I have been a loyal Galpin Honda customer for many years and have purchased three vehicles from your dealership. That is why this feedback is important to me. I continue to choose Galpin Honda because I value the dealership, and I hope to continue doing business with you. As a loyal customer, I believe I should consistently receive friendly, respectful, and professional service from every employee I interact with. When I arrived for my 7:15 a.m. appointment, the first employee I encountered was Veronica at the service drive. Unfortunately, she did not greet me, smile, or acknowledge my arrival. As the first representative customers see when they pull into the dealership, I believe a friendly greeting and welcoming attitude are very important. Thankfully, my service advisor, Vazrik Masihi, completely changed my experience. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was kind, professional, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided and wanted to recognize him for going above and beyond. Employees like Vazrik are the reason customers continue to return. Although I had an appointment scheduled for 7:15 a.m., my visit still took about 45 minutes. While the wait was reasonable, the customer service I received from Vazrik made the experience much better. Unfortunately, when my vehicle was ready, Veronica again displayed poor customer service. She handed me my paperwork, brought my car around, and walked away without saying a single word or even letting me know my vehicle was ready. I was left standing there trying to figure out that my car was waiting for me. This was disappointing and felt unprofessional. I also want to mention that I visited the dealership the previous week for a different service, and another service advisor, Matt, was very rude during that visit. Having two negative interactions in such a short period is concerning. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. Veronica is often the first and last employee customers interact with, and a friendly greeting, a smile, and basic communication can make a significant difference. On the other hand, I hope Vazrik Masihi receives the recognition he deserves for providing exceptional customer service. I wish every employee treated customers with the same kindness, professionalism, and respect. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope someone from your management team will review my experience and reach out to me.     Referred from a friend and going to refer to friends…read more Humberto service was excellent, as a salesperson you look for someone who isn't going to haggle you to 'buy right now", I email big valley to schedule a test drive received a respond right away. That, at first made me worried but after meeting with Humberto and Carolyn, and explaining my situation my expectations they not only worked with me on the spot, but Carolyn and Humberto did not pressure me into a purchase. I appreciate that it gave me some time to think and look around, i came in 2 days later luckily the car was still there and they finance me with the rate that i ask for. BTW.. first review not about food. I would strongly recommend this place, not a roscoe off the 405 dealer, but just like your favorite family hole in the wall restaurant this should be considered that in a car sales world.

We've known Bart for many years now, and he is a phenomenal humble leader! I have loved cars my entire life, but he takes his knowledge to another level. Not only do we get a killer deal, but he can even finance us! If he doesn't have it, he'll find it for you. I even got a great recommendation to local restaurant! I can honestly say, he'd give you the shirt of his back. I am honored and lucky to know Bart and have him on my side.
