I had a great experience! Dr. Taylor competently gave me the regime to handle my fracture. My fracture healed. Another unexpected problem required surgery. And that's when I was able to see who Dr. Taylor was as a clinician. Her staff gave me a form to take to the DMV on my first visit following my fracture to obtain a handicap hangtag. That impressed me and proved to be extremely helpful. Of course, I was nervous about needing surgery, and Dr. Taylor was compassionate and listened to my concerns. I feel we became partners in my care, which is essential to me because it is my body, and I want to be involved in anything related to cutting it. I followed the directions she gave me pre and post-op, and I've had the best experience. She knows what she is doing. I had forms to turn into work that Tracie had to re-fax a few times on my behalf, which she handled and was extremely pleasant. Who doesn't love her assistant Chad? He is so kind and informative. I wish I knew the gentleman's name Chad was training because he looks to me as though he will become just like Chad. Thanks to Claudette and the rest of the office staff. They were attentive, respectful, and kind. Dr. Taylor has become my footcare, Guru. She was fantastic! read more

I am solely basing this review Off the office staff and the experience I had with them. I came 25 minutes early signed in and sat down. There were three other people in the office with me two other people were there when I got there and one person came in about the same time I did everybody else was called up and checked in except for me I thought maybe it was just because I had checked in online. I waited more people came in. They got checked in still I thought surely they will be calling me in soon. They called several other people in to the back, still I waited patiently. My appointment was for 10 am at 10:05 I asked the receptionist if I needed to check in or if I need to do any anything else because my appointment was at 10 and I was still waiting, she immediately told me The doctor had emergency surgery this morning so there's a bit of a wait OK I understand that but you forgot me just say that just say you forgot me that's all I wanted. You didn't have to have an attitude with me and try to say it was because the Dr had emergency surgery and was behind. I would probably still be waiting. I was annoyed and told her that and she told me to fill out a stack of paperwork and they would call me back. I could have already done this the whole 30 minutes I was already sitting there. She made it seem like I was annoyed because of the Dr being behind schedule and I feel tried to make it seem like I was unreasonable in front of the waiting room. So I left and they called me back 20 minutes after I left and said they had been calling me and THEY had been waiting for me. Very unprofessional and I won't be back read more

Dr. Taylor recommended shoes for me to better care for my feet being that I am diabetic. Grateful my Endocrinologist Dr. Shakally referred me to this humble servant of God to provide excellent service to her patients as we are all His children. This was an amazing experience. I was in and out in less than an hour and my toe feels amazing already . Dr. Vanessa Taylor is so sweet and nice and caring . She takes every option into consideration for the best outcome . Even when I got nauseous she took care of me right away getting me something just in case I threw up (luckily I didn't). Chad and Vanessa were also very nice and helpful . read more

Dr. Taylor is great! Her staff is also friendly. I recently had a fracture and joint tissue tear in my foot and was my first time with her. I like how she explains everything she is doing and why. Dr. Taylor has excellent bed side manner as well as being very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful foot specialist for years that retired 3 yrs ago, so I am happy to have found Dr. Taylor. read more

Dr. Vanessa Taylor is exceptional! Very attentive and informative. I had an ingrown toenail and she removed it easily. The nail healed very quickly and it looks amazing! Also, last year I had inserts made for my shoes due to plantar fasciitis. Since I wear them I don't have back pain anymore. I could not be happier! The staff at this office is very helpful with scheduling appointments at my convenience and answering the phone if I have any questions. Shout out to Michelle, the attending nurse! She was so gentle bandaging my foot. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you Dr. Vanessa Taylor! read more

I'm so happy i got my toe surgery here, my toe is all healed now and they got it done in just a few minutes, highly recommend

I sprained my ankle really badly on Friday, and Dr. Taylor's office was able to see me first thing Monday morning! The staff was super warm, and the doctor was nothing less than attentive, comforting, and caring! I left the office with only a fracture, and mainly feeling so relieved that I found an amazing doctor who I could trust. Dr. Taylor really knows so much, and I can tell she really cares about her patients. Thank you Dr. Taylor! read more

I spent "minutes" with the doctor, and I could not get a word in. We didn't address the concerns about how much pain I'm in (to the point it impacts my ability to stand & walk), the x-rays that an Orthopedic had taken seeing bone spurs, and how long I have been unable to fix the issue - even after trying different shoes, sole inserts, & over-the-counter medicine. I felt as if my concerns and questions were brushed aside, without fully understanding how the pain in my feet is impacting my quality of life. I am now asking for a second opinion, maybe with a doctor who will show more of an interest in addressing my pain. read more

Dr Vanessa Taylor is amazing. The quality of care you get is amazing. My daughter fell at school and what we thought was just a sprained ankle turned out to be a lot worse. Thanks to Dr Taylor's approach she suspected it was something more serious and she has X-rays performed, her ankle immobilized and a STAT MRI ordered. Within an hr of having the MRI done Lali called me to give me results and coordinate surgery. Thank you so much Dr and staff for taking such amazing care of my baby! read more

