Anthony came to our house a couple of times in advance and listened to what we wanted, and he discussed his strategy with us so we understood completely. He and Nelson then came to our house and worked all day removing a considerable amount of poison ivy and weeds from our property. They also removed a dead tree from our yard and cleaned up two big oak trees on our property. They did all of this in a single day, and their work was great! They cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly friendly and professional during the entire job. I would hire Family Tree again in an instant, and I would definitely recommend anyone else to do the same!

The service I was requesting was an estimate for work on my property, requiring the removal of large, medium, and smaller trees, and also limning up some additional large trees. He was thorough in his discussion and a good listener. I was very impressed with him. The price he quoted was fair, and I did feel confident that he could do the work efficiently, professionally, and within the time allocated to us. I'm not reviewing the actual work because I have had to get three bids for this particular project and have not started to work yet. I will check back in once I complete the service.

I was assured repeatedly over the last that they would make it right. More than a year later, the fence remains damaged. It started out very well, however they started coming to cut the lawn even when we would tell them…read morethat it did not need cutting. This happened twice. When I spoke to the owner, he said he would not charge me, well he shouldn't since I asked that it not be cut several days in advance. When I spoke to him he told me that it is confusing because we change out mind every week. First, that is not true we did it twice, and second, we are paying for the service and can tell them when we do not want it cut. He told me if we do not want it cut, we should tell them the day that they are coming. Now how do I always know when they are coming when there is rain, etc? In addition, when his brother was doing the mowing, he would actually skip us when our lawn looked like this. Once he skipped us and the owner charged us anyway. I expect my landscaper to know when not to cut, but I always text so they can plan their schedule and crew. When I told him we were discontinuing his service his text back was that he did not need my business anyway. The below pictures are my lawn before they came to cut it. We had asked them not to in a text on Saturday, and they cut in anyway.
