I almost cried (of joy) when I got my ring back…read more So let me start from the beginning. I reached out to various jewelers about wanting my old engagement ring (over 10 years old now) soldered. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Thanks again for superb service.

Instead of going to Banter to buy my daughter's Christmas Gift I came here. I ordered a nameplate for her on Dec 9th and was assured that it would be there on time for Christmas. I called and text in the days leading up to Christmas and got the run around. Finally I showed up right before closing on Christmas Eve and was told there was an issue with the shipment and it wouldn't be ready by Christmas. The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store.
