The insurance adjuster could not assess the damage and chilled the tree was removed and it looked like it might need a crane. This was one of many places where I left a message hoping for a response. Several hours after making a cool, Rob called back and you have to explain to him what the problem was, said he would be there in 15 minutes to see what was needed. True to his word, he was there quickly and was able to determine it would not take a crane. He had a safe but creative solution. The following morning his crew was there early, did a little clearing, got the car out and then worked on the roof. His crew was very professional and safe. Start to finish was approximately an hour and a half. While the storm situations normally allow service people to charge almost what they want and take advantage of the homeowner, this was not the case here. For everything that was done the price was very reasonable and it was quality work. While there, I asked for an estimate on a tree that was undamaged but I thought might need to come down in the future. I received an estimate that was very reasonable. I had a similar tree removed about 10 years ago and it was more costly then. Based on my experience with this company, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or others. In addition, they spread salt on my walk way and drive way, when they were expressly told not to because of my dog, but they ignore my request and hurt my dog!
