I've been here a couple of times and it's always very fast, and the guy who runs it is super friendly. Can't beat the price.

I went in to get my car inspected as I just moved here from a different state. They charged me for a state inspection and an emissions test even though I never asked for one. I have a newer car, and because of this, I did not need one. They completely took advantage of me, and when I gave the man my insurance card, he took it to the back, and I had to remind him to give it back to me when they were finished. Came in for a state inspection last Wednesday. There was only one person working and two customers ahead of me. I was told that the windshield wiper blades and one light bulb needed to be replaced. After giving me an estimate i told him to do it, he charged my card and left the office. He replaced the wiper blades and did the inspection and then started helping other customers. Finally after more than 5 customer's cars were inspected i asked when my car would be ready. I was told that he doesn't know and i could come back later that day because he was very busy. I came back twice that day and both times i waited and waited but that same employee kept servicing other customer's cars (that came in after me) until i finally said to him that i had to come back twice, my card was charged and i was there before the 4 customers he helped that came in after me. At that point he got upset and opened his cash register, took out $15 (yes i was charged $15 for a light bulb), handed it to me and said to go get the light bulb replaced somewhere else and walked out of the office. On my way back to work i called him and asked to speak with a manager, i was told to leave my phone number and someone would call me. No one ever called me back. This company ONLY cares about how many inspections they can do per day and not the quality of their work or service. Save yourself some time and money and get your inspections done somewhere else. read more

I was skeptical of other reviews that said they were in and out so quickly. Took my car in for inspection yesterday and a lady had just arrived before me. I timed it from the time I got out of my car and back in after the inspection and payment were completed. 8 minutes. The only place I'm going from now on to get our vehicles inspections taken care of! read more

Got my 1999 Ford F-150 and my wife's 2009 Chevy Equinox inspected and it took about 10 minutes in and out the door. Very impressed with the speed. read more

I've been having a difficult time getting my car fixed so I can renew the inspection. Within the past year since it expired, I've taken my car to get an inspection test done about 6-8 times (at a few different places). Not once did I have to pay anything, because it failed every time. I kept taking it back to the mechanic to fix the next thing and see if it works, it's been a very long process. Anyways, I just got something else fixed on the car two days ago and my husband suggested I take it to jet fast this time, because he had taken his company trucks there before and thought they could better help me. Well, I went and received the worst customer service I've ever had. The older man that works there was very rude, smug, and disrespectful to me. He wanted me to pay $25.50 even though the inspection didn't pass. I tried to explain to him the problem I've been having with the car, tried to show him the failed inspection papers from the previous places, and tried to ask him to explain to me why I would have to pay him for an inspection sticker that I didn't receive & why nobody else ever charged me or even mentioned anything like that. He mostly kept ignoring anything I said, would just smile at me, and point to an unofficial sign on the wall that apparently states I have to pay regardless. I never got verbally combative with him, nor did I show any attitude, I was just confused and taken aback by how he was treating me. I was embarrassed to be treated like that in a room full of other customers. While I was in the middle of asking him a question, he flipped his hand to the side, like you shoo someone away, and told me to move aside so he can help other people. So I did, quietly and patiently, and when he was done and called me back up, he ignored anything I said and just kept saying "$25.50 ma'am" while smiling at me, I guess he found it humorous. I told him I wanted to call my husband before I paid anything, so I sat down to let the next person go up to the counter.. but before I could even put the phone to my ear, a lady that worked there came bursting into the waiting area, grabbed the paperwork from my hands, tossed the pamphlet down on my lap and very rudely told me to leave, "Leave. Just get out of here, we don't have time for this". I was speechless, because at no point during this entire ordeal did I raise my voice, give attitude in my tonality, cuss, anything.. I dont know why I was treated that way, but it was disrespectful and extremely uncomfortable. I will obviously never go there again and I encourage anyone else who is needing an inspection test done, to go somewhere else. Kwik car down the street has much better employees and it costs the same; except they don't make you pay if the test fails. They just genuinely care about their customers. Been a customer since the 80's at this location....a great no BS inspection business...Its a re-cycled gas station...no tacos or subs here, just one thing, fast straightforward inspections.... que up like you are waiting in line at the now defunct gas pumps, leave your keys and proof of insurance on the dash and take a seat in the spartan air-conditioned waiting room....Only four chairs because one never waits long before you're being asked to pay up and you're on your way... read more
