The office is always clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, capable, and welcoming. From the beginning, it has been clear that both my dental health and my experience as a patient are genuine priorities. Scheduling is easy, even on relatively short notice, and I've always received excellent care. Perhaps most importantly, the people here are simply good people. They take the time to answer questions, make sure you're comfortable, and go out of their way to help when you need it. On one visit, my car wouldn't start, and they even came outside and helped me jump-start it--which I think says a lot about the kind of people who work here. I've had nothing but positive experiences with MA Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

They did x-rays and c -t scans just to let me know that they recommended me deep cleaning treatment. They refused to do regular cleaning. The minute i got there i felt like they brought out all their fancy tools and equipment just to try to sell me other expensive treatments. My experience today broke my heart, and I hope no one else ever feels the way I did. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I need to share what happened so nobody else goes through this. After going through two failed denture experiences -- one paid out of pocket and one through my insurance -- I've been toothless for nearly six months. I've lost jobs, struggled to eat, and carried so much anxiety from everything I've been through. I went to Riverside Center for Esthetics, Dr. Jacobs, hoping this time would be different. I drove an hour because of the great reviews and prayed someone would finally help me. Instead, I left feeling worse than ever. After explaining my situation, I was met with no empathy -- only judgment. Dr. Jacobs assumed it was my fault that the other dentists failed me. He quoted me $3,100 and said he wanted the entire amount upfront because, in his words, I might say he "sucked too." He also said that if I didn't like the final denture, he would keep half of my money -- because he's "that good of a dentist." I never asked for a refund from anyone. I've only ever wanted teeth that fit and to feel normal again. To be told those words, mocked in conversation, and treated as if I were the problem was devastating. As a new patient already traumatized by past dental experiences, I needed compassion -- a simple, "I'm so sorry for what you've been through." Instead, I was shamed and blamed. How is it fair that other patients can make payments, but I was told I had to pay in full because of what happened to me? That's not fair or ethical. Dr. Jacobs, as I walked out of your office today, my head was down and my heart was heavy. I asked God, "Why me? What did I do to deserve this?" All I ever wanted was a chance to smile again, to eat without choking, and to feel human. Riverside Center for esthetics Dr Fernando Jacobs please treat people with kindness. It was definitely a little pricey esp for me as a college student but I do feel like it was worth it. they also worked with us and our insurance which helped bring the cost down, and we were able to figure out a payment plan that worked for us !! the procedure was quick and everyone was really nice, careful, and attentive, especially with my other health concerns. also, the front desk, Isabella, was really helpful throughout everything. super thankful for how everything went

After got home, about 45mins to 60mins of feeling a little bit of soreness, I felt nothing afterward. I gotta enjoyed my day talking to my mom and taking a walk with my husband. My mom said, "really no pain?" And I said" yes" and my husband laughed when I acted normal because he knew I would be so mad when I am in pain and he is happy I am not mad :) The technique Dr. Andrew Choi used after teeth extraction really helps with healing and provides pain free comfort. Extractions were done skillfully with no pain at all. The little squishy(Mr. Tooth) really helped with my stress but it was all because I am scared of dentists and needles in general. Staff gave me a squishy and that was helpful. I told myself to get the squeeze ball I have at home but I forgot and when I was given Mr. Tooth, that made my day. Thank you Dr. Andrew Choi and Staff. You guys rock!!! I normally don't write review unless they are really good or really bad. In this case, I love Inland Choice Dental. For every business, it doesnt matter it's a hospitality business or dental, doctor, or any other kind, the first impression when your patient or client walk in is the welcome they feel. I did feel that. Everyone smiled when I walked in and to be honest, I had not had a good experience with a dental office and this is my first. Front staff is friendly not only that they mentioned they have coffee for us as patients to enjoy while waiting . Secondly, the cleaning experience was fantastic. The hygienist is gently and friendly. I am not high pain tolerant and I am really scared of pain. My teeth are sensitive because of gum recession and teeth cleaning is not something I am looking forward but it was great. It was not bad at all. :) I didn't get her name but thank you. She did more than what I had experienced at other offices. Meeting with Dr. Choi was the last thing and he actually explained pretty much I wondered about my teeth. All my questions were answered in the best of his knowledge. It made me feel hopeful about my worry of loosing my teeth due to gum recessions. The bottom line is it was an awesome experience and I am looking forward to many visits with Inland Choice Dental.

Dr. Sheida did an amazing job numbing me; I didn't feel any pain at all, which I was really nervous about going in. Her staff, Margarita and Milgrid, were incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process and what needed to be done, which made everything way less stressful. They took the x-rays which normally take forever but only took a few minutes. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and very well organized. I left feeling relieved and genuinely happy with the outcome. I'm really grateful for how well I was taken care of and would definitely recommend this office, especially for emergencies.
