The office was nice and clean, the receptionists were VERY friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Hoang was EXTREMELY friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative! This is the first time in as long as I can remember that I've left a Dr's office feeling confident not only in the diagnoses, but in the Dr and staff as well. To top it off, a few weeks later I'm feeling much better, as Dr. Hoang was spot-on with her diagnoses and treatment! I am a Diabetic and have been without a Dexcom 6 or Dexcom 7 for a MONTH now, I am turning this business in to the Texas Medical Board!!!!! RUN away! Don"t walk! Never go to this business. I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor.
