Initially we called Jess out because our 240V appliances didn't work. He took a look and told us it was on SMUD's end and waive the diagnostic fee. We were very appreciative so when we needed some fans and dual switches installed, we of course gave Jess a call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to run the electrical wire to the fan in a way that it was hidden whereas other contractors we quoted recommended conduit to just cover the line.
