And that's when I was able to see who Dr. Taylor was as a clinician. Her staff gave me a form to take to the DMV on my first visit following my fracture to obtain a handicap hangtag. That impressed me and proved to be extremely helpful. Of course, I was nervous about needing surgery, and Dr. Taylor was compassionate and listened to my concerns. I feel we became partners in my care, which is essential to me because it is my body, and I want to be involved in anything related to cutting it. I followed the directions she gave me pre and post-op, and I've had the best experience. She knows what she is doing. I had forms to turn into work that Tracie had to re-fax a few times on my behalf, which she handled and was extremely pleasant. Who doesn't love her assistant Chad? He is so kind and informative. I wish I knew the gentleman's name Chad was training because he looks to me as though he will become just like Chad. Thanks to Claudette and the rest of the office staff. There were three other people in the office with me two other people were there when I got there and one person came in about the same time I did everybody else was called up and checked in except for me I thought maybe it was just because I had checked in online. I waited more people came in. They got checked in still I thought surely they will be calling me in soon. They called several other people in to the back, still I waited patiently. My appointment was for 10 am at 10:05 I asked the receptionist if I needed to check in or if I need to do any anything else because my appointment was at 10 and I was still waiting, she immediately told me The doctor had emergency surgery this morning so there's a bit of a wait OK I understand that but you forgot me just say that just say you forgot me that's all I wanted. You didn't have to have an attitude with me and try to say it was because the Dr had emergency surgery and was behind. I would probably still be waiting. I was annoyed and told her that and she told me to fill out a stack of paperwork and they would call me back. I could have already done this the whole 30 minutes I was already sitting there. She made it seem like I was annoyed because of the Dr being behind schedule and I feel tried to make it seem like I was unreasonable in front of the waiting room. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.

Dr Li takes very good care of me and my family, and gives us great advice including when I needed tests or health requirements done for certain things like TB blood test for work, filling out forms or getting physicals done for it. She also offers lots of convenient times for patients to be seen in early morning and afternoon appointments for those on tight work schedules. And tho we need to go to labs and do shots at the pharmacy or separate facilities, when the results for them come out the office staff are very prompt and contacted me via email so I have the paperwork ready without needing another trip. Superb service and very clean office, doctor is very knowledgeable and understanding of patients. I will continue to go to this clinic as an IE resident !

Let me go through each of the following: +Dr. Shah: Dr. Shah is really cool; he introduced himself to me as Dr. Jay, and we are from the same home town, age, and have a similar life background in terms of moving around from the Bay to LA! It was great having that rapport since it was my first time meeting him. But most of all, the best thing was that he ordered multiple tests to help me get to the bottom of my abdominal issues that I have been struggling with for more than half my life! After going to the ER a few times and finding nothing major in my CT scan, I was worried he would dismiss my stomach issues, BUT he did the opposite thing and helped me with diagnosing multiple potential problems. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief and finally get to the root cause of all my abdominal issues! This has not been the case with previous providers...(hence why I switched). THANKS, DR. SHAH! Oh also, Dr. Shah is funny; he made a funny joke on his business card lol. I experienced no wait (I was even seen EARLY). WOW. Everything was prompt, efficient, and thoroughly explained! I also appreciated how I received discharge papers with such details documented and on my labwork, there were even specific instructions on what I should avoid taking before the bloodwork. I was also told in detail about fasting. My previous provider did not do that! Overall, it has been a wonderful experience so far with this provider and clinic! I am so happy because it is very close to where I live too. Feels like a dream come true to finally have a great doctor and experience with a physician's office! It's my first time here, I try to get to the location and due to some insurance mishaps my appt location and time had been changed a few times. I arrived to the Crossroads location and quickly found out I arrived to the wrong one. Rushed over and even CALLED the front desk to let them know I was arriving late as a courtesy. As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. Accepted my insurance and payment, the girls behind the window were a little nicer at least. The back office staff , especially the girl that took me back was much more pleasant. The conversation was there and the overall vibe was better from her. Finally seen Dr Baez. Super pleasant. Still took me in for my rather short 5 min visit and I was very satisfied.
