They had us choose from a wide selection of colors, then assigned two employees each to work on our nails simultaneously. She chose a pretty red, and I went with a soft pink. My friend didn't get her feet scrubbed, and unfortunately, the pedicure didn't hold up--her polish rubbed off the tops of her toes after wearing heels that night. A letdown. My experience was better, and the polish held up nicely. One important thing to note: tipping is unclear here. The total on my credit card was $80. They told me not to sign anything, implying the tip was already included. It felt a bit vague and awkward, so just be aware of that.
