Actually I know they didn't said light CPR but nope full. Got it Mikes way light juice(oil and vinegar) nope just turned the bottles upside down and even looked like it was more than normal. Bread soggy. The seasoning was so heavy handed it was inedible. Went to jimmy John's instead. Won't be back to this location to pay more for less sandwhich. I got double meat at jimmy John's for a better experience and got it the way I wanted and they care about your subs or add ons. I also tried a new bread it was the rosemary bread it was delicious! -from the first bite everything is perfectly proportioned the meats are delicious as well! The service was so poor tonight I'll never be coming back again. I was greeted with an attitude by a young woman who proceeded to mess my sub up in front of me. When I called about the fact that my order had specific changes, I was encouraged to do this using the ap. store advised we should use the app they support; DoorDash. My order arrives. Of the three sandwiches, 2 are wrong. White instead of wheat, tomatoes when there should have been no tomatoes. Management's position is that there is a problem using the app. My position is that I made several calls concerning the fact that we wanted something a little different and would this be a problem. They forgot to send part of my order today meaning my coworker does not eat lunch today. I called door dash and they said to call the store. Called the store and they said they had just realized it but there was nothing they could do because door dash will not come back for it since they will not be paid to do so. I believe jersey mikes should be responsible for paying door dash to come back and get it. They gave me a refund. I'm told to check in a couple days to be sure it went through. Best cheesesteaks in town. Clean bathrooms. Cookies are better than subways, and they have brownies now too, which are soooo good. Friendly staff who are willing to accommodate some ridiculous requests- one lady asked the girl to remove the outside from her tomatoes before putting them in her salad, and she did it (skinned the tomatoes). I mentioned how I wished they had green peppers and they informed me they have green peppers AND cucumbers, they just have to use the slicer to slice them fresh every time! I love that about this place. It's as fresh as it gets. If you're in a hurry and don't want to risk having to wait in line, call ahead! I'm a Jersey Mike's fan and tend to grab a sub here anytime we're going out on a boat or to the beach for the day. This location is meager, at best. The toppings weren't fresh, the staff wasn't the typical up-beat, energetic crew we're used to be greeted by, the location wasn't squeaky clean, but fortunately the bread/sandwich meat was the same. You'd think this place would be hopping as close as it is to UNCW, but it isn't reaching potential. My wife dropped me off a roast beef sandwich and had to go back out. First the sandwich did not have the topping I like, standard toppings like lettuce, tomato and mayo. It was just cheese and roast beef slathered in mayo, second the roast beef was over-cooked and dry. My wife found the receipt and I called tonight, (my fault, for calling one day latter, but I didn't have the receipt until today). I called and asked for the manager and they gave me Chandler. I described what happened and when I mentioned the roast beef was overcooked and dry, it was as if I said something wrong about his mother, he took it bad and snapped. The next day I received a phone call from the owner who apologized and said he would make it right. In my opinion that was the right thing to do. Will try again. read more

This was my first visit to this chain. The bread and ingredients were good and fresh except that I didn't care for the ham....it seemed low quality and watery. It is unique to see your meat and cheese sliced fresh and placed on the sandwich. I ordered the daily special (regular sized club, chips & drink). At $8 I thought it seemed high for a sub shop. When I opened my sub, it was a very large portion. They weren't too busy, but I had to wipe crumbs off a table myself. All of their tables were needing attention. It was at the late end of the lunch hour, but even when I finished and few customers were inside, the work crew was congregating in the back and still not cleaning the dining area. I love this Jersey Mikes on south college! Everyone there is helpful and great at making tasty sandwiches. I've probably been here 30-40 times and I've never been so appalled at a fellow customer as I have tonight. 7 minutes before closing a woman came in while I was eating and started berating one of my favorite sandwich makers. She started criticizing everything and was acting like an ass. She was the most disrespectful person I can imagine and she was asking about the employees personal information including first and last names as if she was going to report them for misconduct. I honestly thought she was going to escalate until I had to call the police. And I'm sure now corporate headquarters will be told that everything was out of shape and that people were being flip with her. Witnessing this horrendous woman disgusted me enough to create a Yelp in hopes that this horrid witch wouldn't get any nice worker fired because of her own personal issues. After complaining for an unbearably long time and being so disagreeable and non-cooperative she rationalized her actions saying "my husband owns a business so..". So what? All of your inhumane and unwarranted remarks are appropriate? I love this jersey mikes too much for this woman to have any say or any power in this. She was being outrageous and I really hope someone high up in the company will read this message. The girl taking verbal punishment behind the counter was trying to comply with every command this lady relayed and nothing was good enough.