My dad has been seeing Dr Taylor for several years now and we are happy with her services. The office staff is nice and accommodating. We had nothing but good experiences in her office. She is a great podiatrist. read more

Dr. Taylor and her staff are incredibly kind and helpful! We were first recommended to her for my special-needs son's ingrown toenails and fungus, and now she takes care of our whole family. She's great for both medical and everyday advice about your feet and nails. read more

She is an amazing doctor she gave my kid good advice and will work with you financially if you need something done

She is the best Foot Dr I ever had she answers all my questions and I've had surgeries done by her and she is excellent at what she does

The reviews are correct for this doctor. Unfortunately the doctor only spent five minutes with me for my foot condition and the treatment was poor. I had to go to someone else to finish the job. I wouldn't recommend going to her. read more

Dr. Taylor and her staff were phenomenal. We have been well taken care of from our first visit, through two surgeries and aftercare. The office staff is always caring, attentive and accommodating. They always keep us updated and informed. After being neglected by a previous podiatrist, we were referred to Dr. Vanessa Taylor. She noticed an extra toe growing in both feet of my 11 year old that was causing her feet to become deformed. She preformed the most seamless, painless, flawless surgeries on both of my daughter's feet. She was caring, careful, transparent, and forthcoming with all information. She knows her practice and knows what she is doing! Dr. Taylor is among the best-of-the best! read more

I never leave reviews. But this seemed the need with my very short experience. Has nothing to do with doctor but with employee answering phones. Employee who answers phone does not try to help doctor get business. It was my first time calling for an appointment and not at all helpful. Not at all nice, inviting or informative. Seemed like person did not want to schedule any appointments. She let me know I had to email them to see if they take my insurance when I have top insurance and know they take my insurance. That's how I found the phone number was on my insurance app. When I told the girl that she said they still would have to call and double check it before helping me. When I responded with" okay" she says "and just letting you know we don't have anything all the way out til the 28th we're very booked". Just seemed like they did not want to schedule any appointments. If that is the case then I'd suggest we currently are not taking new clients as acceptable. I run a business and have for many years. This type of non helpful service is something I see as poor service. I'd want to know about it if it was happening at my business. read more

Dr. Taylor is an AMAZING podiatrist. I fractured my ankle and torn my ligament, and she was very attentive with my treatment. She explained the situation very clearly, and answered my many questions with patience and undivided attention. Her staffs are equally professional, Chad and Brian are so nice, and Tracie & Claudette are very professional in the handling of paperworks. Totally recommended, as you'll get the best care with Dr. Taylor & her staffs read more

If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would! Dr. Taylor and her whole staff are wonderful! They are always friendly ,helpful and take the time to listen and answer all my questions very patiently. One more thing...the front office staff are awesome (even though they are busy bees). read more

As I sit here and I read through Dr. Taylor's reviews I can't help but be disappointed in the one stars and if I could give Dr. Taylor and her staff at 10*I absolutely would. When you are in a lot of pain we tend to focus on what the team is not doing correctly. I was there at one time, and I had to stop and put myself on the other side and realize that it wasn't as easy to get into surgery or it wasn't as easy to be seen as a patient with all of the aspects going on in the world. I could honestly tell you from day one I saw a Dr Taylor about 4-5 years ago when my condition was not even where it's at today. Dr. Taylor has always embraced my entire situation extremely caring and very very knowledgeable. I read a review and it called her money hungry. I can say that that's far from the truth, before getting insurance I was a cash patient and the entire visit would've been $500. Dr. Taylor said don't worry about, just take care of the supplies that you take. Chad has been there for a while and he, himself is so patient so gentle and so kind. We are kind of people today that expect and want everything at this very moment and I think Dr. Taylor and her staff doing amazing job of prioritizing so maybe perhaps you don't get a call today maybe you will get it tomorrow. And maybe it slipped through the cracks.....but at the end of the day if you have the ability to call back. And it's important polite to the receiving end. Take your Health into your own hands and do the follow up for yourself. Even if it means that you are being a pest but your health is your priority not anyone else's. Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff for taking care of me and although I had to make a lot of phone calls to the office and I had to follow up on some calls myself. It was my health and my priority. We live in a different world today. With offices everywhere being short staffed, really consider that office staff and how hard they are working to be there for you. Dr. Taylor definitely knows what she's doing. She's extremely knowledgeable, she explains everything so that you understand. Her ability to explain in English terms and simplify the exclamations is outstanding. I have never felt so comfortable before going into surgery. I think he Dr. Taylor for helping me. Reassuring me. And taking your time with me.She is simply heaven sent. read more

Dr. Vanessa Taylor is an amazing Dr. I went in for a second opinion because the doctor I had seen before had misdiagnosed me. I have been suffering with foot pain for the past 2 years and when I went in to see her she immediately got straight to it. She ordered an MRI did X-rays and figured out what the problem was right away. Within a week she was able to give me injections to relieve my pain temporarily until she was able to do my surgery and for the first time in the past two years I was finally pain free. I recently had surgery by her and she did an amazing job. I'm recovering very quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone. I had no problem with the doctor nor the procedure. What I do have a problem with is the billing department. I had some insurance issues and I've left at least 3 messages for them to call me back. Every time I call they always say "oh she left home early" or "she's out to lunch right now" or "I'll have her give you a call back when she's available". Because of this they still had the audacity to bill me for the procedure done. I'm so over this I just paid the almost $1,000 bill in total. I will never come back here again. read more

