Great doctor! She got me to a surgeon who did a good job, and tolerated my craziness through the process.

Dr Longstreet has been my PCP for about a year. I read some not so great reviews of her online, but…read moreI really like DO's and she takes my insurance, so I figured I would give her a try. My boyfriend sees Dr Wunder in the same office and really likes him, so I thought why not...half the battle is office staff and I knew that would be ok at least. When I first met her, I loved her! I quickly found out why she got some negative reviews - she is a little dry and sarcastic. Some might take offense to this. I think she is hysterical. I have seen Dr Longstreet 3x and all 3 she has listened to me and has been open minded. No issues with medication changes or refill requests. I felt like she took the time to hear me out and took my opinions into consideration. I don't expect a PCP to know everything, they just need to be willing to find someone who does and admit they don't always have all the answers. As mentioned before, the office staff is good too. It's a fairly large practice, but someone has always gotten back to me quickly and is always friendly. No issues with billing or scheduling either. No long waits at the office or lab so far. Would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Longstreet is the best!…read more In a time where doctors are notorious for rushing patients in and out as fast as possible, Dr. Longstreet is a breath of fresh air. Rather than just treating my symptoms, she took the time to talk to me about my lifestyle and environment so that she could provide guidance on preventative care measures as well. This holistic approach is exactly why I prefer to see D.O.'s. Strongly recommend.

Dr. Stock is completely different. He takes tons of time with me -- I'm not sure how he pulls it off! He answers all my questions, he gives me hope, and I have seen good results. One particular moment, he went above and beyond any reasonable expectation of care of a Dr., and made himself available to me for solving something. You won't go wrong coming to see him.

I highly recommend PureHealth Function Family Medicine. I have worked with several highly…read morerecommended Functional, Holistic, Naturopathic, and Homeopathic doctors and nurse practitioners over the past several years as well as specialists from various medical fields. Dr. Stock is in a league of his own. His broad expertise of a wide-range of health conditions is astounding and he has been able to help me more with my health in a matter of a few months than other doctors did over multiple years. He is able to explain things in a way that I can understand and for the first time I have a clear path for my health journey rather than feeling like I am working with doctors who are just guessing and hoping something works. He also goes above and beyond to save his patients money. He is not looking to recommend designer high-cost supplement or order labs that aren't completely necessary. After spending a fortune on other "top doctors" I really appreciate his care and concern for saving his patients money.

I sent this as a review when they sent me a visit evaluation:…read more On March 12 at approximately 2:33 PM I attended a scheduled appointment at Prairie Lakes Medical Clinic with Dr. Jeni Shull-Clayton. As I was leaving the waiting room to be weighed, a staff member identified as Mary approached me in an aggressive and patronizing manner regarding my service dog. My service dog is a highly trained 10-year-old German Shepherd who assists with my disability. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), medical staff are permitted to ask only two specific questions regarding a service animal: whether the dog is required because of a disability and what task the dog has been trained to perform. Instead of following these guidelines, I was confronted in a way that dismissed my legal rights as a patient with a disability. There were additional concerns during this visit. The front desk was unable to print intake paperwork from the new Prairie Lakes / Riverview Health system, leaving me unable to review documents I was expected to sign. While the medical assistant and office manager were professional and respectful, the overall handling of the situation was troubling. Dr. Jeni Shull-Clayton appeared unprepared to address the situation and was unable to meaningfully discuss my concerns or the role my service dog plays as part of my care support. My service dog was not acknowledged as part of my care needs. Most concerning, I ultimately received no medical evaluation, treatment, or care during this appointment. Because no services were provided, neither Medicaid nor I should be billed for this visit. Patients should feel safe, respected, and heard in a medical setting. Unfortunately, I left this appointment feeling distressed, unsafe, and disappointed. I hope Prairie Lakes Medical Clinic and Riverview Health ensure that staff are properly trained regarding ADA service animal law and patient rights so that other patients do not experience similar treatment. I am unclear if I nor my adult kids, desire to return here any longer after trying them for years. As this is not the first dismissive treatment we have experienced with this same Dr. I am open to hearing about other referenced Indy area OD or MD medical offices for proper, valuably helpful, safe feeling, human centered, compassionate, holistic & professional care. cindi jo "CeeJayy" gonzales

We selected this practice for my aging parents in about 2008 under Dr Amy Banter. Service,…read moreresponsiveness and care was excellent! Now both are gone now & both my DH & I see Dr. Jennifer Clayton. Same experience. Office staff is responsive & caring. Dr Clayton is accessible and involved in our care and oversees/coordinates issues among my DH's specialists. On top of that they USE My Chart the way it should be used. My questions are answered, prescription issues addressed when needed. The My Chart tool used in this way, allows me to stay focused on issues, tests, appointments and medical history in a comprehensive manner (especially helpful as we age!)
