It has been kind of scary lately since the discovery of the COVID-19 spread across the nation. I work in a restaurant and it may be forced to close. Waiting to hear the governor's announcement today. I'm sitting in the waiting area for my annual checkup and I already see 3 people wearing face masks. Hopefully a vaccine is presented soon! Good to know that you can still go to the doctor and it isn't shut down. I have hope we will get through all of this.

He took it on his own to start asking about other items just to bill me another office visit. If you go for a yearly check up record the appointment and cut him off if he tries to talk about anything else.

When we finally get seen in office, the drs are super knowledgeable! But the experience prior and after are very frustrating. Today I had a virtual apt scheduled for 2:40, it is 3:26 currently. I've tried calling, sending an email and using the app- have not gotten ahold of anyone. The communication unfortunately is absolutely not good :/ Drs knowledge- 100%, everything else.... 20%

Booked first appt after birth with ease. Every step of the way after that has been difficult & unprofessional. They never answer the phones. I'm not being dramatic, not once in eight months have I been able to get anyone on the phone. They advise to book within the portal. ANYTIME I submit a request, it's a delayed response. 8 days ago, I called, no answer. Sent a portal message explaining it was an urgent medical matter that I felt she needed seen for that day. The contacted me back today, 8 days later. I 10/10 do not recommend. If you prefer a more holistic approach with peds that don't push vaccinations, there are other much better offices than this.

She's the best and the entire office staff has been wonderFul all these years. They have two locations actually-this one and Noblesville-although I'd drive an hour to keep going to them. Heck I almost do now. It is very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Ertel so call in there soon. I've also worked with Dr. Adams a couple times who was equally as great. They are rarely late for appointments and although there have been a couple times the doc has had to deliver a baby so my appointment has to get changed, they are always prompt with communication. Lastly-and most important- I mentioned she has delivered two of my babies. They were c-section but she was totally willing for me to try a VBAC after my first c-section with a previous doctor. That was important because I'm plus size and a number of doctors have too many reservations to try. Seriously- go here.
