I recently had another appointment for a cleaning and had the most amazing and thorough cleaning with Jennifer. All I can say is that Dr. Drilling is fantastic and so is her staff. Any time I needed to reschedule I was told I would receive a call if anything opened up. And then I would never hear back. Why not make an appt even if it's far out, and then call me if anything opens up sooner. Same issue with my family members who went there. Their voicemail indicates that they do not take cancellations over the voicemail. When I called several times ahead of time to cancel, nobody answered or returned my calls, so I had no choice but to cancel via voicemail. I then received a message asking me why I didn't respond to the postcard sent out weeks prior. I feel this was unprofessional and if I need to cancel and still did so more than 24 hours prior like they ask, then that is appropriate. I was then sent a bill for a no-show. I have since had to find a new dentist because of this. I believe there is something shady going on and she just wanted to bill me. You can't speak to anyone else because she's the only receptionist so you can't even make a complaint.

Dr. Boris Shnayder's office was easy going, informative, and got me in and out with my teeth cleaned the same day I called them! They truly are miracle workers! After leaving my first appointment I knew I should have gone elsewhere, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Automatically they wanted to put a bridge on a back molar that hasn't even been there for over 3 years and you have no need for. Dental work can quickly add up they aren't thinking about the patient. They don't offer payment plans and need the money up front. And no other forms of pay such as the CARE card, were never even mentioned. They charge a $50 fee for no shows, but if you forget to confirm they will cancel on you last minute. They will call you and every family member who goes there to try to confirm, which to me sounds like a privacy issue. I am not a minor, so I'm assuming they don't need to contact anyone other than myself. Not to mention idk who likes to pay $50 to not show up at your appointment. They will cancel your confirmed appointments last minute as well. I should have charged them $50 as well. I will be looking for a new family dentist and so should too! Even with private insurance, don't expect to be treated any different. I don't have medical, so don't tell me your doing any unnecessary procedures as well. My insurance has always paid and I covered my share. I'll be looking for a dentist who actually cares for its patients and takes them into consideration of what work actually needs to be done and what not. I knew I should not have tried to go back, but you live and you learn. Don't waste your time! Just go elsewhere...
