As well as my conversation with Tony. Please save your money and invest in someone who is honest and hard working and earning of your hard earned money! read more

I bought a voucher for a Groupon and called to make an appointment before my voucher expired and said they were booked until after my voucher expired, which wasn't there fault. So I told them I'd call them back after I contacted Groupon. I called them back only 30 minutes later and left a voicemail and they never called me back. I kept calling for the next couple of days and they never called me back. Thankfully Groupon was able to refund me the money. I had a feeling they didn't call me back because they didn't want to work on my car because I would have paid with a Groupon voucher and didn't want to get paid less than what they usually charge. Im sure they would've done a decent job, so it's unfortunate that this happened. I wouldn't suggest using your money if you got a Groupon for them because I also read other reviews saying they didn't do as good of a job as they thought because of the discount from Groupon. read more
