I told her multiple times that I want natural looking nails just a little longer than my own. Well... I had to end the service early because she did not listen. She shave my index finger nail down to the point that there is no nail. Even though she reassured me that my nail was on top. I told her to stop the service and just take the gel off. I will pay whatever needs to be paid. So she took the gel off and ended up destroying ALL of my nails in the process. I also paid $170 for my damaged nails. I made an appointment with another salon while I was there because I can't have jagged destroyed nails as a doctor seeing patients. The risk is yours, but I will never go here again.
