Matt was able to offer us a wide variety of products to meet our needs; was consistently steps ahead in every aspect of the loan process; worked tirelessly for us, his clients; and always followed through with timely and accurate communication. We have gone through the financing/refinancing process multiple times over the years, and Matt made this, our most recent transaction, a much smoother process by comparison. We will use his professional services again and again with regard to future brokerage transactions. THANK YOU, MATT, we appreciate all the hard work you've provided in our behalf! If you're looking for a home loan or need to refinance, make sure you call Alan Renteria. We've…read moreworked with him on several occasions and he has really helped us out. We worked with him to get our first home loan, we worked with him to refi into a better loan once we worked on our credit, and just used him again to purchase a new home and each time has been better than the last. He really makes an effort to understand your situation and presents you all the possible options. During our refi, he even helped us come up with a plan to pay off some bills and improve our credit score. The other thing I really appreciate about Alan is that he's very straight forward - he'll do what he can for you, but also won't mislead or make promises he can't keep. And because of that, through each escrow process we've gone through, he's been the one consistent and correct voice. If we ever get conflicting information, we know to trust what Alan says. I've recommended him to friends and family and my in-laws are working with him right now. I'd work with him again in second and strongly suggest you do the same if you're looking for a home loan.

While looking for an investment property, the agent at the house I was looking at gave me Alan Renteria's contact information and I'm so glad she did. Alan was extremely helpful, always available and most of all professional. The agent I ended up using was a total nightmare, and with Alan's calm and professional demeanor, he was able to talk me down from the ledge numerous times and kept me from pulling my hair out and in the end I was able to get through the extremely stressful process of purchasing the investment property I wanted. With extreme patience, Alan walked me through each step, provided guidance and most of all he listened. He worked diligently to get me the best rate and best of all, there were no surprises. Alan is a true man of his word. I would recommend Alan Renteria 110% as he went over and above. Citizens Direct is so very lucky to have Alan!

I used Quicken Loans for my last loan and it went fine, but I was constantly bouncing from person to person in multiple departments over there and I felt like just a number. After working with Michael and the care and attention he gave me, I honestly wouldn't choose any other company. Sure there are tons of mortgage companies, but not with this sense of attention and customer service. Michael and his team always respond quickly to my emailed questions and concerns, often within minutes, even on the weekend. I doubt you will find that with the huge mortgage companies; I sure didn't the last time! Any time there was a form to sign, Michael walked me through each page explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable instead of just rushing me through it. I appreciated that because even though this was my second time getting a mortgage I am still not familiar with everything. Thank you again for making the process as easy as possible and minimizing the stress of getting a mortgage.

I had to close in roughly 14 days because I had a business trip coming up and the seller wanted to close ASAP. Koorosh was able to help me get a loan at a fantastic rate, work with me on my budget, and close right before July 4th. There were 2 holidays in these 14 days and I'm still amazed he was able to work through this. Definitely recommend working with him since he's the best at what he does.

He helped my wife and me buy our first home in Los Angeles, and we couldn't have done it without him. From the beginning of our home-buying journey, Koorosh was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Our situation was slightly more unique and complex than others, but it posed absolutely no challenge to Koorosh. Furthermore, the home we ultimately closed on was a competitive "hot" home where we offered an extremely competitive three-week escrow period. Koorosh took the time to talk to the selling agent to assure him it could be done, and it was! A three-week escrow is no joke, and Koorosh executed it masterfully. We will be using Koorosh for any and all future property purchases and cannot recommend him enough.
