Was told my tint was too dark when a bunch of others have much darker tints and they passed...also told me my truck needed codes cleared first and therefore wouldn't pass, yet i took it to another place today and no codes came up and they NEVER said a word about my tint beeing too bad. This place is rude, argumentative, and has awful customer service; however, one of them has a foul mouth and the other seems to have some great moves! All they do are State Inspections and can replace some burnt out bulbs and wiper blades. I like that they are straight forward. I had one of my explorers fail do to the third brake light not working. Texas is now enforcing that they must work. No big deal. I replaced it and a few days later they reinspected it for free. Speedy service and they really appreciate your business. I have going here ever since Jr high/ high school (25 years ago) and this is hands down the fastest state inspection in town. There wasn't much of a decor when you go to the waiting area when I was in jr high / high school lol which didn't matter to me because their service was top notch fantastic. Of course they have since done some nice additions to the waiting room but most of all their friendly customer service is still fantastic after this long! Jet Fast speed for inspection. There wasn't much of a wait and before I could sit down, he was done with my inspection. It is easy to pass by if you aren't looking for it, but look for the bronze statue. They do inspections on limos, RVs, trailers, motorcycle, commercial ie Uber and Lyft, personal vehicles and their hours of operations is very reasonable to where they are open SATs. There isn't another place I recommend for vehicle inspections but this place only for their friendly customer service and fast service. The place is all about taking care of the customer so talk to them first to see if can sorted out and they try to work with the customer. I wouldn't have gone to them this long if they weren't the best in customer service regardless how good the place looks as I told the owner. He has come a long ways and nice to see a good business like this do well! read more

Went to another inspection station and passed without anything being done to my car. Owner was just trying to bill me for work not needed. Well, I thought the name of this INSPECTION station was marketing only. It's not. The entire inspection took 4 minutes from drive into the bay to completed paperwork. I needed to do an inspection and the only lady working told us she'd be with me in a minute. She got done and took another customer instead. Then another worker came out about 5 min later and told me that I needed to check in. Well the lady before us didn't go in and check in at all they just took her as she pulled up. I had a baby in the car and that is what I told the older gentlemen. He told me I was being rude and to leave. I asked for the owners name and number and they would not give it to me at all. They threatened to call the police on me and I wasn't even being rude. They then proceeded to still not give me any information about the owner. So I will be calling tarrant county and getting the information since they refused to give it to me. And told me to fuck off. Some great customer service. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I pulled my car in yesterday to have it inspected, and not 5 seconds letter the kid working there comes outside yelling at me to park my car somewhere else. There was not a single car in the parking lot, so I was not blocking anyone in or out. I was still in my car, with it running, and waiting for someone to tell me where to park. I would have happily moved it if someone would have asked me and told me where to park, but I was yelled at by a punk kid with bleached hair. After being yelled at, I told the kid I was not going to get my inspection there because of his attitude, so he yelled back at me "So just leave then". Needless to say, I would never go here, and I will never advise anyone in the area to go here. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received, no doubt! read more

Very quick and very friendly! There was no line when I got there but I was in and out in about five minutes! They have a nice little waiting room to sit and magazines to read and cool jazz playing in the background. I wish I would have never came to this place. 3 weeks of headaches trying to get my car inspected. Went back in today and once again was failed without even having my car put on the machine. When I ask why my car is failing, the manager just tells me to read the paper and that "I'm not listening to him". Well Asshole.... I just took it to another place and it passed immediately. This place is advertised (online and on the front door) to open at 8am Saturdays. I stood outside, along with other customers, until 8:15 (GPS & phone time), they never opened and no employees were visible inside. They have no apparent respect for customer's time.
