My husband has been raving about this place for awhile, but this was my first time. Wow what an amazing place! It was lively and very busy. We came here to grab a quick dinner after a movie. Boy they did not disappoint! We were completely spoiled by the lovely staff here. One gentleman offered us a sample of tea, which was amazing, and I made sure we left with a bag of tea. The gentleman who made us wraps then gave each of us a falafel ball with hummus on the house! Again this was incredibly delicious, and I'm sure the hummus is homemade! Then just as we were leaving another person have us each a sample of their homemade baklava, again absolutely delicious. If you have not been here, drop what you are doing and come here. And make sure you bring your appetite cause the wraps are HUGE, and such a good price for how big they are. My new favourite place for falafels! Our youngest daughter is in the hospital for Thanksgiving, so instead of making a family meal we got take out from here. Good was delicous. We decided on the Family Plate for 4 (Shawarma). It cost 92 dollars. It came with potatoes, rice, chicken and beef shawarma, fattouche salad, pita, tahini, and garlic sauce. We also ordered a side of hummus. It was a very large portion and enough for leftovers for the next day. Food was tasty. The meat was tender and plentiful which made my husband happy. Loved the potatoes with the garlic sauce, and the hummus was really creamy. The rice was decent, but I found the dressing on the Fattouche salad to be a bit too sweet for me. Pita was soft. Jerusalem Place was 80% full 5:30PM on a Thursday. Long bench/booths for dine-in. Lots of parking in the free communal parking lot for this strip mall too. We tried dining in. Easy to order. 2 gender-neutral bathrooms. BUT the place was Way too busy by 6:30PM. Huge line of people waiting to pay that we could not get a take-out container, had to push to the front to even get another spoon. Dine-in you get free tea and a dessert but considering how busy it was this was not worth it. Teas was great and got many many refills. Dessert was 6/10, but free so I can't complain much! Staff were all very kind. Was very very drafty and cold every time someone came in as well. Family Plate for 3 (Shawarma) and Arabi Style Shawarma were 10/10 good. Wish there were more wraps less French fries on the Arabi one as the wraps were 12/10 delicious. Garlic sauce was our favorite too. Overall the food was top-notch but dine-in experience was not fun. read more

We are big big fans of Jerusalem Shawarma. Our whole family enjoys going here and the food. Very filling and portions are exceptionally generous. The most recent visit we ordered the Royal BBQ Plate $25.95 - kabobs, rice and salad. As well as a side of fries $5.95. It was a so nice while we waited to enjoy some tea and baklava. I love the atmosphere here, the staff smile, make eye contact and are great for refilling my tea plenty of times! In past visits we've come and enjoyed the wraps; the wraps are definitely a favourite as they are absolutely massive for one person to eat and the sauces and pickled veggies just make these like no others. As this is part of a mall area with lots of other shops parking can get busy as can the limited seating at this location. The staff also do a good job of cleaning the tables and keeping the area clean overall. Tidy bathrooms and a baby change table is here. read more

Stopped into location on the northside to grab a quick bite and the platters always slap. For about $20, this came with a literal mountain of food - chicken shawarma, rice, salad, hummus, roasted potatoes and garlic sauce. The garlic sauce here is SO GOOD - light and airy, almost like a savoury, garlicky whipped cream. I also appreciate that if you dine in, you are offered a free small cup of hot tea (it's slightly sweetened) and a baklava. Overhyped, quality inconsistent, expensive. This place was fantastic when it first opened but has steadily declined in quality and consistency. What was very generous portions and great flavoured food has shrunk down to about half. The meat now tastes bland and dry, quantity also has drastically decreased. The jumbo wrap now $19 doesn't even fill me up...when this location first opened I could not even finish the jumbo wrap in one sitting. Reatuarant is always busy though the workers there spend more time asking for 5 star reviews then wiping down tables and clearing away garbage. Recent experience was disappointing, two tables were empty but littered with trays and crumbs. We cleaned off one that wasn't wiped down so sauce and crumbs were still on there. While eating we were approached to fill out a review for 5 stars...the table around us that weren't cleaned were ignored. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic otherwise. read more

Food was great, staff very friendly, kinda felt out of place in my work uniform but they didn't seem to care. The ambiance was nice, very modern look inside. Was given a small tea of some sort to sample while I decided on the beef and lamb bbq plate by a very friendly gentleman.
