They showed up early, so they get a star. The cut into the wall without contacting the landlord to make sure this was ok, even though I told one of the workers directly not just once but twice, "call the landlord". When the wall was cut, the way they patched it up was totally unsafe and well for lack of better words, half-ass in my humble opinion , but please, see picture and let me know what you think, especially if this was your child's room. My landlord was very upset as this was my son's room specifically. Fortunately they were coming back because, I had just called them to let them know, whatever they did, caused a whole different issue - my kitchen, garage, and whole side of the house was now surging out. They came back, I give them another credit for getting back within an hour. They properly covered the hole they made, (again see pictures for reference). Why it wasn't done like that initially is beyond me. I would hope one would understand if there wasn't a whole in the wall when you arrived, there certainly shouldn't be one after the job you supposedly completed. To fix the new issue that was created by them fixing the original issue, that they didn't realize they did until I called them about it, they needed attic access. This is thru my spare bedroom. Hold that thought, for now... So... They fixed the new issue I was told, they were packing up to leave, I went to my son's room to flip on his light (which was the original issue and main reason for the call initially) and low and behold, the light doesn't come on. I wish I WAS MAKING JOKES. There were 3-4 guys at a time working on this project, you think a quick check before ya go ‍ ...guess not. I was told because of the switch out with the lighting fixture as well, now, they didn't have the right bulb, so they would be back in the morning with that. They came early again and it worked. Now back to the attic access in my spare room. It's thru the closet. I had a painting in there rolled up. I just bought it. Stored it in there until I was going to get it framed. Purchased 9/30- I noticed it was not there afterwards. It's my spare room, my mom stays there, no one else. When I called to see if Lisa could ask the guys to check the truck or just ask to see if they accidentally may have grabbed it, just when cleaning up after working there, she immediately said, Kevin didn't take it. Going on about him working there 35 years... etc. I said, Lisa, I didn't even say I thought Kevin took it, I sadly don't remember any of the guys name,- first off. So I repeated, I am calling, and I wanted to explain to you just so you can pass it on to the guys, as I am sure they work at many homes- just to "paint the picture" so to speak, of the house, the situation...they had to access my attic thru the closest, by chance during clean-up was there a painting, rolled up like a poster- mistakenly grabbed. Lisa still seemed pretty agitated at my call and just plainly said she would call me back the next day. She did, and her message started the same way, Kevin is a 35 yr employee, I trust him and he didn't take anything from your attic- I was just hoping she would have said, hey I had the guys check the trucks, I asked, we looked and you know, there is no painting. Never did I say it was in the attic, my attic isn't a storage attic to begin with and she was just going on about Kevin. That's great about Kevin! Go Kevin! I love you Kevin, thanks for coming back and getting the job done! Anyway I called my landlord today to confirm if they ever called or even apologized for cutting into the wall, she said no. I wanted her to understand incase they told her otherwise that it was clearly communicated to call her by me, and I was just as mystified it didn't happen. Let me be clear, it wasn't Kevin I told it too- we know Kevin is just about perfect. just want to make sure we are clear on that. I think Kevin maybe the owner. Look- the work got done, was it perfect no, not at first. I have this pig painting from NY I bought myself, from. vendor in Central Park, I am not a fancy art collector here, let me make that clear... I spent $80 buck on it. I am not sweating over it, I can go back and get another- I was just truly curious if It was mistakenly grabbed. I just wish Lisa would have picked up on that- but you know what, I love knowing how much she stand by and adores Kevin! Very devoted! Love it. I scheduled an appointment with Kevin 9/13/19. When he was late, I called and asked was he coming. He said he was right around the corner. I called in another 10 minutes when he was not there. He wouldn't take the call. When he was not there at 30 minutes late and no follow up call from him, I left the site. He called to tell me he had arrived over 30 minutes late and that he had gotten stuck in traffic coming from Elk Grove. Didn't he just tell me he was right around the corner? Precision electric did an electrical panel upgrade for us to a 200 amp panel. Kevin is very knowledgeable and makes sure to do the job right and use good materials. We got three quotes. Precision wasn't the cheapest, but the price was very reasonable. And we went with him because he repeatedly proved to be more experienced than the other guys who came out. For example he was able to tell us immediately if we had the right size underground conduit to allow us to do the upgrade. Other folks had no idea. Another example was around installing a new 240 outlet. He advised us to go with a more durable but slightly more expensive outlet, because for our application he knew the cheaper ones are prone to fail over time, creating a fire hazard. And he was so certain he said he wouldn't do the job otherwise. Integrity! So we were super happy with them!! read more

Had TWO horrible experiences with this company. Wishing we had the same experiences that made this place such a high-rating business. Customer Service - I already forgot the name of the man since he was not friendly, very rude, made me feel rushed both visits, and almost refused to explain things to me. He asked me to take baby gates down right as he walked into the house, while my 1 and 5 year old had access to the stairs. He looked so uncomfortable with the kids moving around, but told me (not in a polite way) to take the gates down. Poor quality service - He kept blaming the problem on the breaker, even though we tried it and told him multiple times. The issue wasn't the breaker, surprise surprise. And for other electrical issues, he kept referring us to a phone number that was found on the lights itself. The number was for replacement parts, which we already had replacement bulbs installed so, thanks for nothing. No follow-up - We were told he would call us for the next plans to fix the issues, and it's been 2 weeks and no callback. There's no note or follow-up about what he did, what he found, what we need to do. Nothing. Already booked and scheduled for another electrician to come and help us. Definitely not going back to this one. read more

Kevin was wonderful! He helped to problem solve an issue I had with my outdated bathroom sconces. With his guidance, I was able to get my fluorescent sconces converted to LED! We had a problem with a couple of our kitchen outlets that made the sink disposal and dishwasher not able to work. I called and learned from Kevin that just the way the outlets seemed to be set up (two with reset buttons/GFI within the same breaker) could be the problem over the phone. He was the first one able to come out out of three different vendors I called. He sent his foreman Rick and an assistant out, and they got right to it. They went under the sink, opened up the outlets, as well as checked the electrical panel and wiring behind it, and figured out the issue. Rick ensured us that the panel isn't that old and that it just needs a bit of cleaner labeling he'd be happy to come out and do another time. They replaced the outlets with the proper ones and got the disposal and dishwasher working within 20 minutes. Super professional and at a very reasonable cost. Excellent. I called at closing time, late in the afternoon. He was finishing up some grocery shopping when he answered and instead of scheduling for another day, he put his dinner on hold and came right out. Left his groceries in the truck and fixed the problem. On his way out, I asked him when he would be available to check my 220 dryer line that I thought might be sketchy.