I was in a lot of pain in my right foot and ankle. She is the best when surgery is needed and she makes sure you have the right rehab. Even my GP's family has had surgery with Dr Taylor, and are very confident in her skills. It's been two years and my ankle is doing well. read more

Because of Dr. Taylor, I can walk again, without pain! If only there were 10 stars to give her, I would. It was February 2022, when Dr. Taylor performed my 6th foot surgery. The next 5 months included physical therapy, rehab and monthly visits to her office for evaluations on my healing. Dr. Taylor was ALWAYS professional and compassionate. Even with a busy office and an endless train of patients, she was always willing to take the extra time, to insure my questions were answered and that I understood her instructions. Chad and Tracie and Claudette and the front office girls, were all at the top of their game. Professional, polite and knowledgable in their respective duties, I developed an admiration for them all. It saddens me to see, that others were disappointed in their experience with this remarkable physician. Its unfortunate, they chose not to address their concerns personally, instead choosing to trash talk her, here. Resolution is just a conversation away. You can find me in the cheering section of this amazing woman, Dr. Vanessa Taylor and her amazing staff. Thank You, Dr. Taylor read more

I haven't even been treated yet and I've already decided I won't be back. Walked in for an 0830 appointment and the waiting room is packed. Cramped quarters. I have been here for 50 minutes and was just told another 10 minutes. Seriously, how do they back up like this first thing in the morning? My opinion is GREED. I have a job and need to be at work rather than sit in a waiting room waiting for an overbooked doctor. Find someone else. I would prefer to rate zero but that is not a choice. read more

Dr. Vanessa Taylor and staff were amazing! Dr. Taylor was super nice, a great listener, and addressed my foot pain right away. Her staff was also super friendly. Thank you all so much! read more

I was so impressed with Dr. Vanessa Taylor's care. I brought my 8 year old daughter in yesterday for the first time. She had a what we thought was an injury late last summer after one of her tumbling classes that went undiagnosed until yesterday. We had previously taken her to a pediatric orthopedist in Long Beach (Miller's Women and Children's Hospital, Dr. Cunningham) who had no idea what the issue was with her foot. He ordered X-rays, MRI's, had her put in and out of a cast twice (!!!!) without any idea what the issue was. We literally came in to Dr. Vanessa Taylor's office yesterday and she looked at my daughter's feet before doing an X-ray and already had a good idea of what the issue was. Unbelievable! She is an excellent doctor who knows her stuff! She took the time to go over the X-rays with me and then begin a course of action that we already seeing improvement from! My daughter was not able to put full weight on her foot and with just a support wrap put on correctly she can already bear weight on it. I'm so impressed with Dr. Taylor's knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend her and look forward to continuing care with her. read more

Dr. Taylor is an amazing dr. I went to her for an ingrown toe nail and immediately she notice my foot had a previous injury to it. She recommended I get an X-ray to double check everything was alright. I was in a car accident 4 years ago and had a very serious injury to my foot. I have seen many drs and all of them would say my foot was okay and there nothing wrong, so I convinced myself nothing was wrong although I knew something wasn't right. However with one X-ray Dr. Taylor was able to find three different issues with it. I went ahead and had surgery and she was very attentive every step of the way. Any questions or concerns she'd answer them fully. She even went out of her way to help resolve an issue with my insurance before surgery. No other dr. Would have taken there time to help solve this issue. She cares a lot about her patients and is extremely passionate. read more

First, great experience with Dr Taylor Leary of previous reviews as not my experience. I was comfortable and confident in Dr Taylor's skills. Would definitely go back for treatment and follow ups. I was seen on time, showing up early to provide insurance info. Staff was caring and helpful. Dr Taylor explained diagnosis and needed action. X-ray on site so I didn't have to drive all over. Procedure done with care. Efficient and caring doctor. Again thank you Dr Taylor. read more

I've been seeing Dr Vanessa Taylor for approximately going onto 2 hrs now. I suffered a work related injury and was mis diagnosed and given physical therapy as a result of my diagnosis. My pain became worse and impeded me from doing my work at a full capacity. Dr Taylor not only found my problem but was able to operate successfully. After MRI, X RAYS and therapy, her request for an ultrasound on my ankle resulted in her properly finding what was causing my pain. I have since suffered additional injuries as a cause of the first mis diagnosis from my previous orthopedic doctor causing a secondary surgery on my knee and post issues on my ankle. Again Dr Taylor took the time to assess all the issues (totality of problems) and found out I had developed a new injury. She advised me I wasn't a candidate for surgery and suggested the correct type of physical therapy. This allowed my foot to heal properly and perform the necessary exercises to recover back to my normal self. Pain free and mobile. I truly recommend her facility for any type of feet related injuries. Her attention to detail, time in listening and formulating a recovery plan are top notch. You have a patient for life ....thank you for your service. read more
