The staff is friendly and check in times are hardly ever long. The doctors seem to really pay attention to their patients and don't always jump to conclusions about symptoms. Our children feel safe here and we trust the staff that works so hard to ensure we are happy and healthy.

My wife, my adult son, and I remain steadfast making this our preferred provider now and as far as I can see in the future. Last December our Primary provider Dr. Daniel Crabb retired and they hired a FPN, Dana Moore, who has been seeing us for a variety of reasons. She is such a good listener and really cares about what you are saying about your ailments, even hearing everyone else every day of the week. She does not make the appointments short because of any reason, and she acts upon what you need right now. No hesitation, and if you need a specialist, she sends a referral immediately. Their other Doctors are great also, I have been to all of them for one reason or another, except the new Doctor that came on right after Dana was settled there. I give them a lot of credit. I also want to tell you if you need blood taken, their blood drawer, Julie is remarkable, and is PAINLESS, She can find veins in a heartbeat and does not fail, unlike so many people at Community Hospital North are so good at failing to find a vein. Not knocking them, but there was a time that We have asked for someone use taking blood come from the ER or one of the EMT groups to get it done. At Family Physicians, or St. Vincents Physicians group. if you wait a little while someone is getting the care that they need, just like you will. I never have ever noticed a wait that was worth talking about. They have my complete faith in treating my wife, my family, and myself. Enough said, they are great from the staff to the Doctors and Nurses. I just don't want to get sick out of town, if you know what I mean!

The only good thing about this branch office is the staff are wonderful and friendly. The doctors are a whole other story. Dr.Matthew Main, MD was my primary care physician, and he disappointed me big time. At my last appointment, he kept me waiting for over 30 minutes and spent a total of 5 minutes with me and that was it. He did not allow me to speak about my concerns, or show any signs of care or compassion about my situation with my blood pressure. In past appointments, he came across as arrogant and condescending, and made me feel like I was an idiot. He gave me directions on my blood pressure that made no sense and did not seem to care or provide any concerns when my blood pressure medication gave me side effects. I am very happy Dr. Main is leaving the practice to pursue another opportunity, because I would not continue to have him as my primary care physician. I would not recommend Dr. Main to anyone looking for a new doctor. I did meet Rachel Slagle, RN in the beginning and I did like her very much, but I wanted a doctor, so that is why I switched to a doctor. My advice to anyone who comes here to see a doctor is to keep an open mind and make sure you are happy with the doctor or nurse practitioner. If they do not address your concerns whole heartedly, and give you direction that makes no sense, consider finding a new doctor at another location. You may find the right doctor for you at this location, but I just did not find the right physician for me.

The immediate care doctors, nurses, and MAs are very knowledgeable and always give great patient education. If you're lucky I'll be one of the gals taking care of you. You do not need an appointment for the Immediate care, but here are some tips: * Immediate care does not mean ER or URGENT. If you bleeding to death, have chest pains, spiking a fever over 103 or have something life threatening, GO TO THE ER. * The immediate care does not do followup maintenance for things like hypertension, diabetes, or any type of conditions that need to be monitored. But lucky for you, this location has a wonderful family practice/internal med and pediatric primary care doctors. So if you are sick or have conditions we can take care of, stop on by! I promise I am the best throat swabber and I give painless shots! :P

His office finally…read morecalled, and the nurse began asking me questions I had already answered in the intake forms and documentation I sent in advance. She said he was finishing with another patient and would join the call soon. Then she called back claiming we weren't in the waiting room (we were -- and had been for an hour). She told us to log out and back in. When we did, the link said the appointment was canceled or rescheduled. They then tried calling me from a personal cell. We answered, but Dr. Fetters couldn't hear me and said it was a bad connection. This happened three different times. I eventually asked them to call my husband's cell instead. Dr. Fetters asked if we lived "out in the sticks" (we live in a major suburb) and asked if we had 5 bars of signal. I told him I had 1 bar and my husband had 2 bars. They finally reached us and what followed was a bizarre, dismissive 2-3 minute appointment. He brushed off my extremely RARE autoimmune disease as "just a nuisance" and said autoimmune conditions are something they "treat all day, every day." He claimed it was all environmental and tried to get me to run an extensive toxin panel, something I can order myself since I'm a Naturopath, which made the suggestion even more pointless. I explained that the autoimmune disease that I believe I have is incredibly rare (1 in 100,000), genetic, and that my grandmother died from it. This particular condition is degenerative and most people eventually end up in a wheelchair, unable to walk, and unable to take care of themselves...but sure, it's just a "nuisance." (Eye roll) Instead of hearing me, he started questioning my use of Amlexanox, a peptide that he prescribed me five years ago for MCAS. It has helped me with food reactions but that's it. It has nothing to do with my autoimmune condition, and yet he fixated on it. He talked over me repeatedly. Every time I tried to speak, he redirected, minimized, or interrupted. I eventually hung up. I'm tired. Tired of being dismissed. Tired of being talked over. Tired of begging for help from people who clearly don't want to listen. If you're chronically ill, disabled, or dealing with complex diagnoses, be cautious here. My experience felt like a complete waste of energy, time, and hope.
