Her staff wasn't very quick at answering questions and almost every month I had a problem getting my prescription filled because they forgot to call it in. Dr. Bledsoe was recommended to me because "she really takes her time to get to know you and wants to help you get better." That was from my male roommate. My boyfriend and I started seeing her around the same time and he had great reviews about her too. I had nothing but trouble (because I'm a female?) from her and her office. In the last month, she stopped my anti-depressants without calling me to tell me or ask me to come into the office. I've found another doctor.

He listed to our concerns, he gave us treatment options and made his recommendations clear. I am grateful for his demeanor, character and wisdom. Our experience with Dr. Wilson was very different from the other reviewer "Rebecca." It seems that somewher along the way Rebecca forgot to be an advocat for herself and investigate her prescripton(s). Also, it seems that she is forgetting that there is a "standard of care;" established and expected treatments for specific conditions. Dr Wilson is inteligent and knows his practice.

I have found Dr. Mashindi to be one of the very best primary care physicians that I have worked with, and I feel very fortunate to be one of her patients. Dr. Mashindi has demonstrated to me that she always has my health and best interests at heart. She is always a pleasure to meet with, kind, sensitive to my needs, and always on her game. Dr. Mashindi also runs a very efficient office that avoids lengthy times sitting in the waiting room. My health record is long and complicated, and I feel incredibly blessed to have Dr. Mashindi as my primary care physician. Thank you.

Even though I am just beginning my recovery, I have a long way to go. The first day was an essential day for me, and want to give a glorious shout out to Lisa Reed. She was my recovery nurse with an upbeat attitude and made me feel as comfortable as I possibly could be. She is extremely knowledgeable and set the pace for my attitude towards wanting to get healthy. With the care of the staff and how well my recovery is going, I would highly recommend this place for others who experience the same issues I was experiencing. Thank you for the outstanding job!

The waiting room is huge, but I think it belies the short waiting time. There have never been more than half a dozen people in the waiting room, some waiting for lab results after a consultation. The staff is pleasant and professional with a couple of exceptions. Dr. Steenbergen was welcoming, polite, professional and thorough. He listened to me and provided his assessment of some treatment options I suggested. Although our discussion was interrupted a couple of times, I felt I had his full time and attention for the duration of the appointment. The physician assistant, Joel Westbury, is also excellent. In fact, I might prefer to see him in the future rather than Dr. Steenbergen. And particularly when there is an urgency for an appointment, I was able to see Westbury much sooner than Steenbergen. Also, there is a phlebotomist on staff which negates the need to go downstairs to the in house lab. The practice appears to be fully computerized. Prescriptions are electronically transmitted to the pharmacy of my choice. After each visit I receive a printed summary of the visit by mail for my records, including any procedures, vitals, and prescriptions.

I absolutely adore Dr. Howse!…read more He is personable, easy to talk to, and isn't big on the bs. The only reason I cannot give him 5 stars is because I dread his office staff... His nurse is awesome and returns phone calls quickly & efficiently. But if you call for an appointment or check in it is like no one was trained in how to be friendly to the patients... The staff is not abusive or unresponsive, just not overly friendly. If you are going to stick a needle in my ass or ask me for a co-pay a smile really shouldn't be too much to ask for, right?
